Abstract

本发明公开了一种配备组合式喷枪喷涂机器人的轮毂喷漆设备,包括控制系统、轮型识别系统、支具识别系统、供漆装置、快速换色装置、喷涂机器人、组合式喷枪、清洗系统、输送链及附属装置。该系统所配备的喷涂机器人端部安装组合式喷枪,该组合式喷枪由多把喷枪单体组装而成,通过轮型识别系统的自动识别自动调取喷涂工艺与参数,自动切换色漆种类、调取喷涂参数和机器人喷涂路径,实现轮毂混线智能喷涂,避免更换色漆耗费大量时间导致设备利用率低下,以及分类暂存码放导致的在制过多问题,适应当前逐渐小批量化和定制化的市场需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种配备组合式喷枪喷涂机器人的轮毂喷漆设备,涉及轮毂喷涂技术领域。
背景技术
目前,机器人喷涂技术在汽车轮毂喷涂领域应用越来越广泛,传统喷涂机器人生产方式是,一台机器人配备一把喷枪,待喷涂轮毂需要按喷漆类型分类集中上线,亦即批量化生产,当需要喷涂下一种轮毂色漆时,就必须更换色漆。这种传统生产方式一者损失设备效率,二者批量化上线方式会造成大量在制。在当前逐渐小批量化和定制化的市场需求下,传统喷涂方式已经不能满足柔性化生产要求,所以亟需一种可以实现柔性化喷涂的生产方式及设备。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种配备组合式喷枪喷涂机器人的轮毂喷漆设备。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种配备组合式喷枪喷涂机器人的轮毂喷漆系统,包括控制系统、轮型识别系统、支具识别系统、供漆装置、快速换色装置、喷涂机器人、组合式喷枪、清洗系统、输送链及附属装置,输送链包括链条、支具和驱动机构。本发明设备主体设置在喷涂隔离区内,喷涂隔离区设置喷房,所述喷涂机器人设置在喷房内,所述轮型识别系统设置在喷涂隔离区入口前,所述支具识别系统包括在每个支具下方设置的读写标签以及设置在轮型识别系统处和各喷房入口处的标签读写装置,轮型识别系统、标签读写装置与控制系统采用弱电联接。
喷涂机器人顶端安装组合式喷枪,组合式喷枪由复数把喷枪单体固定安装在一起,喷枪单体之间相对位置固定,供漆装置根据色漆种类,通过相互独立的供漆管路与对应的喷枪单体联接,在供漆管路上设置快速换色装置,供漆系统、快速换色装置与控制系统之间采用弱电联接。
控制系统储存待生产轮毂型号、代码及与之对应的色漆种类、喷涂参数和喷涂机器人路径程序,并控制如下喷涂过程:待喷轮毂上线→ 轮毂型号识别→ 支具识别→ 轮型信息存储→ 进入喷涂隔离区→ 支具读取→色漆种类和喷涂参数调取→ 选定喷枪单体→路径程序调取(以其中一把喷枪单体为零点,以上述选定喷枪单体与零点喷枪单体相对位移自动进行坐标转换,获得最终路径程序)→ 喷涂→ 离开喷房→ 烘烤固化→ 成品下线。
进一步,所述供漆系统包括与喷枪单体对应设置的相互独立的搅拌台和供漆泵,进漆路径为搅拌台→ 供漆泵→ 进漆管→ 快速换色装置→ 进漆管→ 喷枪单体,回漆路径为快速换色装置→ 回漆管→ 搅拌台。
进一步,所述清洗系统设置在快速换色装置、组合式喷枪及两者之间的进漆管上,清洗系统路径依次为:清洗剂罐→隔膜泵→清洗剂输送管→快速换色装置→进漆管→喷枪单体→废漆回漆支管→废漆回漆主管→废漆罐。
本发明的有益效果是:该系统所配备的喷涂机器人端部安装组合式喷枪,通过轮型识别系统的自动识别自动调取喷涂工艺与参数,自动切换色漆种类、调取喷涂参数和机器人喷涂路径程序,实现轮毂混线智能喷涂,避免更换色漆所耗费的大量时间,以及分类暂存码放导致的在制过多问题,适应当前逐渐小批量化和定制化的市场需求。

如图1、图2所示,一种配备组合式喷枪喷涂机器人的轮毂喷漆设备,本发明设备主体设置在喷涂隔离区内,喷涂隔离区设置喷房,喷涂机器人设置在喷房内,所述轮型识别系统设置在喷涂隔离区入口前,所述支具识别系统包括在每个支具下方设置的读写标签以及设置在轮型识别系统处和各喷房入口处的标签读写装置,轮型识别系统和标签读写装置与控制系统1采用弱电联接。
喷涂机器人顶端安装组合式喷枪6,组合式喷枪6由四把喷枪单体4固定安装在一起,喷枪单体4之间相对位置固定,供漆装置根据色漆种类,通过相互独立的供漆管路与对应的喷枪单体4联接,在供漆管路上设置快速换色装置8,供漆系统和快速换色装置8与控制系统1之间采用弱电联接。
