本发明是一种节能环保烟气过滤装置,包括集热箱体,在集热箱体内设置有蛇形排列的烟气管道,在集热箱体的上方设置降温箱体,在降温箱体内设置有与烟气管道连接的匚型管道,在降温箱体内设置有匚型喷淋管和T型喷淋管,在降温箱体的上方设置有过滤箱体,在过滤箱体的下端设置有与匚型管道连接的进气管道,进气管道上设置有数个漏孔,在每个漏孔的上方两侧分别设置有数个支架,在支架的两侧均设置有过滤纤维层。本发明能有效的对烟气进行过滤,减少环境污染。

技术领域
本发明属于环保设备,具体的说是涉及一种节能环保烟气过滤装置。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,现在的各种燃能装置和设备的不断增多,烟灰和尾气也不断的增多,但是目前的烟气过滤装置无法满足现代设备的发展速度。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种节能环保的烟气过滤装置,该装置能有效的过滤烟气和末端尾气,且成本低廉。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种节能环保烟气过滤装置,包括集热箱体,在集热箱体的下端设置有进气口,在集热箱体的上端设置有出气口,在集热箱体内与进气口和出气口连接设置有蛇形排列的烟气管道,在集热箱体的上方设置降温箱体,在降温箱体内设置有与烟气管道连接的匚型管道,在降温箱体内设置有匚型喷淋管和T型喷淋管,在匚型喷淋管的一侧连接第一回水管,在T型喷淋管的一侧连接第二回水管,在降温箱体的左右两侧分别设置有下水管,第一回水管的下端设置有第一水箱,在第二回水管的下端设置有第二水箱,在降温箱体的上方设置有过滤箱体,在过滤箱体的下端设置有与匚型管道连接的进气管道,进气管道上设置有数个漏孔,在每个漏孔的上方两侧分别设置有数个支架,在支架的两侧均设置有过滤纤维层。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在集热箱体的外侧设置有硅酸铝隔热棉层,插入集热箱体设置有散热管道。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在过滤箱体内、支架的上方设置有蜂窝状过滤棉层、活性炭过滤棉层和PP过滤棉层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明过滤装置将废气收集后进入到加热箱体内,烟气管道蛇形排列,对加热箱体内的热量进行回收处理,加热箱体的外侧增加了硅酸铝隔热棉层,避免烫伤工作人员,蛇形排列的烟气管道与降温箱体内的匚型管道连接,在降温箱体内根据匚型管道的形状插入匚型管道内设置了T型喷淋管,在匚型管道的外侧设置了匚型喷淋管,有效的对匚型管道内的气体进行降温处理,喷淋水可以回收循环使用,匚型管道与过滤箱体内的蒸汽管道连接,气体通过漏孔向上运动,在运动的过程中通过过滤纤维对气体进行吸附,去除杂质,然后再经过多个过滤层过滤之后排出,对气体进行充分过滤。
本发明结构简单、设计合理新颖,操作方便,能有效的对烟气进行过滤,减少环境污染。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1 所示,本发明是一种节能环保烟气过滤装置,包括集热箱体1,在所述集热箱体1的下端设置有进气口,在所述集热箱体1的上端设置有出气口,在所述集热箱体1内与所述进气口和所述出气口连接设置有蛇形排列的烟气管道2,在所述集热箱体1的上方设置降温箱体5,在所述降温箱体5内设置有与所述烟气管道2连接的匚型管道6,在所述降温箱体5内设置有匚型喷淋管7和T型喷淋管8,T型喷淋管8插入到匚型管道6内,匚型喷淋管7包裹在匚型管道6的外侧,通过喷淋对管道内的烟气进行充分降温,在所述匚型喷淋管7的一侧连接第一回水管9,在所述T型喷淋管8的一侧连接第二回水管10,在所述降温箱体5的左右两侧分别设置有下水管11,所述第一回水管9的下端设置有第一水箱12,在所述第二回水管10的下端设置有第二水箱13,喷淋后的水通过第一第二回水管进行循环使用,在所述降温箱体5的上方设置有过滤箱体14,对降温后的烟气进行过滤,在所述过滤箱体14的下端设置有与所述匚型管道6连接的进气管道15,所述进气管道15上设置有数个漏孔16,在每个所述漏孔16的上方两侧分别设置有数个支架17,在所述支架17的两侧均设置有过滤纤维层18,烟气中的杂质通过过滤纤维过滤吸附,在所述过滤箱体14内、所述支架17的上方设置有蜂窝状过滤棉层19、活性炭过滤棉层20和PP过滤棉层21,经过过滤之后的烟气排放到空气中,在所述过滤箱体的上端设置有出气孔,在所述集热箱体1的外侧设置有硅酸铝隔热棉层3,防止烫伤,插入所述集热箱体1设置有散热管道4,散热管道4对热量进行回收统一处理,集热箱体、降温箱体和过滤箱体逐渐减小。
本发明过滤装置将废气收集后进入到加热箱体内,烟气管道蛇形排列,对加热箱体内的热量进行回收处理,加热箱体的外侧增加了硅酸铝隔热棉层,避免烫伤工作人员,蛇形排列的烟气管道与降温箱体内的匚型管道连接,在降温箱体内根据匚型管道的形状插入匚型管道内设置了T型喷淋管,在匚型管道的外侧设置了匚型喷淋管,有效的对匚型管道内的气体进行降温处理,喷淋水可以回收循环使用,匚型管道与过滤箱体内的蒸汽管道连接,气体通过漏孔向上运动,在运动的过程中通过过滤纤维对气体进行吸附,去除杂质,然后再经过多个过滤层过滤之后排出,对气体进行充分过滤。

1.一种节能环保烟气过滤装置,包括集热箱体(1),其特征在于:在所述集热箱体(1)的下端设置有进气口,在所述集热箱体(1)的上端设置有出气口,在所述集热箱体(1)内与所述进气口和所述出气口连接设置有蛇形排列的烟气管道(2),在所述集热箱体(1)的上方设置降温箱体(5),在所述降温箱体(5)内设置有与所述烟气管道(2)连接的匚型管道(6),在所述降温箱体(5)内设置有匚型喷淋管(7)和T型喷淋管(8),在所述匚型喷淋管(7)的一侧连接第一回水管(9),在所述T型喷淋管(8)的一侧连接第二回水管(10),在所述降温箱体(5)的左右两侧分别设置有下水管(11),所述第一回水管(9)的下端设置有第一水箱(12),在所述第二回水管(10)的下端设置有第二水箱(13),在所述降温箱体(5)的上方设置有过滤箱体(14),在所述过滤箱体(14)的下端设置有与所述匚型管道(6)连接的进气管道(15),所述进气管道(15)上设置有数个漏孔(16),在每个所述漏孔(16)的上方两侧分别设置有数个支架(17),在所述支架(17)的两侧均设置有过滤纤维层(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种节能环保烟气过滤装置,其特征在于:在所述集热箱体(1)的外侧设置有硅酸铝隔热棉层(3),插入所述集热箱体(1)设置有散热管道(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种节能环保烟气过滤装置,其特征在于:在所述过滤箱体(14)内、所述支架(17)的上方设置有蜂窝状过滤棉层(19)、活性炭过滤棉层(20)和PP过滤棉层(21)。
