一种除阴虱的洗液
技术领域
本发明涉及可以治疗皮肤病、皮肤瘙痒，并预防艾滋病、性病、除掉阴虱之药液，具体涉及一种以中草药为原料制备的中药外用洗液。
背景技术
皮肤瘙痒是一种刺激机体抓挠的不舒适感，是临床的常见、多发病症。现代流行病学表明慢性瘙痒在成年人中的发病率高达23％。瘙痒病因复杂，由多种内在因素和外在因素共同导致，确切原因尚不完全清楚。
瘙痒在中医文献中被称为“风瘙痒”、“风痒”、“血风疮”和“痒风”等。《内经》中便有对瘙痒症的描述以及初步的病因探讨，《素问·至真要大论》说：“诸痛痒疮，皆属于心”。现代中医研究认为该病多与风邪、湿、热、虫淫或血虚风燥有关，肌肤气血不和是致痒的病理基础。有学者将皮肤瘙痒症分为血虚风燥、脾虚湿盛、肝郁血瘀、血热风燥、肝胆湿热五型，得出皮肤瘙痒症是在外邪(风、湿、热、虫淫等)和体虚(血虚、气虚等)的共同作用所致。
阴虱主要见于阴部和肛门周围，偶见于大腿和腹部的毛中，罕见于身体其他长毛的部位。体小而宽，平均长1.5-2公釐(0.01-0.08吋)。前足小于中、后足。用放大镜看像蟹。卵产在阴毛上，2-3周孵化。一般阴虱的寿命是30天，但所有脱离人体的阴虱均会在2天内死亡。被阴虱寄生后，病人症状表现：阴部瘙痒，特别是夜间瘙痒更甚；阴部出现红疹、丘疹、血痂、青斑；内裤上有铁锈色粉末状或颗粒状虱粪；阴毛根部可发现铁锈色或红褐色椭圆形虫卵；阴毛处发现阴虱成虫或虫卵。阴虱的传播途径主要是性交，因此阴虱感染被认为是性传播疾病的一种。衣物和床铺也是阴虱的重要传播途径。世界卫生组织研究结果表明，艾滋病的病源来自性病。阴虱作为一种性病，很容易传染，目前常用的治疗方法是剃除患者的阴毛，用药浸泡患处皮肤，使阴虱脱离。这种方法虽然有一定的治疗效果，但往往不能够有效清除阴虱。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种能够治疗皮肤瘙痒、杀死阴虱并能预防艾滋病、性病的中药外用洗液。本发明技术问题是根据下面的技术方案来解决的，它是以下述重量配比的原料按常规制剂方法制成的除阴虱的洗液：花椒10-20克，半夏5-20克，覆盆子5-25克，板蓝根10-50克，大青叶10-40克，金钱草2-25克，紫草5-30克，红花5-25克，桃仁5-30克，牡蛎5-15克，麦冬5-15克，薏苡仁10-30克，败酱草10-20克，旱莲草5-20克，苦参10-30克，蛇床子2-20克，丹参5-15克，枯矾5-20克，茯苓5-30克，重楼5-15克，防风5-15克，玉竹5-15克，地肤子5-20克，岗松10-20克，五倍子5-25克，苍术10-20克，半枝连5-20克，千里光2-20克，虎杖5-20克，茵陈2-15克，地锦草3-30克，五加皮5-15克，失笑散2-10克，土槿皮3-25克，黑芥穗5-15克，芡实5-20克，牡丹皮10-30克，飞扬草5-25克。

本发明还提供了一种止痒去疹抗艾除阴洗液制备方法，按重量取各原料混合均匀，放入2000毫升水中，浸泡0.5-1小时，然后文火煎30分钟，过滤去渣，煎出的药液为800-1000毫升，即得到中药洗剂。
本发明配方中：
花椒：味辛性热,入归脾、胃、肾经，有芳香健胃、温中散寒、除湿止痛、杀虫解毒、止痒解腥等功效。
半夏：燥湿化痰；降逆止呕；消痞散结。主治：咳喘痰多；呕吐反胃；胸脘痞满头痛眩晕；夜卧不安；瘿瘤痰核；痈疽肿毒。
覆盆子：补虚续绝，强阴建阳，悦泽肌肤，安和脏腑，温中益力，疗劳损风虚，补肝明目。
板蓝根：具有清热解毒、凉血消肿、利咽之功效，主治温毒发斑；高热头痛；大头瘟疫；舌绛紫暗，烂喉丹痧；丹毒；痄腮；喉痹；疮肿、痈肿；水痘；麻疹；肝炎；流行性感冒，流脑，乙脑，肺炎，神昏吐衄。
