本发明中倒提壶、藿香、当归、柏子仁起清热解毒、养心安神、健脾益气作用，蒲公英、石菖蒲、酸枣仁、远志、丹参、黄芪、合欢皮起舒肝解郁、滋补肝肾作用，全方相互配伍，养心安神效果明显。莲子、核桃、燕麦、芝麻、大枣和葵花籽也是一些可以改善睡眠状况的食物；蜂蜜对安心养神也有一定的作用，另外还可以作为饮品制备过程中口感改良剂，使饮品的口感更佳。
一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
a）将原料切碎至0.5～2cm，加原料3～5倍重量提取剂在40～60℃下蒸煮提取2～3小时，保留蒸煮液；
b）将蒸煮后的原料捣碎，并加入捣碎后原料重量2～3倍的50～60vol%乙醇水溶液在50～60℃下蒸煮提取1～2小时，趁热过滤，得到滤液A和滤渣A；
c）将滤渣A和滤渣A重量1～2倍的60～70vol%乙醇水溶液在65～75℃下蒸煮提取0.5～1小时，趁热过滤，得到滤液B；
d）合并蒸煮液、滤液A和滤液B，并进行浓缩，除去40～50wt%的液体组分，并使其中乙醇的含量小于0.5wt%，制得治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂。
本发明的方法中，采用多方位提取中药材中的有效成分，使中药材的利用率达到最大。
作为优选，步骤a中的提取剂由氯化钠、碳酸氢钠和水配制而成，其中氯化钠含量为1～2wt%，碳酸氢钠的含量为3～5wt%，余量为水。
作为优选，蒸煮提取在密封条件下进行。
作为优选，步骤a得到蒸煮液后向其中加入适量可食用酸，使蒸煮液的pH值为7.0～7.5。
作为优选，可食用酸为乳酸、柠檬酸或苹果酸中的一种。
因此，本发明具有以下有益效果：本发明具有养血安神、改善睡眠等功效，缓解虚烦、失眠多梦等症状，配方精简，配比合理，方便消费者服用，效果显著。本发明中的制备方法工艺步骤简单且适用于大生产。

实施例1
一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂，由以下重量份的原料制得：
茯苓3份，白芍5份，倒提壶2份，藿香2份，当归4份，柏子仁2份，蒲公英4份，夜交藤3份，石菖蒲2份，酸枣仁5份，远志5份，丹参2份，黄芪2份，合欢皮6份，五味子2份，何首乌2份，松叶6份，天竺黄3份，肉苁蓉3份，龙齿1份，山药3份，甘草5份，枸杞子8份，莲子6份，核桃5份，燕麦12份，芝麻5份，大枣6份，葵花籽5份，蜂蜜9份。
一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
a）将原料切碎至0.5cm，加原料3倍重量提取剂在40℃下密封条件下蒸煮提取2小时，保留蒸煮液，并向蒸煮液中加入适量乳酸，使蒸煮液的pH值为7.0；提取剂由氯化钠、碳酸氢钠和水配制而成，其中氯化钠含量为1wt%，碳酸氢钠的含量为3wt%，水的含量为96wt%；
b）将蒸煮后的原料捣碎，并加入捣碎后原料重量2倍的50vol%乙醇水溶液在50℃下密封条件下蒸煮提取1小时，趁热过滤，得到滤液A和滤渣A；
c）将滤渣A和滤渣A重量1倍的60vol%乙醇水溶液在65℃下密封条件下蒸煮提取0.5小时，趁热过滤，得到滤液B；
d）合并蒸煮液、滤液A和滤液B，并进行浓缩，除去40wt%的液体组分，并使其中乙醇的含量小于0.5wt%，制得治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂。
实施例2
一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂，由以下重量份的原料制得：
茯苓5份，白芍7份，倒提壶3份，藿香4份，当归4.5份，柏子仁4份，蒲公英5份，夜交藤3.5份，石菖蒲4份，酸枣仁6份，远志6份，丹参4份，黄芪2.5份，合欢皮6.5份，五味子5份，何首乌3份，松叶8份，天竺黄4份，肉苁蓉4份，龙齿2份，山药5份，甘草6份，枸杞子10份，莲子7份，核桃7份，燕麦13份，芝麻6份，大枣6.5份，葵花籽5.5份，蜂蜜10份。
一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
a）将原料切碎至1cm，加原料4倍重量提取剂在50℃下密封条件下蒸煮提取2.5小时，保留蒸煮液，并向蒸煮液中加入适量柠檬酸，使蒸煮液的pH值为7.2；提取剂由氯化钠、碳酸氢钠和水配制而成，其中氯化钠含量为1.5wt%，碳酸氢钠的含量为4wt%，水的含量为94.5wt%；
