本发明公开了一种旋振筛伞形帽抛光夹持工装，包括抛光装置和旋振筛伞形帽夹持装置，其中抛光装置由机架及设置于机架上的抛光机和吊挂支架构成，吊挂支架的末端通过吊环固定有吊钩，旋振筛伞形帽夹持装置由套管、设置于套管外侧端部的伸缩杆及设置于套管内侧的固定环构成，伸缩杆通过设置于套管外侧端部侧壁上的锁紧螺栓锁紧，伸缩杆的端部通过调节螺母固定有与伸缩杆滑动配合的卡槽板，该卡槽板上设有与旋振筛伞形帽边缘相配的卡槽。本发明结构简单实用，可以将旋振筛伞形帽夹持并固定于吊挂支架上，方便配合抛光机进行抛光处理。

技术领域
本发明属于旋振筛伞形帽加工装置技术领域，具体涉及一种旋振筛伞形帽抛光夹持工装。
背景技术
在旋振筛加工领域，旋振筛与筛分物料接触部分的部件，往往采用耐腐蚀且加工性能优异的不锈钢板材，该不锈钢板材需经剪切弯折焊接等加工才能成型，成型后需要对其表面进行抛光处理，对于旋振筛伞形帽这种异型结构部件，体积较大，抛光时操作比较困难。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种结构简单且使用方便的旋振筛伞形帽抛光夹持工装。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案，一种旋振筛伞形帽抛光夹持工装，其特征在于包括抛光装置和旋振筛伞形帽夹持装置，其中抛光装置由机架及设置于机架上的抛光机和吊挂支架构成，吊挂支架的末端通过吊环固定有吊钩，旋振筛伞形帽夹持装置由套管、设置于套管外侧端部的伸缩杆及设置于套管内侧的固定环构成，伸缩杆通过设置于套管外侧端部侧壁上的锁紧螺栓锁紧，伸缩杆的端部通过调节螺母固定有与伸缩杆滑动配合的卡槽板，该卡槽板上设有与旋振筛伞形帽边缘相配的卡槽。
进一步优选，所述的固定环包括固定外环和固定内环，其中固定外环和固定内环均为金属圆环，固定外环和固定内环同心焊接于套管的内侧，固定内环焊接于套管的内侧端部。
进一步优选，所述的套管至少3根且均匀分布于固定环上。
本发明结构简单实用，可以将旋振筛伞形帽夹持并固定于吊挂支架上，方便配合抛光机进行抛光处理。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述本发明的具体内容。一种旋振筛伞形帽抛光夹持工装，包括抛光装置和旋振筛伞形帽夹持装置，其中抛光装置由机架及设置于机架上的抛光机4和吊挂支架1构成，吊挂支架1的末端通过吊环2固定有吊钩3，旋振筛伞形帽夹持装置由套管10、设置于套管10外侧端部的伸缩杆11及设置于套管10内侧的固定环构成，伸缩杆11通过设置于套管10外侧端部侧壁上的锁紧螺栓12锁紧，伸缩杆11的端部通过调节螺母7固定有与伸缩杆11滑动配合的卡槽板6，该卡槽板6上设有与旋振筛伞形帽5边缘相配的卡槽，固定环包括固定外环8和固定内环9，其中固定外环8和固定内环9均为金属圆环，固定外环8和固定内环9同心焊接于套管10的内侧，固定内环9焊接于套管10的内侧端部，套管10至少3根且均匀分布于固定环上。
本发明的使用过程为：根据旋振筛伞形帽5直径大小调节伸缩杆11在套管10中的长度，锁定套管10外侧端部的锁紧螺栓12，确定套管10中伸缩杆11的长度，然后将旋振筛伞形帽5边缘卡在伸缩杆11端部卡槽板6的卡槽内，旋紧伸缩杆11上的调节螺母7将旋振筛伞形帽5夹持固定，然后将吊挂支架1吊环2上的吊钩3挂在固定外环8或固定内环9上，抛光操作人员双手把持旋振筛伞形帽5的边缘，靠近抛光机4进行抛光处理，需要抛光其它部位时，可以旋转调整吊挂支架1吊钩3上的旋振筛伞形帽5，直至完成整个工件的抛光作业。

1.一种旋振筛伞形帽抛光夹持工装，其特征在于包括抛光装置和旋振筛伞形帽夹持装置，其中抛光装置由机架及设置于机架上的抛光机和吊挂支架构成，吊挂支架的末端通过吊环固定有吊钩，旋振筛伞形帽夹持装置由套管、设置于套管外侧端部的伸缩杆及设置于套管内侧的固定环构成，伸缩杆通过设置于套管外侧端部侧壁上的锁紧螺栓锁紧，伸缩杆的端部通过调节螺母固定有与伸缩杆滑动配合的卡槽板，该卡槽板上设有与旋振筛伞形帽边缘相配的卡槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋振筛伞形帽抛光夹持工装，其特征在于：所述的固定环包括固定外环和固定内环，其中固定外环和固定内环均为金属圆环，固定外环和固定内环同心焊接于套管的内侧，固定内环焊接于套管的内侧端部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋振筛伞形帽抛光夹持工装，其特征在于：所述的套管至少3根且均匀分布于固定环上。