大青叶：清热解毒，凉血消斑。用于热病高热烦渴；神昏；斑疹；吐血；衄血；黄疸；泻痢；丹毒；喉痹；口疮；痄腮。
金钱草：全草供药用，有清热利尿、祛风止痛、止血生肌、消炎解毒、杀虫之功。可治急慢性肝炎、黄疸型肝炎、胆囊炎、肾炎、泌尿系感染、扁桃腺炎、口腔炎及痈疔疗毒、毒蛇咬伤、乳痈、痢疾、疟疾、肺出血等。
紫草：凉血，活血，清热，解毒。治温热斑疹，湿热黄疸，紫癜，吐、衄、尿血，淋浊，热结便秘，烧伤，湿疹，丹毒，痈疡。
红花：主产河南、湖南、四川、新疆、西藏等地。活血通经，散瘀止痛，有助于治经闭、痛经、恶露不行、胸痹心痛、瘀滞腹痛、胸胁刺痛、跌打损伤、疮疡肿痛疗效。
桃仁：具有活血祛瘀，润肠通便，止咳平喘的功效。用于经闭痛经，瘕瘕痞块，肺痈肠痈，跌扑损伤，肠燥便秘，咳嗽气喘。
牡蛎：敛阴，潜阳，止汗，涩精，化痰，软坚。治惊痫，眩晕，自汗，盗汗，遗精，淋浊，崩漏，带下，瘰疬，瘿瘤。
麦冬：味甘、微苦，性微寒，归胃、肺、心经，有养阴润肺、益胃生津、清心除烦的功效，用于肺燥干咳、阴虚痨嗽、喉痹咽痛、津伤口渴、内热消渴、心烦失眠、肠燥便秘等症。
薏苡仁：有利水渗透湿，健脾止泻，除痹，排脓，解毒散结的作用。用于水肿，脚气，小便不利，脾虚泄泻，湿痹拘挛，肺痈，肠痈；赘疣，癌肿。
败酱草：味辛、苦，用于中药熬煮时有浓烈的脚臭味，有清热解毒，祛瘀排脓等功效。
旱莲草：中医常用的养肝益肾、凉血止血药物。对肝肾阴虚所致的头昏目眩、牙齿松动、腰背酸痛、下肢痿软诸症以及血热所致的多种出血证有良好疗效。
苦参：其苦，寒。有清热燥湿，杀虫，利尿之功。用于热痢，便血，黄疸尿闭，赤白带下，阴肿阴痒，湿疹，湿疮，皮肤瘙痒，疥癣麻风，外治滴虫性阴道炎。
蛇床子：性温，味苦。温肾壮阳，燥湿，祛风，杀虫。用于阳痿、宫冷、寒湿带下、湿痹腰痛；外治外阴湿疹、妇人阴痒、滴虫性阴道炎。
丹参：活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈。用于胸痹心痛，脘腹胁痛，瘕瘕积聚，热痹疼痛，心烦不眠，月经不调，痛经经闭，疮疡肿痛。
枯矾：消痰，燥湿，止泻，止血，解毒，杀虫。治癫痫，喉痹，疚涎壅甚，肝炎，黄疸，黄肿，胃、十二指肠溃疡，子宫脱垂，白带，泻痢，衄血，口舌生疮，疮痔疥癣，水、火、虫伤。
茯苓：味甘、淡，性平。利水渗湿，健脾，宁心。用于水肿尿少，痰饮眩悸，脾虚食少，便溏泄泻，心神不安，惊悸失眠。
重楼：清热解毒，消肿止痛，凉肝定惊。疔疮痈肿，咽喉肿痛，蛇虫咬伤，跌扑伤痛，惊风抽搐。
防风：味辛、甘，性微温。祛风解表，胜湿止痛，止痉。用于外感表证，风疹瘙痒，风湿痹痛，破伤风正，脾虚湿盛。
玉竹：养阴、润燥、清热、生津、止咳等功效。用作滋补药品，主治热病伤阴、虚热燥咳、心脏病、糖尿病、结核病等症，并可作高级滋补食品、佳肴和饮料，具有保健作用。
地肤子：清热利湿，祛风止痒。用于小便涩痛，阴痒带下，风疹，湿疹，皮肤瘙痒。
岗松：味苦；辛；性凉。化瘀止痛；清热锊毒；利尿通淋；杀虫止痒。主治跌打损伤；肚硬化；热泻；热淋；小便不利；阴痒；脚气；湿疹；皮肤瘙痒；疥癣；水火烫伤；虫蛇咬伤。
五倍子：性寒，味酸、涩，具有敛肺降火、涩肠止泻、敛汗止血、收湿敛疮等功效，主治肺虚久咳、久泻久痢、便血痔血、痈肿疮毒、皮肤湿烂等症。
苍术：辛、苦，温。燥湿健脾，祛风散寒，明目，辟秽。用于脘腹胀痛，泄泻，水肿，风湿痹痛，脚气痿躄，风寒感冒，雀目。
半枝莲：有清热解毒，活血化瘀，消肿止痛，抗癌之功效；治阑尾炎、肝炎、胃痛、早期肝癌、肺癌、子宫颈癌、乳腺炎等；外用治痛疖疗，跌打肿痛等症。
