本发明涉及一种水性环氧防腐涂料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:水性环氧树脂25~35%,水性环氧固化剂7~12%,消泡剂1~4%,杀菌剂1~4%,阻燃剂2~5%,分散剂1~3%,磷酸锌防锈颜料3~6%,氧化铁红4~8%,纳米二氧化硅4~8%,金红石型二氧化钛5~10%,炭黑5~10%,填料6~9%,二丙酮醇1~4%,去离子水7~15%。按照上述配方得到的水性环氧防腐涂料,具有涂膜坚韧、耐磨、附着力好、耐化学腐蚀性的特性,并有良好的防火阻燃性。

水性环氧防腐涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及水性涂料,具体涉及一种水性环氧防腐涂料。
背景技术
水性涂料是以水作为溶剂和稀释剂,克服了传统溶剂型涂料易燃、易爆、有毒、有害的缺点,无毒害且无刺激性气味,安全环保,使用方便,用水代替高价格的有机溶剂,也节省了资源并且降低了生产成本。但与溶剂型涂料相比,水性涂料的配方较为复杂,通常包含有多种添加剂,而这些添加剂常常影响到涂膜的性能,导致涂膜的性能下降,尤其是耐水性与耐腐蚀性,而作为防腐涂料,通常对其性能要求较高,因此水性防腐涂料的技术难度较大,发展比较缓慢,在长时间内几乎没有大的突破。但国内外对水性防腐涂料的研究一直没有停止过,随着技术水平的提高和生态环境法规的制约以及人们对自身健康要求的提高,在防腐蚀领域,水性防腐涂料逐渐被人们所接受。防腐涂料中水性涂料的使用比例正在不断增加,水性涂料的平均增长率正在超过传统的溶剂型涂料,越来越多的成功应用案例也表明,即使在恶劣条件下,水性涂料也可为钢材提供良好的防腐蚀性能。
环氧树脂是平均每个分子含有两个或两个以上环氧基的热固性树脂。由于环氧树脂因易于加工成型、固化物性能优异而得到广泛应用,通过环氧和进化、填充无机填料、环氧结构改性、膨胀单体改性等高性能化后可以制成防腐涂料。环氧树脂也因此成为目前应用数量最多、应用范围最广的重防腐涂料用树脂。环氧树脂涂料具有优异的防腐蚀性及耐化学品性能和耐油性,对众多底材具有极佳的附着力,能与多种固化剂固化,可根据需要采用灵活多样的配方,环氧涂料的这些优异性能使得环氧树脂作为漆基在防腐涂料中占有主导地位,在溶剂型防腐涂料中,环氧树脂的优异性能得到了充分体现,当前环氧防腐涂料主要是溶剂型涂料,但环氧树脂在水性防腐涂料的研究与应用中也一直具有十分重要的地位,水性环氧防腐涂料在国外是发展最快的水性防腐涂料品种。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种水性环氧防腐涂料,具有涂膜坚韧、耐磨、附着力好、耐化学腐蚀性的特性,并有良好的防火阻燃性。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种水性环氧防腐涂料 ,按照重量百分比的原料包括:水性环氧树脂25~35%,水性环氧固化剂7~12%,消泡剂1~4%,杀菌剂1~4%,阻燃剂2~5%,分散剂1~3%,磷酸锌防锈颜料3~6%,氧化铁红4~8%,纳米二氧化硅4~8%,金红石型二氧化钛5~10%,炭黑5~10%,填料6~9%,二丙酮醇1~4%,去离子水7~15%。
优选的,所述的水性环氧防腐涂料 ,按照重量百分比的原料包括:水性环氧树脂30%,水性环氧固化剂9%,消泡剂3%,杀菌剂3%,阻燃剂3%,分散剂2%,磷酸锌防锈颜料4%,氧化铁红5%,纳米二氧化硅6%,金红石型二氧化钛8%,炭黑7%,填料7%,二丙酮醇3%,去离子水10%。

本发明的技术效果在于:按照上述配方得到的水性环氧防腐涂料,具有涂膜坚韧、耐磨、附着力好、耐化学腐蚀性的特性,并有良好的防火阻燃性。

进一步的,所述的炭黑pH为 6~8。
本发明的水性环氧防腐涂料物理测试性能结果如下:附着力:1级; 耐冲击力:52cm; 柔韧性:1mm;硬度:≥0.6;防火等级:B1级。测试结果可以看出水性环氧防腐涂料的各项性能指标较传统的溶剂型涂料已经有很大的提高。
实施例2:一种水性环氧防腐涂料 ,按照重量百分比的原料包括:水性环氧树脂29%,水性环氧固化剂10%,消泡剂2%,杀菌剂3%,阻燃剂4%,分散剂1%,磷酸锌防锈颜料5%,氧化铁红6%,纳米二氧化硅5%,金红石型二氧化钛9%,炭黑6%,填料7%,二丙酮醇2%,去离子水11%。
进一步的,所述的炭黑pH为 6~8。
