本发明公开了一种喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置,包括:墨盒、固定仓和基座,所述墨盒上设有滑槽和固定槽,用于将墨盒安装在固定仓内,所述固定仓通过转动机构与基座可拆卸连接,所述转动机构包括弹性球和与之相对应的卡孔、轨迹轴和与之相对应的轨道、转轴和与之相对应的转轴孔。其优点表现为:可单独更换墨盒,拆装方便,可根据需要调整角度。

技术领域
本发明涉及喷印装置技术领域,具体地说,是一种喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置。
背景技术
墨水和溶剂是喷码机用量最多的消耗品,墨盒装置作为两者的存储容器和固定装置,安装固定于壳体的底座。其中底座固定在机箱上,墨盒固定在底座上,当墨水或溶剂消耗用尽后,需要取出墨盒进行更换。
现有的墨盒装置存在拆装不方便,固定不可靠,耗材检测查看不方便的问题,因而,对喷印所依赖的墨盒在安装可靠性、更换的便捷性等方面的改造对喷印技术领域发展具有促进意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种可转动的、装卸便捷的喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置,包括:墨盒、固定仓和基座,所述墨盒上设有滑槽和固定槽,用于将墨盒安装在固定仓内,所述固定仓通过转动机构与基座可拆卸连接,所述转动机构包括弹性球和与之相对应的卡孔、轨迹轴和与之相对应的轨道、转轴和与之相对应的转轴孔。
进一步地,所述墨盒上还设有凹槽型手持位,便于持拿。
进一步地,所述墨盒对称两侧均设有滑槽和固定槽。
进一步地,在上述基础上所述固定仓内相对两侧均设有与所述滑槽相对应的导正筋,用于将墨盒安装在固定仓内,和与所述固定槽相对应的凸起,用于将墨盒固定在固定仓内稳定位置。
进一步地,所述的固定仓与基座的两侧对称设置转动机构,保证装置整体的稳定性和平衡性。
进一步地,所述固定仓上的弹性球至少有两个,所述基座上的卡孔至少有两组,每组卡孔的孔洞数目与弹性球数目相同。所述每组卡孔与基座底面所形成的张开角度不同,从而使得弹性球卡入不同卡孔时,基座与固定仓之间形成不同的张开角度。
本发明优点在于:
解决了以往墨盒固定不稳妥,墨盒更换、拆装不方便的问题。通过将墨盒固定后,利用转动机构拉开利于人手操作的角度后,墨盒还是可靠的固定在基座上,只需将墨盒单独取出更换、拆卸即可,方便、快速的更换墨盒,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图说明对本发明各组成结构及其操作方式进行详细说明
如附图1-3所示,本发明一种喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置,包括:墨盒1、固定仓2和基座3。墨盒1为不规则的扁平六面体型,在墨盒1上对称的两个侧面设有纵向的长滑槽1.1和横向的短固定槽1.2,与之对应的在固定仓2内对称的两个侧面设有纵向的导向筋2.1和横向的凸起2.2,将导向筋2.1对准滑槽1.1推动墨盒1至凸起2.2卡入固定槽1.2内,完成墨盒1在固定仓2内的安装,并使墨盒1能够稳定在固定仓2内,避免其滑脱或松动。墨盒1上还设有凹槽型手持位1.3,更换装卸墨盒时便于手持,手持位的设计除了凹槽型还可以是凸起设计或者其它形状,其目的都是为了更方便地持拿墨盒。
对照附图3,固定仓2通过转动机构与基座3可拆卸连接,转动机构包括弹性球2.3和与之相对应的卡孔3.1、轨迹轴2.4和与之相对应的轨道3.2、转轴2.5和与之相对应的转轴孔3.3。固定仓2两外侧与基座3的两侧对称设置转动机构。固定仓2两侧的转轴2.5分别插入基座3两侧的转轴孔3.3,对应的轨迹轴2.4落入轨道3.2内。本实施例中,固定仓2两侧分别设有两个弹性球2.3,对应的在基座上设有四个卡孔3.1分为两组,每组有两个与弹性球2.3位置相对应的孔洞。两组卡孔3.1中,其中一组与基座3底面形成45°夹角,另一组与基座3底面形成90°夹角。安装墨盒1时,弹性球2.3处于与基座3底面形成45°夹角的卡孔3.1内,将墨盒1稳定在固定仓2内以后,拨动墨盒1或者固定仓2通过转轴2.5向基座3底面方向的沿轨道3.2旋转,轨迹轴2.4在轨道3.2上旋转带动固定仓2和墨盒1共同旋转,旋转至听到啪声,即弹性球2.3进入与基座3底面形成90°夹角的卡孔3.1时,停止拨动,此时固定仓2连同墨盒1稳定在与基座3底面平行的方向上,即墨盒安装到位。需要更换墨盒时,拨动墨盒1或者固定仓2通过转轴2.5向偏离基座3底面的方向沿轨道3.2旋转,轨迹轴2.4在轨道3.2上旋转带动固定仓2和墨盒1共同旋转,旋转至听到啪声,并确认弹性球2.3进入与基座3底面形成45°夹角的卡孔3.1时,停止拨动,此时固定仓2连同墨盒1稳定在与基座3底面形成45°角的位置,手捏墨盒1的手持位1.3,轻轻拔出墨盒1,进行更换。
在实际操作中,可根据操作习惯适应性地调整卡孔3.1与水平方向所形成的夹角,也可以通过设置多组卡孔实现对不同角度的需求。关于弹性球2.3的设计,本实施例中采用最佳的两个弹性球的设计方式,实际应用中,针对装置及工作环境的需求可对弹性球做适应性调整,但其最终目的仍在本发明所要达到的技术效果之内。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明方法的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和补充,这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:墨盒、固定仓和基座,所述墨盒上设有滑槽和固定槽,用于将墨盒安装在固定仓内,所述固定仓通过转动机构与基座可拆卸连接,所述转动机构包括弹性球和与之相对应的两组卡孔、轨迹轴和与之相对应的轨道、转轴和与之相对应的转轴孔,所述两组卡孔中,其中一组与基座底面形成45°夹角,另一组与基座底面形成90°夹角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置,其特征在于,所述墨盒上还设有凹槽型手持位。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置,其特征在于,所述墨盒对称两侧均设有滑槽和固定槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置,其特征在于,所述固定仓内相对两侧均设有与所述滑槽相对应的导正筋,用于将墨盒安装在固定仓内,和与所述固定槽相对应的凸起,用于将墨盒固定在固定仓内稳定位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置,其特征在于,所述的固定仓与基座的两侧对称设置转动机构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置,其特征在于,所述固定仓上的弹性球至少有两个,所述基座上的卡孔至少有两组,每组卡孔的孔洞数目与弹性球数目相同。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种喷码机墨盒平衡固定与更换装置,其特征在于,所述每组卡孔与基座底面所形成的张开角度不同,从而使得弹性球卡入不同卡孔时,基座与固定仓之间形成不同的张开角度。
