Abstract
本发明公布了一种食盐包装纸的制造方法,它包括将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆及漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆分别打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥等工艺步骤。本发明工艺简单,制备的食盐包装纸强度好,耐破性能高,防潮性能好,同时能够快速降解,满足环保要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食盐包装纸的制造方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的食盐包装袋主要广泛采用塑料或纸塑复合包装,由于塑料极难自然降解,造成严重的环境污染,一些发达国家已部分限制塑料包装的使用。国外食盐包装已广泛采用纸质包装,食盐包装纸与食盐包装机械产品、技术已经成熟,国内尚处于研发阶段。为此,开发食盐包装纸,降低白色污染,既是大势所趋,也是利国利民的好事。
食盐包装纸产品要求符合食品包装用纸卫生要求,且强度好,耐破性能高,防潮性能好,同时能够快速降解,满足环保要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上问题,提供一种食盐包装纸的制造方法,工艺简单,制备的食盐包装纸强度好,耐破性能高,防潮性能好,同时能够快速降解,满足环保要求。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种食盐包装纸的制造方法,它包括将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆及漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆分别打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥等工艺步骤,具体参数如下:
1)漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆及漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的重量比为:50~60:40~50;漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆浓度为3.5~4.5%,打浆叩解度为50±2SR;漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆浓度为3.5~4.5%,打浆叩解度为37±2SR;
2)辅料对绝干浆用量为:(a)AKD胶重量比0.5~1.0%;(b)助留剂重量比0.02~0.04%;(c)阳离子淀粉重量比1.2~1.5%;(d)丙烯酰胺聚合物增强剂0.8~1.2%;(e)填料采用轻钙,按照10%控制加入量;
3)施胶部:表面施胶采用膜转移表面施胶,表胶采用聚乙烯醇+施胶淀粉;双面施胶,施胶量控制在2.0~4.0g/m2,施胶加压(TS/DS)为0.36/0.24MPa,施胶部纸页张力80~120N/m2;施胶浓度控制在10~12%,聚乙烯醇用量控制在3~4kg/吨纸;
4)纸机参数:网速600m/min,浆网速比1.020,上网浓度0.7~0.8%,流浆箱唇板开度12.7~13.0mm,一压线压力:20~40kN/m,二压线压力:10~30kN/m。
本发明的有益效果:
1、浆内添加丙烯酰胺聚合物增强剂和阳离子淀粉,提高纸张内结合强度。
2、产品在生产过程中,通过优化打浆及湿部滤水,改善浆料滤水性能,控制较低的白水浓度(0.2%以下),从而提高系统洁净程度,在生产中不使用防腐剂或杀菌剂。
3、通过有效的优化上网浓度、浆网速比、真空度和线压等关键工艺参数,获得比较好的纸张匀度、横幅和纤维定向。
4、产品进行表面施胶,表面施胶中主要含有聚乙烯醇和酶转化淀粉;将聚乙烯醇与表面施胶酶转化淀粉进行复配,提高纸张耐破强度。产品表面施胶采用淀粉酶对玉米或木著原淀粉进行降解,对人体无毒,对环境无污染;而传统表面施胶使用的氧化淀粉采用次氯酸盐等化学品进行变性处理,存在的成本高,污染环境,有毒副作用的问题。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例进一步对本发明做出阐释。
实施例1:
一种食盐包装纸的制造方法,它包括将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆及漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆分别打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥等工艺步骤,具体参数如下:
1)漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆及漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的重量比为:50:50;漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆浓度为3.5%,漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的打浆叩解度分别为48SR和35SR;
2)辅料对绝干浆用量为:(a)AKD胶重量比0.5~1.0%;(b)助留剂重量比0.02~0.04%;(c)阳离子淀粉重量比1.2~1.5%;(d)丙烯酰胺聚合物增强剂0.8~1.2%;(e)填料采用轻钙,按照10%控制加入量;
3)施胶部:表面施胶采用膜转移表面施胶,表胶采用聚乙烯醇+施胶淀粉;双面施胶,施胶量控制在2.0g/m2,施胶加压(TS/DS)为0.36/0.24MPa,施胶部纸页张力80N/m2;施胶浓度控制在10%,聚乙烯醇用量控制在3kg/吨纸;
4)纸机参数:网速600m/min,浆网速比1.020,上网浓度0.7~0.8%,流浆箱唇板开度12.7~13.0mm,一压线压力:20~40kN/m,二压线压力:10~30kN/m。
实施例2:
一种食盐包装纸的制造方法,它包括将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆及漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆分别打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥等工艺步骤,具体参数如下:
1)漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆及漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的重量比为:55:45;漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆浓度为4.0%,漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的打浆叩解度分别为50SR和37SR;
2)辅料对绝干浆用量为:(a)AKD胶重量比0.8%;(b)助留剂重量比0.03%;(c)阳离子淀粉重量比1.3%;(d)丙烯酰胺聚合物增强剂1%;(e)填料采用轻钙,按照10%控制加入量;
3)施胶部:表面施胶采用膜转移表面施胶,表胶采用聚乙烯醇+施胶淀粉;双面施胶,施胶量控制在3.0g/m2,施胶加压(TS/DS)为0.36/0.24MPa,施胶部纸页张力100N/m2;施胶浓度控制在11%,聚乙烯醇用量控制在3.5kg/吨纸;
4)纸机参数:网速600m/min,浆网速比1.020,上网浓度0.7~0.8%,流浆箱唇板开度12.7~13.0mm,一压线压力:20~40kN/m,二压线压力:10~30kN/m。
实施例3:
一种食盐包装纸的制造方法,它包括将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆及漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆分别打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸页抄造、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥等工艺步骤,具体参数如下:
1)漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆及漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的重量比为:60:40;漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆浓度为4.5%,漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆和漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的打浆叩解度分别为52SR和39SR;
2)辅料对绝干浆用量为:(a)AKD胶重量比1.0%;(b)助留剂重量比0.04%;(c)阳离子淀粉重量比1.5%;(d)丙烯酰胺聚合物增强剂1.2%;(e)填料采用轻钙,按照10%控制加入量;
3)施胶部:表面施胶采用膜转移表面施胶,表胶采用聚乙烯醇+施胶淀粉;双面施胶,施胶量控制在4.0g/m2,施胶加压(TS/DS)为0.36/0.24MPa,施胶部纸页张力120N/m2;施胶浓度控制在12%,聚乙烯醇用量控制在4kg/吨纸;
4)纸机参数:网速600m/min,浆网速比1.020,上网浓度0.7~0.8%,流浆箱唇板开度12.7~13.0mm,一压线压力:20~40kN/m,二压线压力:10~30kN/m。

1)漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆及漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆的重量比为:50~60:40~50;漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆浓度为3.5~4.5%,打浆叩解度为50±2SR;漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆浓度为3.5~4.5%,打浆叩解度为37±2SR;
2)辅料对绝干浆用量为:(a)AKD胶重量比0.5~1.0%;(b)助留剂重量比0.02~0.04%;(c)阳离子淀粉重量比1.2~1.5%;(d)丙烯酰胺聚合物增强剂0.8~1.2%;(e)填料采用轻钙,按照10%控制加入量;
3)施胶部:表面施胶采用膜转移表面施胶,表胶采用聚乙烯醇+施胶淀粉;双面施胶,施胶量控制在2.0~4.0g/m2,施胶加压(TS/DS)为0.36/0.24MPa,施胶部纸页张力80~120N/m2;施胶浓度控制在10~12%,聚乙烯醇用量控制在3~4kg/吨纸;
