本发明涉及一种铝合金,由以下重量比材料组成:锰0.1%到0.3%、铜2.3%到3.1%、铁1.2%到1.3%、镁1.9%到2.3%、锌2.3%到2.5%,硅0.03%到0.04%,锰0.1%到0.13%,铬1.7%到1.9%,镍0.2%到0.3%,余量为铝。本发明提供的铝合金,提高传统铝合金中铜、铁的占比,从而得到一种硬度大幅提高的铝合金。

本发明涉及一种铝合金,尤其涉及一种适用于割草机外壳的铝合金。
背景技术
割草机是一种户外设备,其外壳多为塑料制成,其重量轻,但是强度低,容易损坏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提出一种用于替换割草机塑料外壳的铝合金。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种铝合金,由以下重量比材料组成: 锰0.1%到0.3%、铜2.3%到3.1%、铁1.2%到1.3%、镁1.9%到2.3%、锌2.3%到2.5%,硅0.03%到0.04%,锰0.1%到0.13%,铬1.7%到1.9%,镍0.2%到0.3%,余量为铝。
本发明提供的铝合金,提高传统铝合金中铜、铁的占比,从而得到一种硬度大幅提高的铝合金。
