本发明提供一种可调高低的工件加工夹具，用于工件夹持固定进行加工的夹具本体下方呈可滑动调节方式放置在一个底座上，夹具本体与底座之间为吻合对应的倾斜坡，在底座两端分别设置有调整和固定夹具本体顺倾斜坡滑动的固定挡块，在固定挡块上设有调节螺栓。使用时，可通过调节固定装置的进退调节让夹具本体顺倾斜坡滑动调节并固定，由于两者之间为倾斜坡，由此调节即可让夹具本体能构成高低使用状态的结构，即可方便对工件加工进行高低调节的目的，有利工件加工调整少事方便和确保加工质量稳定。

本发明涉及一种机床加工夹具，具体的说是一种可调高低的工件加工夹具。
背景技术
在汽车构件加工中，很多笨重工件在加工时要随时调整工件的高度，传统的方法是将工件从夹具中拆卸直接调整工件的高度，这种多年来的传统方式在实际生产中非常困难，由于工件笨重、工人体力消耗大、费工费时，且很容易出现调整的误差而造成加工质量的不稳定，特别是在对汽车转向器螺母一类零件进行加工时，由于对齿形要求高，如果加工齿形的啮合中心线出现偏离，就会直接增大螺杆和螺母的啮合间隙，从而影响方向机的安全控制性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可调高低的工件加工夹具，可很方便快捷的对加工工件进行高低调节、稳定可靠。
本发明包括用于工件夹持固定进行加工的夹具本体，所采用的技术方案在于：用于工件夹持固定进行加工的夹具本体下方呈可滑动调节方式放置在一个底座上，夹具本体与底座之间为吻合对应的倾斜坡，在底座两端分别设置有调整和固定夹具本体顺倾斜坡滑动的固定挡块，在固定挡块上设有调节螺栓。
本发明的优势效果如下：由于将用于夹持固定工件进行加工的夹具采用了上述这样一种设置，使用时，只需通过底座两端调节固定装置的调节，就可很方便的调整工件的高低，有效解决了传统生产方式中必须直接调整工件，既不方便又影响加工质量的问题，设计科学、操作快捷方便，有利提高工效和稳定产品质量。
