本发明公开了一种汽车顶棚抗老化护板,包括:无纺布层、UV树脂层、麻纤维板、玻璃纤维连续毡和聚丙烯发泡板,无纺布层压合在UV树脂层上,UV树脂层均匀喷涂在麻纤维板的表面,玻璃纤维连续毡的上下两个表面均设有贴合层,麻纤维板通过贴合层连接在玻璃纤维连续毡的上表面,聚丙烯发泡板通过贴合层连接在玻璃纤维连续毡的下表面。通过上述方式,本发明汽车顶棚抗老化护板可以阻挡紫外线穿过,防止板材黄变,具有高耐温性能,可以提高整个板材的强度,具有更好的耐冲击性能,延缓整个板材的老化速度,大大延长使用期限。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件技术领域,特别是涉及一种汽车顶棚抗老化护板。
背景技术
随着我国汽车工业的发展,人们对汽车的外观、舒适性、安全性和节能性等要求也不断提高,因此汽车内饰件的用量和质量也在不断提高。
汽车内饰件主要是指汽车内部改装所用到的汽车产品,涉及到汽车内部的方方面面,比如汽车防晒膜、汽车握手套、汽车地垫、汽车防滑垫和坐垫等等,均是汽车内饰用产品。
汽车顶棚是整车内饰的重要组成部分,需要实用性和装饰性兼具。目前的汽车顶棚使用一段时间后,容易发生老化,导致使用寿命大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车顶棚抗老化护板,可以阻挡紫外线穿过,防止板材黄变,具有高耐温性能,可以提高整个板材的强度,具有更好的耐冲击性能,延缓整个板材的老化速度,大大延长使用期限。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种汽车顶棚抗老化护板,包括:无纺布层、UV树脂层、麻纤维板、玻璃纤维连续毡和聚丙烯发泡板,无纺布层压合在UV树脂层上,UV树脂层均匀喷涂在麻纤维板的表面,玻璃纤维连续毡的上下两个表面均设有贴合层,麻纤维板通过贴合层连接在玻璃纤维连续毡的上表面,聚丙烯发泡板通过贴合层连接在玻璃纤维连续毡的下表面。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述无纺布为抗老化UV无纺布。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚丙烯发泡板呈蜂窝状设置。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述贴合层为抗老化粘结剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述整个抗老化护板通过层压法安装在汽车顶棚上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明汽车顶棚抗老化护板可以阻挡紫外线穿过,防止板材黄变,具有高耐温性能,可以提高整个板材的强度,具有更好的耐冲击性能,延缓整个板材的老化速度,大大延长使用期限。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种汽车顶棚抗老化护板,包括:无纺布层100、UV树脂层200、麻纤维板300、玻璃纤维连续毡400和聚丙烯发泡板500。
无纺布层100为抗老化UV无纺布,无纺布层100压合在UV树脂层200上,UV树脂层200均匀喷涂在麻纤维板300的表面,可以阻挡紫外线穿过,防止板材黄变,延缓整个板材的老化速度,延长整个抗老化护板的使用寿命。
玻璃纤维连续毡400的上下两个表面均设有贴合层600,麻纤维板300通过贴合层连接在玻璃纤维连续毡400的上表面,聚丙烯发泡板500通过贴合层600连接在玻璃纤维连续毡400的下表面。
玻璃纤维连续毡400的绝缘性能佳,耐高温性能好,还具有优异的耐腐蚀性能,可以提高整个板材的强度,具有良好的机械性能。
贴合层600为抗老化粘结剂,一方面能够保证良好的黏连性能,另一方面进一步提高板材的抗老化性能。
聚丙烯发泡板500呈蜂窝状设置,聚丙烯发泡板具有优异的弹性回复和高效吸能,具有高的耐热温度,具有更好的耐冲击性能,可大大延长使用期限。
整个抗老化护板通过层压法安装在汽车顶棚上,成型效果好,不易脱落。
本发明汽车顶棚抗老化护板的有益效果是:
可以阻挡紫外线穿过,防止板材黄变,具有高耐温性能,可以提高整个板材的强度,具有更好的耐冲击性能,延缓整个板材的老化速度,大大延长使用期限。

1.一种汽车顶棚抗老化护板,其特征在于,包括:无纺布层、UV树脂层、麻纤维板、玻璃纤维连续毡和聚丙烯发泡板,无纺布层压合在UV树脂层上,UV树脂层均匀喷涂在麻纤维板的表面,玻璃纤维连续毡的上下两个表面均设有贴合层,麻纤维板通过贴合层连接在玻璃纤维连续毡的上表面,聚丙烯发泡板通过贴合层连接在玻璃纤维连续毡的下表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚抗老化护板,其特征在于,所述无纺布为抗老化UV无纺布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚抗老化护板,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯发泡板呈蜂窝状设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚抗老化护板,其特征在于,所述贴合层为抗老化粘结剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚抗老化护板,其特征在于,所述整个抗老化护板通过层压法安装在汽车顶棚上。
