技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能性食品领域,更具体地,涉及一种蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖。
背景技术
蛹虫草,又名北虫草、北冬虫夏草。蛹虫草是与冬虫夏草同属异种的近缘种。国内外很多研究表明:蛹虫草具有提高机体的免疫功能,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、降血糖、抗疲劳、降血脂的作用及作为镇痛药源等。因此,近些年来国内外学者对此都非常关注。
硒是人体所必须的微量元素,是重要含硒酶(如谷胱甘肽过氧化酶和硫氧还蛋白还原酶等)的重要组成部分,具有防治糖尿病,克山病、大骨节病、关节炎,肝病、保护肝脏,解毒排毒等功能,能有增强肌体免疫力。研究表明有机硒比无机硒吸收率高,可以更有效地被人体吸收,有机硒在体内主要以硒蛋白、硒多糖和硒核酸等形式存在。
将蛹虫草和硒蛋白结合应用于食用比较广泛的休闲食品中,人们不但可以更放心方便地食用,还可以补充人体所需的营养物质,将会更容易被人们接受。目前市场上尚未有以富硒蛹虫草作原料的压片糖。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种低脂高蛋白、能调节血糖血脂、增强机体免疫力的蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖,按重量份数计,由以下原料成份制得:
富硒蛹虫草粉 10~50份
大豆分离蛋白 45~90份
异麦芽酮糖 15~25份
本发明的蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖是由以下工艺步骤制作而成:
(1)取原料富硒蛹虫草粉、大豆分离蛋白和异麦芽酮糖混合,并加水溶解得到膏状物,加入的水含量为原料总重量的20~30%;
(2)将膏状物在制粒机中制粒,粒料的粒度控制在20~30目,并置于干燥箱中于50~70℃下干燥,将粒料中的水分含量控制在6%以下;
(3)将干燥后的粒料于自动压片机中压片成型,制得蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明以富硒蛹虫草为原料,具有调节人体血糖血脂、增强免疫力和抗氧化能力,适合高血糖、糖尿病人食用。
(2)本发明还添加了大豆分离蛋白,能为人体提供丰富的优质蛋白和人体必需的氨基酸,增强机体免疫力,降低血清胆固醇,防止心脏和脑血管疾病;大豆蛋白还能阻止尿钙损失,促进骨质健康,减少患骨质疏松的几率。
(3)本发明以异麦芽酮糖作为甜味剂,甜度约为蔗糖的42%,甜味纯正,异麦芽酮糖摄取不会被唾液、胃酸和胰液消化,一直到小肠才被水解成葡萄糖和果糖吸收,对血糖值影响不大,且不致龋齿;异麦芽酮糖被消化吸收后不会引起胰岛素的分泌,不易产生脂肪堆积而发胖,可适用于肥胖人群食用。
(4)本发明制得的蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖作为一种休闲食品,人们不仅可以更放心方便地食用,还可以补充人体所需的营养物质,有利于人体健康。

一种蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖,按重量份数计,由以下原料成份制得:
富硒蛹虫草粉 10~50份

上述的一种蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖,其由以下工艺步骤制作而成:
(1)取原料富硒蛹虫草粉、大豆分离蛋白和异麦芽酮糖混合,并加水溶解得到膏状物,加入的水含量为原料总重量的20~30%;
(2)将膏状物在制粒机中制粒,粒料的粒度控制在20~30目,并置于干燥箱中于50~70℃下干燥,将粒料中的水分含量控制在6%以下,将粒料水份控制在6%以下,不易发生霉变,保质期长。
(3)将干燥后的粒料于自动压片机中压片成型,制得蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖。
进一步地,将所述蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖进行包衣工艺处理:将胃溶型薄膜包衣预混剂制成质量浓度为5%的溶液,在包衣机中于蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖外包裹一层胃溶型薄膜包衣,包衣温度控制在50~60℃。
上述制作工艺中用到的制粒机、自动压片机、包衣机均为现有常规的设备,包衣完成后可进行自动分袋包装成市场中销售的成品。本产品所采用的富硒蛹虫草粉为每100g富硒蛹虫草干品中含有3~5mg的有机硒。
实施例1
取富硒蛹虫草粉10g、大豆分离蛋白67g和异麦芽酮糖23g混合,并加20g水溶解得到膏状物,将膏状物在制粒机中制粒至粒料粒度为20~30目,置于干燥箱中于50℃下干燥90min使粒料中的水分含量在6%以下,然后将干燥后的粒料于自动压片机中压片成型,将胃溶型薄膜包衣预混剂制成质量浓度为5%的溶液,在包衣机中于50~60℃下包裹一层胃溶型薄膜包衣,进行自动分袋包装,制成蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖产品。

