Abstract

一种伺服电机进、退刀小传动空间模内倒角机,由倒角总成、同步轮和过渡齿轮组组成,过渡齿轮组的动力输出齿轮与倒角总成的动力连接齿轮啮合,两个同步轮分别水平同步带连接设置在倒角总成壳体外牙杆和传动轴的顶端。本发明通过同步轮的设置,和齿轮与轴软、硬连接的连接方式,将伺服电机设置在模具外,有效降低了倒角总成与伺服电机连接所需求空间,使得模具的安装空间有效优化,在不增加模具高度的前提下保证了模具的强度。降低了倒角功能部与驱动部独立设置式模内倒角机对模具高度使用空间的要求,大大提高了倒角功能部与驱动部独立设置式模内倒角机的使用范围。

一种伺服电机进、退刀小传动空间模内倒角机。
背景技术
产品倒角是产品部件生产过程中经常需要进行的加工步骤。
为了提高倒角加工的质量与效率,以前有采用伺服电机驱动移动块,带动模内倒角机上下运动的结构模式,具有较为理想的驱动方式和驱动效果。
以前,采用伺服电机驱动移动块,带动模内倒角机上下运动结构模式的模内攻牙机,虽然可以完成所需产品部件的倒角作业,但是存在伺服电机连接倒角总成同步轮传动结构空间较大,不能满足空间优化和输送不同传动数据要求的问题。
发明内容
本发明通过过渡齿轮与轴软连接和两个同步轮同体设置的结构方式,使得本发明伺服电机连接倒角总成同步轮传动结构空间得到有效优化,同时具有可输送不同传动数据的功能。
本发明由倒角总成、同步轮和过渡齿轮组组成,过渡齿轮组的动力输出齿轮与倒角总成的动力连接齿轮啮合,两个同步轮分别水平同步带连接设置在倒角总成壳体外牙杆和传动轴的顶端。
过渡齿轮组由动力输入机壳、两组过渡齿轮和两个齿轮轴组成,两组过渡齿轮和两个齿轮轴设置在动力输入机壳内,两个齿轮轴平行垂直间隔设置,一组过渡齿轮中心配装有轴承,分别软连接套装在齿轮轴上,另一组过渡齿轮通过扁位结构硬连接套装在齿轮轴上。
倒角总成由壳体、动力连接轴、传动轴、主轴、牙杆、齿轮和移动块组成,动力连接轴上配置有通过扁位硬连接的,与过渡齿轮组软连接齿轮配合的齿轮,和通过轴承软连接的,与传动轴上通过扁位硬连接齿轮配合的齿轮,主轴和牙杆分别通过齿轮和螺母设置在移动块上,牙杆和动力连接轴伸到壳体上端外侧的顶端配置有同步轮,两个同步轮之间用同步带连接。
动力输入机壳与倒角总成可独立拆卸,便于独立拆卸倒角总成快捷拆卸刀具。
本发明的工作过程如下:牙杆固定在壳体内,在过渡齿轮组的驱动下旋转,通过牙杆螺母带动移动块上下移动。过渡齿轮组通过动力连接轴、传动轴推动主轴旋转,同时,动力连接轴顶端和牙杆顶端同步带连接的同步轮同步旋转,实现移动块和主轴的协调运行。
本发明通过同步轮的设置,和齿轮与轴软、硬连接的连接方式,将伺服电机设置在模具外,有效降低了倒角总成与伺服电机连接所需求空间,使得倒角机的整体外形高度得到优化,把与伺服电机连接的传动结构缩小在动力输入机壳内,使得机器高度得到有效降低,使得模具的安装空间有效优化,在不增加模具高度的前提下保证了模具的强度。降低了倒角功能部与驱动部独立设置式模内倒角机对模具高度使用空间的要求,大大提高了倒角功能部与驱动部独立设置式模内倒角机的使用范围。

过渡齿轮1的尺寸为齿数30,模数为2厚度12mm,过渡齿轮2的尺寸为齿数30,模数为2厚度12mm,齿轮3的尺寸为齿数30,模数为2厚度12mm,动力连接轴4的尺寸为直径20mm长134mm,同步轮5、7的尺寸为型号GPA34GT3060-A-P8,外径36mm厚度11mm,同步带6的尺寸为齿距2,周长150mm,宽8mm,牙杆8的尺寸为M20*2.0长135mm,移动块9的尺寸为长200mm宽150mm高56mm,螺母10的尺寸为外径30mm长30mm,内螺纹M20*2.0,齿轮11的尺寸为齿数30,模数为2厚度12mm,齿轮13的尺寸为齿数30,模数为2厚度12mm,齿轮15的尺寸为齿数30,模数为2厚度12mm,齿轮16的尺寸为齿数18,模数为2厚度12mm,齿轮18的尺寸为齿数24,模数为2厚度12mm,齿轮19的尺寸为齿数18,模数为2厚度12mm,轴12的尺寸为外径19mm长50mm,轴14的尺寸为外径19mm长50mm,传动轴17的尺寸为外径24mm长110mm,刀具主轴20的尺寸为外径30mm长102mm,壳体21的尺寸为长280mm宽230mm高120mm,动力输入壳体22的尺寸为长160mm宽140MM高60mm。

1.一种伺服电机进、退刀小传动空间模内倒角机,由倒角总成、同步轮和过渡齿轮组组成,其特征在于:过渡齿轮组的动力输出齿轮与倒角总成的动力连接齿轮啮合,两个同步轮分别水平同步带连接设置在倒角总成壳体外牙杆和传动轴的顶端;过渡齿轮组由动力输入机壳、两组过渡齿轮和两个齿轮轴组成,两组过渡齿轮和两个齿轮轴设置在动力输入机壳内,两个齿轮轴平行垂直间隔设置,一组过渡齿轮中心配装有轴承,分别软连接套装在齿轮轴上,另一组过渡齿轮通过扁位结构硬连接套装在齿轮轴上;倒角总成由壳体、动力连接轴、传动轴、主轴、牙杆、齿轮和移动块组成,动力连接轴上配置有通过扁位硬连接的,与过渡齿轮组软连接齿轮配合的齿轮,和通过轴承软连接的,与传动轴上通过扁位硬连接齿轮配合的齿轮,主轴和牙杆分别通过齿轮和螺母设置在移动块上,牙杆和动力连接轴伸到壳体上端外侧的顶端配置有同步轮,两个同步轮之间用同步带连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的伺服电机进、退刀小传动空间模内倒角机,其特征在于:动力输入机壳与倒角总成可独立拆卸,便于独立拆卸倒角总成快捷拆卸刀具。
