本发明公开一种草纸及其制备工艺,由以下原料制成:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维、混合纤维、热塑性淀粉、甘油、滑石粉、二氧化钛、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、羧甲基纤维素、聚己内酯、粘合剂、相容剂、抗氧剂份、防水剂;所述原料由以下重量份数配比组成:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维40份、混合纤维15份、热塑性淀粉20份、甘油15份、滑石粉8份、二氧化钛3份、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物5份、羧甲基纤维素3份、聚己内酯3份、粘合剂1.5份、相容剂1.2份、抗氧剂1.5份、防水剂0.8份;该纸具有纸张强度高、表面性能良好、松厚度高、耐折度高、光泽度低;同时具有清洁环保,减少纸质浪费,体积轻巧便于携带的优点。

本发明具体涉及一种草纸及其制备工艺。
背景技术
纸是我们日常生活中最常用的物品,无论读书、看报,或是写字、作画,都得和纸接触。在工业、农业和国防工业生产中,也离不开纸。今天,如果没有纸,那简直是不可想像的。纸在交流思想、传播文化、发展科学技术和生产方面,是一种强有力的工具和材料。纸是用以书写、印刷、绘画或包装等的片状纤维制品。一般由经过制浆处理的植物纤维的水悬浮液,在网上交错的组合,初步脱水,再经压缩、烘干而成。我国已经有了麻质纤维纸。不仅质地粗糙,且数量少,成本高,不普及。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种清洁环保,减少纸质浪费的草纸;同时体积轻巧便于携带。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种草纸,由以下原料制成:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维40-50份、沥青基碳纤维、碳纤维预氧丝、热塑性淀粉、甘油、滑石粉、二氧化钛、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、羧甲基纤维素、聚己内酯、丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、硼胶改性酚醛树脂、相容剂、抗氧剂、防水剂;所述原料由以下重量份数配比组成:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维40-50份、沥青基碳纤维15-20份、碳纤维预氧丝30-40份、热塑性淀粉20-30份、甘油15-20份、滑石粉8-10份、二氧化钛3-5份、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物5-6份、羧甲基纤维素2-4份、聚己内酯1-3份、丁腈橡胶0.8-1.5份、丁苯橡胶0.8-1.5份、硼胶改性酚醛树脂1.6-3份、相容剂0.8-1.2份、抗氧剂1.2-1.5份、防水剂0.6-0.8份。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种草纸制备工艺。
一种草纸制备工艺过程包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份数配比提取聚丙烯腈基碳纤维40-50份、沥青基碳纤维15-20份、碳纤维预氧丝30-40份、热塑性淀粉20-30份、甘油15-20份、滑石粉8-10份、二氧化钛3-5份、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物5-6份、羧甲基纤维素2-4份、聚己内酯1-3份、丁腈橡胶0.8-1.5份、丁苯橡胶0.8-1.5份、硼胶改性酚醛树脂1.6-3份、相容剂0.8-1.2份、抗氧剂1.2-1.5份、防水剂0.6-0.8份进行搅拌均匀后,然后进行洗浆、漂白,制得浆液,备用;
2)将步骤1)制得的浆液加入微纤维状衍生物,搅拌均匀,缓慢升温,温度升到98℃时,保温15分钟,制得浆液备用,备用;
3)将步骤2)制得的浆液输送到抄纸机进行抄纸,制得平纸,备用;
4)将步骤3)制得的平纸放进皱纸机上进行皱纸,然后将纸张进行过胶,制得成品A,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的成品A放进喷粉机中进行喷粉,然后在经过卷纸机中进行卷纸,制得草纸,即可。
本发明的有益效果是:具有纸张强度高、表面性能良好、松厚度高、耐折度高、光泽度低;同时具有清洁环保,减少纸质浪费,体积轻巧便于携带。

1)按重量份数配比提取聚丙烯腈基碳纤维45份、沥青基碳纤维17.5份、碳纤维预氧丝35份、热塑性淀粉25份、甘油17.5份、滑石粉9份、二氧化钛4份、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物5.5份、羧甲基纤维素3份、聚己内酯2份、丁腈橡胶1.1份、丁苯橡胶1.1份、硼胶改性酚醛树脂2.3份、相容剂1份、抗氧剂1.35份、防水剂0.7份进行搅拌均匀后,然后进行洗浆、漂白,制得浆液,备用;
2)将步骤1)制得的浆液加入微纤维状衍生物,搅拌均匀,缓慢升温,温度升到98℃时,保温15分钟,制得浆液备用,备用;
3)将步骤2)制得的浆液输送到抄纸机进行抄纸,制得平纸,备用;

3)将步骤2)制得的浆液输送到抄纸机进行抄纸,制得平纸,备用;

以上表格乃是草纸的原纸技术要求,根据上表的数据,将本发明的草纸与其他草纸进行对比,并记录数据。
实验产品:采用普通的草纸、特制的草纸与本申请的草纸作对比,并记录具体数值,如下表所示:
结合上表,对比普通的草纸、特制的草纸与本申请的草纸,只有本发明的草纸各项技术指标达到优等品的标准,因此,相比普通的草纸、特制的草纸,本发明的草纸更能突出在使用过程中纸体变化小,书写清晰不走样,且纸体因耐磨差而避免字体模糊,使用寿命长的特点。
本发明的有益效果是:具有纸张强度高、表面性能良好、松厚度高、耐折度高、光泽度低;同时具有清洁环保,减少纸质浪费,体积轻巧便于携带。