b）将蒸煮后的原料捣碎，并加入捣碎后原料重量2.5倍的55vol%乙醇水溶液在55℃下密封条件下蒸煮提取1.5小时，趁热过滤，得到滤液A和滤渣A；
c）将滤渣A和滤渣A重量1.5倍的65vol%乙醇水溶液在70℃下密封条件下蒸煮提取0.75小时，趁热过滤，得到滤液B；
d）合并蒸煮液、滤液A和滤液B，并进行浓缩，除去45wt%的液体组分，并使其中乙醇的含量小于0.5wt%，制得治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂。
实施例3
一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂，由以下重量份的原料制得：
茯苓6份，白芍9份，倒提壶4份，藿香6份，当归5份，柏子仁6份，蒲公英7份，夜交藤4份，石菖蒲5份，酸枣仁8份，远志7份，丹参6份，黄芪3份，合欢皮7份，五味子8份，何首乌4份，松叶10份，天竺黄5份，肉苁蓉5份，龙齿3份，山药7份，甘草7份，枸杞子12份，莲子8份，核桃8份，燕麦14份，芝麻7份，大枣7份，葵花籽6份，蜂蜜11份。
一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
a）将原料切碎至2cm，加原料5倍重量提取剂在60℃下密封条件下蒸煮提取3小时，保留蒸煮液，并向蒸煮液中加入适量苹果酸，使蒸煮液的pH值为7.5；提取剂由氯化钠、碳酸氢钠和水配制而成，其中氯化钠含量为2wt%，碳酸氢钠的含量为5wt%，水的含量为93wt%；
b）将蒸煮后的原料捣碎，并加入捣碎后原料重量3倍的60vol%乙醇水溶液在60℃下密封条件下蒸煮提取2小时，趁热过滤，得到滤液A和滤渣A；
c）将滤渣A和滤渣A重量2倍的70vol%乙醇水溶液在75℃下密封条件下蒸煮提取1小时，趁热过滤，得到滤液B；
d）合并蒸煮液、滤液A和滤液B，并进行浓缩，除去50wt%的液体组分，并使其中乙醇的含量小于0.5wt%，制得治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂。

1.一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂，其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制得：
茯苓3～6份，白芍5～9份，倒提壶2～4份，藿香2～6份，当归4～5份，柏子仁2～6份，蒲公英4～7份，夜交藤3～4份，石菖蒲2～5份，酸枣仁5～8份，远志5～7份，丹参2～6份，黄芪2～3份，合欢皮6～7份，五味子2～8份，何首乌2～4份，松叶6～10份，天竺黄3～5份，肉苁蓉3～5份，龙齿1～3份，山药3～7份，甘草5～7份，枸杞子8～12份，莲子6～8份，核桃5～8份，燕麦12～14份，芝麻5～7份，大枣6～7份，葵花籽5～6份，蜂蜜9～11份。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
a）将原料切碎至0.5～2cm，加原料3～5倍重量提取剂在40～60℃下蒸煮提取2～3小时，保留蒸煮液；
b）将蒸煮后的原料捣碎，并加入捣碎后原料重量2～3倍的50～60vol%乙醇水溶液在50～60℃下蒸煮提取1～2小时，趁热过滤，得到滤液A和滤渣A；
c）将滤渣A和滤渣A重量1～2倍的60～70vol%乙醇水溶液在65～75℃下蒸煮提取0.5～1小时，趁热过滤，得到滤液B；
d）合并蒸煮液、滤液A和滤液B，并进行浓缩，除去40～50wt%的液体组分，并使其中乙醇的含量小于0.5wt%，制得治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤a中的提取剂由氯化钠、碳酸氢钠和水配制而成，其中氯化钠含量为1～2wt%，碳酸氢钠的含量为3～5wt%，余量为水。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述蒸煮提取在密封条件下进行。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤a得到蒸煮液后向其中加入适量可食用酸，使蒸煮液的pH值为7.0～7.5。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种治疗顽固性失眠的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述的可食用酸为乳酸、柠檬酸或苹果酸中的一种。
