技术领域
本发明属于金属复合材料领域,具体涉及一种用于制造电脑外壳的镁铝复合材料。
背景技术
随着笔记本性能的提升发热量的问题日趋严峻,超轻薄型笔记本的出现,使传统的塑料外壳不能再满足要求,厂商们开始寻找质量更轻、硬度更高和散热性能更优秀的材料。金属铜的散热性是最好的,但是它的比重太大,而且表面容易氧化生出铜绿,金属铝的散热性能仅次与铜,不过纯铝的缺点是软,不能单独作为笔记本外壳的材料。通常是在纯铝中掺入其他金属或非金属元素使其硬度、韧性、抗冲击性等机械性能得到大幅提升。
目前多采用铝镁合金作为笔记本外壳的材料,由于镁本身在空气中易腐蚀,所以镁的含量不能太高,否则使得外壳易腐蚀,通常铝含量大约在80%左右,而镁大约在20%左右,抗冲击力弱、耐腐蚀性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种镁铝复合材料,具有抗冲击力高、耐腐蚀性强的特点。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
一种镁铝复合材料,各组分按重量百分比计:Al65%,Mg25%,碳纤维4%,硅2%,锌4%。
本发明的有益效果是:在镁铝复合材料中加入碳纤维、硅、锌等材料,不仅保证了材料的抗冲击性,而且提高了材料的耐腐蚀性。