千里光：清热解毒；明目退翳；杀虫止痒。主流感；上呼吸道感染；肺炎；急性扁桃体炎；肋腺炎；急性肠炎；菌痢；黄疸型肝炎；胆湿癣炎；急性尿路感染；目赤肿痛翳障；痈肿疖毒；丹毒；湿疹；干湿癣疮；滴虫性阴道炎；烧烫伤。
虎杖：具有利湿退黄，清热解毒，散瘀止痛，止咳化痰的功效。用于湿热黄疸，淋浊，带下，风湿痹痛，痈肿疮毒，水火烫伤，经闭，症瘕，趺打损伤，肺热咳嗽。
茵陈：全草入药，可预防流感，治中暑、感冒、头痛身重、腹痛、呕吐、胸膈胀满、气阻食滞、小儿食积腹胀、腹泻、月经过多、崩漏带下、皮肤搔痒及水肿等症，其散热发表功用，尤胜于薄荷。
地锦草：清热解毒；利湿退黄；活血止血。主痢疾；泄泻；黄疸；咳血；吐血；尿血；便血；崩漏；乳汁不下；跌打肿痛及热毒疮疡等。
五加皮：味辛、苦，性温。有祛风湿，补益肝肾，强筋壮骨，利水消肿的作用。用于风湿痹病，筋骨痿软，小儿行迟，体虚乏力，水肿，脚气。
失笑散：具有活血祛瘀，散结止痛之功效。主治瘀血停滞证。心腹刺痛，或产后恶露不行，或月经不调，少腹急痛等。
土槿皮：具有祛风除湿，杀虫止痒之功效。主治疥癣，湿疹，神经性皮炎。
黑芥穗：解表散风，透疹，消疮，止血。用于感冒，麻疹透发不畅，便血、崩漏、鼻衄。
芡实：具有益肾固精，补脾止泻，除湿止带之功效。常用于遗精滑精，遗尿尿频，脾虚久泻，白浊，带下。
牡丹皮：清热凉血，活血化瘀。热人营血，温毒发斑，吐血衄血，夜热早凉，无汗骨蒸，经闭痛经，跌扑伤痛，痈肿疮毒。
飞扬草：有清热解毒，利湿止痒，通乳之功效。用于肺痈，乳痈，疔疮肿毒，牙疳，痢疾，泄泻，热淋，血尿，湿疹，脚癣，皮肤瘙痒。
中医认为瘙痒与湿热、毒、虫有关，旱莲草、板蓝根、大青叶、败酱草清热解毒杀虫，燥湿止痒，薏苡仁、紫草、地锦草健脾化湿，麦冬清下焦湿热，苦参、大青叶、蛇床子、千里光、飞扬草、黑芥穗均有清热解毒、消炎、杀虫止痒之功效，现代研究证明这类中药同时对多种细菌、真菌、滴虫、病毒均有明显的抑制作用，诸药共用以达健脾除湿、清热解毒、杀虫止痒之功，使红肿、渗出、瘙痒性皮肤易于消退。现代药理学研究，蛇床子、苦参有直接杀灭滴虫作用，枯矾、半枝莲有消炎、收敛、防腐的作用，苦参、茯苓、岗松、重楼有抗真菌作用，丹参、红花、茵陈、牡丹皮等合用有活血化瘀作用，苦参、虎杖、薏苡仁清热解毒、活血化瘀，花椒有芳香避秽功效，对皮肤的末稍神经有麻醉作用，能够起到止痒功效。上述诸药合用，共奏燥湿祛湿、清热解毒、活血祛风、杀虫止痒功效。诸药外洗共奏杀虫、抗菌止痒、去除阴虱之功。
在正确使用外洗药剂的同时，如霉菌性、由病毒、真菌引起的皮肤瘙痒、皮肤病，可迅速达到治疗目的，此方疗效可靠，成本低，简便易行，安全无毒副作用，值得推广。

实验室动物试验与临床试验
动物实验：
动物造模：取小鼠54只适应性喂养1周；向小鼠尾静脉注射0.025％右旋糖酐-40注射液0.05ml/10克(l.25毫克/千克)，以小鼠前爪搔抓头部，后爪搔抓躯干，嘴咬全身各部位作为瘙痒指征。
皮肤瘙痒造模后小鼠按照随机分配法分为实验组、对照组、药物对照组各18只，实验组小鼠用本发明的洗液，对照组小鼠不做任何处理，药物对照组采用每日涂覆肤轻松软膏一次处理，观察治疗后三组小鼠30分钟内搔痒发作次数及每次搔痒持续时间。实验表明，中药洗液组小鼠搔痒时间与对照组比较明显缩短，效果略好于药物对照组。

临床试验
1.皮肤瘙痒
分组方法：采用随机数字表法，将60例患者分为两组：治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用本申请的中药洗液，对照组采用市售皮肤康洗液。