取富硒蛹虫草粉20g、大豆分离蛋白60g和异麦芽酮糖20g混合,并加30g水溶解得到膏状物,将膏状物在制粒机中制粒至粒料粒度为20~30目,置于干燥箱中于70℃下干燥30min使粒料中的水分含量在6%以下,然后将干燥后的粒料于自动压片机中压片成型,将胃溶型薄膜包衣预混剂制成质量浓度为5%的溶液,在包衣机中于50~60℃下包裹一层胃溶型薄膜包衣,进行自动分袋包装,制成蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖产品。

取富硒蛹虫草粉50g、大豆分离蛋白75g和异麦芽酮糖25g混合,并加45g水溶解得到膏状物,将膏状物在制粒机中制粒至粒料粒度为20~30目,置于干燥箱中于70℃下干燥60min使粒料中的水分含量在6%以下,然后将干燥后的粒料于自动压片机中压片成型,将胃溶型薄膜包衣预混剂制成质量浓度为5%的溶液,在包衣机中于50~60℃下包裹一层胃溶型薄膜包衣,进行自动分袋包装,制成蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖产品。
实施例5
取富硒蛹虫草粉45g、大豆分离蛋白90g和异麦芽酮糖25g混合,并加48g水溶解得到膏状物,将膏状物在制粒机中制粒至粒料粒度为20~30目,置于干燥箱中于70℃下干燥60min使粒料中的水分含量在6%以下,然后将干燥后的粒料于自动压片机中压片成型,将胃溶型薄膜包衣预混剂制成质量浓度为5%的溶液,在包衣机中于50~60℃下包裹一层胃溶型薄膜包衣,进行自动分袋包装,制成蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖产品。

Claims (6)
1.一种蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由以下原料成份制得:
富硒蛹虫草粉 10~50份
大豆分离蛋白 45~90份
异麦芽酮糖 15~25份。
2.如权利要求1所述的蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由以下原料成份制得:
富硒蛹虫草粉 10份
大豆分离蛋白 67份
异麦芽酮糖 23份。
3.如权利要求1所述的蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由以下原料成份制得:
富硒蛹虫草粉 20份
大豆分离蛋白 60份
异麦芽酮糖 20份。
4.如权利要求1所述的蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由以下原料成份制得:
富硒蛹虫草粉 35份
大豆分离蛋白 45份
异麦芽酮糖 20份。
5.如权利要求1~4所述的蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖,其特征在于:其由以下工艺步骤制作而成:
(1)取原料富硒蛹虫草粉、大豆分离蛋白和异麦芽酮糖混合,并加水溶解得到膏状物,加入的水含量为原料总重量的20~30%;
(2)将膏状物在制粒机中制粒,粒料的粒度控制在20~30目,并置于干燥箱中于50~70℃下干燥,将粒料中的水分含量控制在6%以下;
(3)将干燥后的粒料于自动压片机中压片成型,制得蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖。
6.如权利要求5所述的蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖,其特征在于:将所述蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖进行包衣工艺处理:将胃溶型薄膜包衣预混剂制成质量浓度为5%的溶液,在包衣机中于蛹虫草硒蛋白压片糖外包裹一层胃溶型薄膜包衣,包衣温度控制在50~60℃。
