Abstract

本发明公开了一种涂覆双组分水性环氧防腐涂料的电网金具及其防腐涂料的制作方法,属于供电领域。电网金具包括耐张线夹本体、钢锚、引流板、内衬管、楔形夹、铝套管,所述耐张线夹本体呈中空管状,所述钢锚前端的锚杆穿设在所述耐张线夹本体的端部内,并与设在耐张线夹本体内的内衬管内螺纹连接,所述引流板的固定在耐张线夹本体上,所述楔形夹上设有多个条形切口,所述铝套管内设有植膜摩擦层,所述耐张线夹本体外表面涂覆有双组分水性环氧防腐涂料,并具体公开了防腐涂料的配方及制作方法。本发明对电网金具进行优化设计,并使其与溶剂型防腐涂料在理化性能、施工适应性、配套性等方面性能相当或接近,而且符合环保要求。

一种涂覆双组分水性环氧防腐涂料的电网金具及其防腐涂料 的制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于一种电网金具的防腐涂料,具体地说,尤其涉及一种涂覆双组分水性环氧防腐涂料的电网金具及其防腐涂料的制作方法。
背景技术
传统的电网金具用防腐底漆多为溶剂型涂料,其中有机溶剂含量一般达到涂料成品量的20%~50%。使用时为便于施工还常加入5%~20%的溶剂稀释。这些溶剂在涂料施工过程中要挥发出来,造成资源浪费、环境污染,危害施工和使用人员健康,并产生火灾隐患。单组分水性防腐涂料采用的基料聚合物乳液多为热塑型,涂膜硬度、耐介质性、耐污染等性能难以达到溶剂型工业涂料水平,因而近年来人们开始致力于双组分水性防腐涂料的研究。双组分水性环氧防腐涂料可以室温交联固化,附着力强,机械强度高,耐化学介质性能好,其性能可以达到溶剂型环氧涂料水平,因而可以替代溶剂型环氧防腐涂料,应用于电网钢结构等的防腐。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种涂覆双组分水性环氧防腐涂料的电网金具及其防腐涂料的制作方法,以克服现有技术中涂覆传统的溶剂型涂料电网金具用防腐底漆电网金具的上述缺陷。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
一种涂覆双组分水性环氧防腐涂料的电网金具,包括耐张线夹本体、钢锚、引流板、内衬管、楔形夹、铝套管,所述耐张线夹本体呈中空管状,所述钢锚前端的锚杆穿设在所述耐张线夹本体的端部内,并与设在耐张线夹本体内的内衬管内螺纹连接,所述引流板的固定在耐张线夹本体上,所述楔形夹上设有多个条形切口,所述铝套管内设有植膜摩擦层,所述耐张线夹本体外表面涂覆有双组分水性环氧防腐涂料;
所述防腐涂料包含A组分和B组分:
A组分由以下重量份的材料组成:水性改性胺环氧固化剂10~20份,低铅含量防锈颜料10~20份,去离子水15~35份,润湿剂0.1~0.5份,分散剂0.4~1.0份,消泡剂0.3~0.6份,填料10~25份,硅烷偶联剂1.0~5.0份,醇醚类助剂2.0~3.0份,增稠流变剂0.5~1.0份,防腐剂0.3~0.5份,PH调节剂0.3~0.6份,防闪锈剂0.4~0.5份,水性附着力促进剂0.5~1.5份;
B组分为按重量份的水性环氧树脂乳液60~80份;
所述A组分和B组分按照重量比A:B=3:2~4的比例混合使用。
所述填料为滑石粉、碳酸钙、云母。
所述低铅含量防锈颜料为改性磷酸锌和三聚磷酸铝。
一种电网金具双组分水性环氧防腐涂料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制备A组分:将配方量的水性改性胺环氧固化剂、低铅含量防锈颜料、填料、分散剂、去离子水、润湿剂、消泡剂、硅烷偶联剂、醇醚类助剂、增稠流变剂、防腐剂、PH调节剂、防闪锈剂、水性附着力促进剂依次投入分散罐中,分散均匀,再研磨至细度≤40μm;
2)准备配方量的B组分水性环氧树脂乳液;
3)将步骤1)制备的转化A组分与步骤2)的B组分按质量比3:2~3比例混合搅拌均匀后测中控指标,合格后过滤包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)电网金具的楔形夹上设有条形切口,条形切口收缩时,将芯棒牢牢地固定在楔形夹的内腔内,楔形夹和铝套管内固熔一种耐高温、耐摩擦、摩擦因数大的植膜,大大增加碳纤维、铝导线与内套的摩擦力;
(2)通过对双组分水性环氧防腐涂料的配方优化和研究,使其与溶剂型环氧防腐涂料在理化性能、施工适应性、配套性等方面性能相当或接近;
(3)优选低铅含量磷酸锌,使研制的双组分水性环氧防腐涂料,既达到了较好的耐盐雾性(500h),又满足了国家强制性标准可溶性重金属的限量要求;
(4)筛选低VOC醇醚类助剂等有效地降低了研制产品的VOC含量,符合环保要求。

