Abstract
本发明涉及一种食品级一次性用品的制备方法,该方法包括:(1)浆料的制备:采用漂白硫酸盐针叶木和阔叶木的原生木浆为原料,浆料浓度为5%,通过打浆控制木浆打浆度≥25°SR,添加质量比为0.1%~5%的纳米级纤维素作为增强剂和粘结剂,添加一定量的抗水剂、抗油剂,控制浆料的质量浓度在1%~10%范围,形成稳定、分散均匀的浆料;(2)吸附成型:将浆料通过纸模塑成型机,通过真空成型和热压固化加工成纸模塑;(3)干燥定型:将纸模塑加热干燥定型、裁切修边和表面整饰,形成食品级的一次性用具。采用本发明制作的吸管、搅拌棒及勺子等一次性用品,湿强度、渗透性、抗水性等各项指标完全符合要求,既无毒无害,且能自然降解,绿色又环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品级一次性用品的制备方法,特别是食品级吸管、搅拌棒和勺子等一次性用品的制备方法。
背景技术
现有一次性的吸管、搅拌棒和勺子材质主要为塑料,一次性塑料制品对于人体和环境都有不同程度的危害。首先,一次性塑料制品含有有毒性的物质,如双酚基丙烷等,严重危害人们的身体健康;其次,一次性塑料制品具有不易降解的特性,丢弃在大自然中至少需要2000年才能被降解,对人和环境造都成伤害。
纸浆模塑是一种由制浆、吸附成型、干燥定型等工序塑造出一定形状的纸制品,对环境无害,纸制品也可以回收利用,该项技术主要应用于包装纸。由于食品级吸管、搅拌棒及勺子等一次性用品对湿强度、渗透性、抗水性等各项指标要求较高,暂未见相关应用的报到。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供无毒无害,且环保的一种食品级一次性用品的制备方法。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种食品级一次性用品的制备方法,其特征在于它包括如下步骤:(1)浆料的制备:采用漂白硫酸盐针叶木和阔叶木的原生木浆作为原料,浆料浓度为5%,通过打浆控制木浆打浆度≥25°SR,添加质量比为0.1%~5%的纳米级纤维素作为增强剂和粘结剂,添加一定量的抗水剂、抗油剂,控制浆料的质量浓度在1%~10%范围,形成稳定、分散均匀的浆料;(2)吸附成型:将浆料通过纸模塑成型机,通过真空成型和热压固化加工成纸模塑;(3)干燥定型:加工后的纸模塑,经过加热干燥定型、裁切修边、表面整饰,形成食品级的一次性用具。
所述的一种食品级一次性用品的制备方法,其特征在于纳米级纤维素采用天然植物纤维加工制造,纤维长度10nm~1000nm。
所述的一种食品级一次性用品的制备方法,其特征在于抗水剂为食品级的聚乙烯醇、亚油酸脂、碳酸锆钾中的一种或多种。
所述的一种食品级一次性用品的制备方法,其特征在于抗油剂为食品级的有机硅抗油剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一、采用80%的阔叶木浆和20%的针叶木浆,浓度为5%,打浆度为35°SR,添加1%的纳米纤维素(占木浆质量的百分比), 添加一定量的抗水剂、抗油剂乳液等,经搅拌后形成稳定、均匀分散的浆料。抗水剂为聚乙烯醇、亚油酸脂、碳酸锆钾中的一种或多种,抗油剂为食品级的有机硅抗油剂。
二、取一定量浆料,分别加入纸模塑成型机,通过真空成型和热压固化等加工成纸模塑。该成型机采用分别采用吸管、搅拌棒和勺子等用具的模型,加工成纸模塑的模型厚度0.1mm~1.5mm。
三、将加工后的纸模塑,经过加热干燥定型、裁切修边、表面整饰等工艺,形成可以使用的吸管、搅拌棒和勺子等一次性用具。

1.一种食品级一次性用品的制备方法,其特征在于它包括如下步骤:(1)浆料的制备:采用漂白硫酸盐针叶木和阔叶木的原生木浆作为原料,浆料浓度为5%,通过打浆控制木浆打浆度≥25°SR,添加质量比为0.1%~5%的纳米级纤维素作为增强剂和粘结剂,添加一定量的抗水剂、抗油剂,控制浆料的质量浓度在1%~10%范围,形成稳定、分散均匀的浆料;(2)吸附成型:将浆料通过纸模塑成型机,通过真空成型和热压固化加工成纸模塑;(3)干燥定型:加工后的纸模塑,经过加热干燥定型、裁切修边、表面整饰,形成食品级的一次性用具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品级一次性用品的制备方法,其特征在于纳米级纤维素采用天然植物纤维加工制造,纤维长度10nm~1000nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品级一次性用品的制备方法,其特征在于抗水剂为食品级的聚乙烯醇、亚油酸脂、碳酸锆钾中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品级一次性用品的制备方法,其特征在于抗油剂为食品级的有机硅抗油剂。
