Abstract

一种冷却铜线用抗氧化剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:苯并三氮唑6‑7%、乙二醇35‑40%、润湿剂5‑6%、表面活性剂4‑5%、去离子水加至100%,优选地包括β—疏基苯并噻唑3‑4%、六偏磷酸钠2‑5%、亚磷酸酯3‑5%。本发明所述的抗氧化剂可在铜线上形成致密抗氧化保护膜,有效提高铜线的抗氧化能力,使铜线具有较长的保质期及较低的含氧量。配比简单合理,成本低,适合工业化应用。

一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂
技术领域
本发明涉及铜线的生产领域,具体涉及一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂。
背景技术
在制造铜线过程中,受高温影响,铜线易于与氧反应,一般会缩短使用周期。特别是用作导线时,甚至在接头处会形成一层氧化膜不导电,严重的会使导线电阻加大,容易引起火灾。
苯并三氮唑多被应用于铜及铜合金的的生产中作气相缓蚀剂,其性能优良,几乎没有气味,无毒。然而在铜线生产过程中,其在铜线表面形成的抗氧化膜在绞线或押出过程中易被破坏,造成抗氧化效果降低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,使铜线具有较长的保质期及较低的含氧量。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:苯并三氮唑6-7%、乙二醇35-40%、润湿剂5-6%、表面活性剂4-5%、去离子水加至100%。
进一步的,上述的一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,其包括的润湿剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷硫酸酯钠盐或聚氧化乙烯烷基酚醚的其中一种。
进一步的,上述的一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,其包括的表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
优选的,上述的一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,还包括以下组分:β—疏基苯并噻唑3-4%、六偏磷酸钠2-5%、亚磷酸酯3-5%。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
苯并三氮唑与铜原子形成共价键和配位键,相互多替成链状聚合物,在铜表面组成多层保护膜,使铜的表面不起氧化还原反应,不发生氢气,起防蚀作用;表面活性剂乳化配方中各组分;润湿剂对铜丝表面起到润湿效果,保证抗氧化剂能均匀分散在铜丝表面;优选的添加剂β—疏基苯并噻唑、六偏磷酸钠、亚磷酸酯强化抗氧化膜,使其不容易破损。

实施例1
一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
苯并三氮唑6%、乙二醇35%、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷硫酸酯钠盐5%、十二烷基硫酸钠4.5%、去离子水加至100%。
实施例2
一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
苯并三氮唑6%、乙二醇38%、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷硫酸酯钠盐5%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%、β—疏基苯并噻唑4%、六偏磷酸钠5%、亚磷酸酯5%、去离子水加至100%。
实施例3
一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
苯并三氮唑7%、乙二醇40%、聚氧化乙烯烷基酚醚6%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%、β—疏基苯并噻唑3%、六偏磷酸钠2%、亚磷酸酯3%、去离子水加至100%。

1.一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:苯并三氮唑6-7%、乙二醇35-40%、润湿剂5-6%、表面活性剂4-5%、去离子水加至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述的润湿剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷硫酸酯钠盐或聚氧化乙烯烷基酚醚的其中一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜线制作专用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,还包括以下组分:β—疏基苯并噻唑3-4%、六偏磷酸钠2-5%、亚磷酸酯3-5%。
