本发明涉及一种增压式排烟通道余热回收利用装置,包括安装于地面上的锅炉及余热换热器,所述锅炉的出烟口通过第一烟气管与余热换热器连接,所述余热换热器的出口处连接第二烟气管,所述第二烟气管上安装有节能器,所述节能器通过进水口与给水泵连接;所述余热换热器的顶部还设置有蒸汽出口,所述第一烟气管上还通过支管连接有第一增压泵,所述第二烟气管上还通过支管连接有第二增压泵;所述余热换热器包括烟气通道,固定安装于所述烟气通道中的蛇形管,所述蛇形管的相邻的两竖直段之间安装有除烟片,多块除烟片上下隔开布置,所述除烟片包括两套设于所述竖直段上的除烟套环,所述除烟套环上设有过滤孔。

一种增压式排烟通道余热回收利用装置
技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉技术领域,特别涉及锅炉的余热回收利用系统。
背景技术
现有技术中的燃气热载体锅炉,其回收利用率低,往往造成能量的浪费。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,申请人进行研究及改进,提供一种增压式排烟通道余热回收利用装置,本发明采用如下方案:
一种增压式排烟通道余热回收利用装置,包括安装于地面上的锅炉及余热换热器,所述锅炉的出烟口通过第一烟气管与余热换热器连接,所述余热换热器的出口处连接第二烟气管,所述第二烟气管上安装有节能器,所述节能器通过进水口与给水泵连接;所述余热换热器的顶部还设置有蒸汽出口,所述第一烟气管上还通过支管连接有第一增压泵,所述第二烟气管上还通过支管连接有第二增压泵;
所述余热换热器包括烟气通道,固定安装于所述烟气通道中的蛇形管,所述蛇形管的相邻的两竖直段之间安装有除烟片,多块除烟片上下隔开布置,所述除烟片包括两套设于所述竖直段上的除烟套环,所述除烟套环上设有过滤孔。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明采用增压方式,加快进烟和排烟速度,提高热量的利用率。本发明于蛇形管上隔开设置除烟片,除烟片将蛇形管的相邻竖直段捆绑一起,并设置过滤孔,整体与烟尘的接触面积大,具有良好的除烟效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的增压式排烟通道余热回收利用装置,包括安装于地面上的锅炉1及余热换热器4,锅炉1的出烟口通过第一烟气管3与余热换热器4连接,余热换热器4的出口处连接第二烟气管6,第二烟气管6上安装有节能器7,节能器7通过进水口8与给水泵连接;余热换热器4的顶部还设置有蒸汽出口5,第一烟气管3上还通过支管连接有第一增压泵9,第二烟气管6上还通过支管连接有第二增压泵10;
如图2、图3所示,余热换热器4包括烟气通道41,固定安装于烟气通道41中的蛇形管42,蛇形管42的相邻的两竖直段之间安装有除烟片43,多块除烟片43上下隔开布置,除烟片43包括两套设于竖直段上的除烟套环44,除烟套环44上设有过滤孔45。
本发明,采用增压方式,加快进烟和排烟速度,提高热量的利用率。本发明于蛇形管42上隔开设置除烟片43,除烟片43将蛇形管42的相邻竖直段捆绑一起,并设置过滤孔,整体与烟尘的接触面积大,具有良好的除烟效果。

1.一种增压式排烟通道余热回收利用装置,包括安装于地面上的锅炉(1)及余热换热器(4),所述锅炉(1)的出烟口通过第一烟气管(3)与余热换热器(4)连接,所述余热换热器(4)的出口处连接第二烟气管(6),所述第二烟气管(6)上安装有节能器(7),所述节能器(7)通过进水口(8)与给水泵连接;所述余热换热器(4)的顶部还设置有蒸汽出口(5),其特征在于:所述第一烟气管(3)上还通过支管连接有第一增压泵(9),所述第二烟气管(6)上还通过支管连接有第二增压泵(10);
所述余热换热器(4)包括烟气通道(41),固定安装于所述烟气通道(41)中的蛇形管(42),所述蛇形管(42)的相邻的两竖直段之间安装有除烟片(43),多块除烟片(43)上下隔开布置,所述除烟片(43)包括两套设于所述竖直段上的除烟套环(44),所述除烟套环(44)上设有过滤孔(45)。