疗效评定标准治愈：瘙痒及皮肤继发损害消失。显效：无明显瘙痒，继发性皮损消退80％以上。无效：瘙痒无减轻，继发皮损消退不足20％，反有加重。以20天为1疗程，连续治疗2个疗程后评定疗效。随访至治疗结束后3月，记录复发情况。统计学方法采用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析，以P<0.05差异有统计学意义。

采用本申请的洗液可以达到快速除菌，止痒去疹的效果，对于皮肤瘙痒疗效显著，效果略好于市售的皮肤康洗液，而且药性温和，造价低，可以长期使用无副作用。3个月随机检查无复发情况。
2、阴虱
纳入患者22例，其中年龄最小15岁，最大49岁，平均年龄36.8岁。临床检查中肉眼可见阴虱及虫卵(阴毛根部可发现铁锈色或红褐色椭圆形虫卵)，并用甘油固定成虫，标本送检验科镜检确诊者22例，患者均以瘙痒、皮疹为主要症状，其中5例伴有股内侧青灰色斑。
采用本申请的中药洗液每日2次(早晚各1次)，连续用药1周为1个疗程。
判断标准：治愈：瘙痒症状及外阴湿疹消失，检查无成虫和虫卵，随访3月无复发；好转：瘙痒症状消失，外阴湿疹减轻，检查无成虫和虫卵，随访3月无复发；无效：瘙痒症状及外阴湿疹存在，检查仍有成虫或者虫卵发现，需要加用其它方法治疗的。
结果：治愈20例，好转2例，复发0例，总有效率100％。本发明的洗液可以有效治疗皮肤瘙痒，祛湿去疹、治疗阴虱等疾病，有利于艾滋病、其他性病的预防。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (4)

1.一种除阴虱的洗液，其特征在于，包括下述重量配比的原料：花椒10-20克，半夏5-20克，覆盆子5-25克，板蓝根10-50克，大青叶10-40克，金钱草2-25克，紫草5-30克，红花5-25克，桃仁5-30克，牡蛎5-15克，麦冬5-15克，薏苡仁10-30克，败酱草10-20克，旱莲草5-20克，苦参10-30克，蛇床子2-20克，丹参5-15克，枯矾5-20克，茯苓5-30克，重楼5-15克，防风5-15克，玉竹5-15克，地肤子5-20克，岗松10-20克，五倍子5-25克，苍术10-20克，半枝连5-20克，千里光2-20克，虎杖5-20克，茵陈2-15克，地锦草3-30克，五加皮5-15克，失笑散2-10克，土槿皮3-25克，黑芥穗5-15克，芡实5-20克，牡丹皮10-30克，飞扬草5-25克。
2.如权利要求1所述的除阴虱的洗液，其特征在于，包括：花椒10-15克，半夏5-15克，覆盆子5-20克，板蓝根10-40克，大青叶10-30克，金钱草2-20克，紫草5-20克，红花5-20克，桃仁5-20克，牡蛎5-12克，麦冬5-13克，薏苡仁10-20克，败酱草10-16克，旱莲草5-15克，苦参10-20克，蛇床子2-15克，丹参5-10克，枯矾5-15克，茯苓5-20克，重楼5-12克，防风5-10克，玉竹5-10克，地肤子5-15克，岗松10-15克，五倍子5-20克，苍术10-15克，半枝连5-15克，千里光2-10克，虎杖5-15克，茵陈2-12克，地锦草5-25克，五加皮5-13克，失笑散5-10克，土槿皮5-20克，黑芥穗5-10克，芡实5-15克，牡丹皮10-20克，飞扬草5-15克。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的除阴虱的洗液的制备方法，其特征在于，按重量取各原料混合均匀，放入2000毫升水中，浸泡0.5-1小时，然后文火煎30分钟，过滤去渣，煎出的药液为800-1000毫升，即得到中药洗剂。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的除阴虱的洗液在治疗皮肤病、皮肤瘙痒，并预防艾滋病、性病、除阴虱的应用。