实施例1:
如图1至图3所示,一种涂覆双组分水性环氧防腐涂料的电网金具,包括耐张线夹本体4、钢锚1、引流板2、内衬管5、楔形夹6、铝套管7,所述耐张线夹本体4呈中空管状,所述钢锚1前端的锚杆3穿设在所述耐张线夹本体4的端部内,并与设在耐张线夹本体4内的内衬管5内螺纹连接,所述引流板2的固定在耐张线夹本体4上,所述楔形夹6上设有多个条形切口9,电网金具的楔形夹6上设有条形切口9,条形切口9收缩时,将芯棒牢牢地固定在楔形夹6的内腔内,楔形夹6和铝套管7内固熔一种耐高温、耐摩擦、摩擦因数大的植膜摩擦层8,大大增加碳纤维、铝导线与内套的摩擦力。
所述耐张线夹本体4外表面涂覆有双组分水性环氧防腐涂料,防腐涂料包含A组分和B组分:
A组分由以下重量份的材料组成:水性改性胺环氧固化剂10~20份,低铅含量防锈颜料10~20份,去离子水15~35份,润湿剂0.1~0.5份,分散剂0.4~1.0份,消泡剂0.3~0.6份,填料10~25份,硅烷偶联剂1.0~5.0份,醇醚类助剂2.0~3.0份,增稠流变剂0.5~1.0份,防腐剂0.3~0.5份,PH调节剂0.3~0.6份,防闪锈剂0.4~0.5份,水性附着力促进剂0.5~1.5份;
B组分为按重量份的水性环氧树脂乳液60~80份;
所述A组分和B组分按照重量比A:B=3:2~4的比例混合使用。
一种电网金具双组分水性环氧防腐涂料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备A组分:将上述配方量的水性改性胺环氧固化剂、低铅含量防锈颜料、填料、分散剂、去离子水、润湿剂、消泡剂、硅烷偶联剂、醇醚类助剂、增稠流变剂、防腐剂、PH调节剂、防闪锈剂、水性附着力促进剂依次投入分散罐中,分散均匀,再研磨至细度≤40μm;
(2)准备配方量的B组分水性环氧树脂乳液;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的转化A组分与步骤(2)的B组分按质量比3:4的比例混合搅拌均匀后测中控指标,合格后过滤包装。
实施例2:
一种电网金具双组分水性环氧防腐涂料,包含A组分和B组分,A组分由以下重量份的材料组成:水性改性胺环氧固化剂20份,低铅含量防锈颜料16份,去离子水25份,润湿剂0.5份,分散剂0.5份,消泡剂0.5份,填料20份,硅烷偶联剂2份,醇醚类助剂2份,增稠流变剂0.8份,防腐剂0.5份,PH调节剂0.5份,防闪锈剂0.5份,水性附着力促进剂1.2份;
B组分为水性环氧树脂乳液60份;
所述A组分和B组分按照重量比A:B=3:2的比例混合使用。
本实施例的其它技术内容与实施例1相同。
实施例3:
一种电网金具双组分水性环氧防腐涂料,包含A组分和B组分,A组分由以下重量份的材料组成:水性改性胺环氧固化剂15份,低铅含量防锈颜料16份,去离子水20份,润湿剂0.5份,分散剂0.5份,消泡剂0.5份,填料15份,硅烷偶联剂2份,醇醚类助剂2份,增稠流变剂1份,防腐剂0.5份,PH调节剂0.5份,防闪锈剂0.5份,水性附着力促进剂1份;
B组分为水性环氧树脂乳液75份,
所述A组分和B组分按照重量比A:B=1:1的比例混合使用。

1.一种涂覆双组分水性环氧防腐涂料的电网金具,包括耐张线夹本体(4)、钢锚(1)、引流板(2)、内衬管(5)、楔形夹(6)、铝套管(7),所述耐张线夹本体(4)呈中空管状,所述钢锚(1)前端的锚杆(3)穿设在所述耐张线夹本体(4)的端部内,并与设在耐张线夹本体(4)内的内衬管(5)内螺纹连接,所述引流板(2)的固定在耐张线夹本体(4)上,其特征在于:所述楔形夹(6)上设有多个条形切口(9),所述铝套管(7)内设有植膜摩擦层(8),所述耐张线夹本体(4)外表面涂覆有双组分水性环氧防腐涂料;
所述防腐涂料包含A组分和B组分:
A组分由以下重量份的材料组成:水性改性胺环氧固化剂10~20份,低铅含量防锈颜料10~20份,去离子水15~35份,润湿剂0.1~0.5份,分散剂0.4~1.0份,消泡剂0.3~0.6份,填料10~25份,硅烷偶联剂1.0~5.0份,醇醚类助剂2.0~3.0份,增稠流变剂0.5~1.0份,防腐剂0.3~0.5份,PH调节剂0.3~0.6份,防闪锈剂0.4~0.5份,水性附着力促进剂0.5~1.5份;

4.一种电网金具双组分水性环氧防腐涂料的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)制备A组分:将配方量的水性改性胺环氧固化剂、低铅含量防锈颜料、填料、分散剂、去离子水、润湿剂、消泡剂、硅烷偶联剂、醇醚类助剂、增稠流变剂、防腐剂、PH调节剂、防闪锈剂、水性附着力促进剂依次投入分散罐中,分散均匀,再研磨至细度≤40μm;
2)准备配方量的B组分水性环氧树脂乳液;
3)将步骤1)制备的转化A组分与步骤2)的B组分按质量比3:2~3比例混合搅拌均匀后测中控指标,合格后过滤包装。
