技术领域
本发明属于化工涂料领域,具体涉及一种原色复合防水油膏及其制备方法与施工工艺。
背景技术
聚合物改性乳化沥青防水涂料,是用聚合物先对沥青进行改性,再乳化而成的一种防水涂料。它是一种乳液型的防水涂料,可喷涂、滚涂或手工涂刷,通过破乳水份蒸发,高分子改性沥青经过固体微粒靠近,接触变形等过程而成膜,这是一种无接缝的完整的防水、防潮的防水膜。它具有耐候、耐温性能好,能在潮湿基面上施工,与基层粘结性能好,无毒、无污染,施工简单方便等优点,它被广泛使用于地下室、卫生间、厨房、屋面工程、涵洞、隧道,特别是近几年来被广泛应用于公路、桥梁等。
聚合物改性乳化沥青防水涂料为单组分水乳型防水涂料,聚合物改性沥青是以极微小的颗粒(不是呈分子状态)稳定悬浮(而不是溶解)在水中,它的施工工艺简单方便,成膜过程中无有机溶剂逸出,不污染环境。不会燃烧,施工安全,价格适中,是防水涂料的发展方向。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种原色复合防水油膏及其制备方法与施工工艺。
技术方案:一种原色复合防水油膏,由复合水乳液和高劲度混合添加剂调配而成;所述复合水乳液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:
脱色沥青50~60份;色浆0.2~0.5份;改性剂:慢裂快凝乳化剂0.2~0.5份、SBS胶乳2~5份、SBR胶乳12~20份、水性聚合物乳液3~7份、阳离子抗强酸的改性丙烯酸酯乳液1~3份、高功能水溶性的改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)胶粉2.0~4.5份;
所述高劲度混合添加剂由下列组份按照重量份数组成:
快速脱水固化剂0.5~1.5份、柔韧型聚合物胶粉1.5~3份、矿粉7~15份;所述矿粉为膨润粘土或高岭土或硅灰石中的一种或几种组合。
一种根据所述的原色复合防水油膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
脱色沥青固体→乳化脱色沥青→复合水乳液的配制→色粉着色→油膏调制→数据检测、评定;其中,具体的操作如下:
所述乳化脱色沥青:
(1)先在SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯热塑性弹性体)水胶乳中添加木质胺阳离子乳化剂,一块配制成种子皂液;
(2)将热脱色沥青沥青与无味含硫交联剂按一定的质量比例混合;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得混合物一起加入到乳化机中,种子皂液温度控制在50-60℃,热脱色沥青温度控制在145-160℃,储存时间控制在4小时以上,最终制得常温乳化脱色沥青;
所述复合水乳液的配制:在已有的改性乳化沥青的基础上,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯水乳液和阳离子抗强酸的自交联改性丙烯酸酯乳液的混合乳液并进行优化复合,配比为80/20~70/30,进行二次改性,获得油包水壳层结构的常温沥青液体;
所述色粉着色:在常温沥青液体生产过程中加入一定比例的色浆:铁黑、铁红、铁绿等,形成多色防水乳液;
所述油膏调制:快速脱水固化剂、柔韧型聚合物胶粉、和矿粉等;所述矿粉为膨润粘土或高岭土或硅灰石中的一种或几种组;在常温下拌和均匀,制成多色复合防水油膏。
一种根据所述的原色复合防水油膏的施工工艺,所述施工流程如下:
基面清理→底涂(一遍)→面涂(不少于两遍)→晾干养护→后续施工,具体的操作如下:
(1)、基面清理(原色复合防水乳液施工需要干净、坚实基面),需做到:
①清理干净浮浆、灰尘;
②清理管壁浮浆以及油污;
③旧基面需要凿新或钢丝刷打磨刷新;
④合格的基面标准:坚实、干净、无污物;
(2)、底涂(一遍):
①配制底涂料,原色复合乳液与水体积比为1:1进行配制,用电动搅拌机或木棍搅拌均匀;
②底涂施工:大面积底涂一遍,来回均匀涂刷不漏底;管根及阴阳角底涂一遍,来回均匀涂刷不漏底;
(3)、面涂(不少于两遍):
①在阴阳角、管根部等节点部位使用防水油膏先加强处理一遍,管根部位涂刷厚度2mm为宜;
②大面积涂刷:防水层:底涂一遍,面涂不少于两遍,实干厚度为H≥1.2mm,参考用量为≥1.8kg/m2;
防潮层:底涂一遍,面涂一遍,实干厚度为0.5mm≤H≤0.8mm,参考用量为0.8kg/m2-1.2kg/m2;
第一遍先平行均匀涂刮,等涂层干固手触不带料后,可涂刷第二遍;第二遍涂刮与第一遍方向垂直涂刮;
(4)、晾干养护:
①涂层为干固钱禁止踩踏、禁止浸水;
②室温为10-15℃建议养护2天以上,室温为15-25℃建议养护1天以上,最终以涂层充分干透为准。
有益效果:本发明具有高温稳定、防水持久、不流淌、刚韧平衡、强力粘附、节能环保、抗老化和耐低温性能等优点。在常温条件下进行施工的多色复合防水油膏,适用于工业与民用建筑各种屋面、墙体、涵洞、地下室、冷库、地面等防水渗漏工程,还可用于管道口及节点部位的堵漏、防腐、常温灌缝、粘结、密封等领域,归属于建筑防水新材料的研发与应用。
本发明的原色复合防水乳液是将脱色沥青进行乳化后添加改性剂(水性SBS/石油树脂复合乳液、阳离子抗强酸的改性丙烯酸酯乳液、高功能水溶性的改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)胶粉)、低温韧性乳液进行改性,形成高性能的原色复合乳液的固含量可达55%以上,防水性能持久,使其具有优良的抗老化和耐低温性能;原色复合防水乳液在施工中,添加所需要的色浆、或色粉并与混合添加剂进行常温下拌合,形成膏状流体,施工方便。
本发明的原色复合防水油膏在气温5℃以上就可以常温拌合生产,并且在生产中能够节能环保,无残留废物产生,易于推广。
本发明的特色产品固化剂能使施工后的养护时间明显优于市面上的产品的5-7天,约1-2天就可后续施工,大大节约时间和劳力成本。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施例1
一种原色复合防水油膏,由复合水乳液和高劲度混合添加剂调配而成;所述复合水乳液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:
脱色沥青50份;色浆0.2份;改性剂:慢裂快凝乳化剂0.2份、SBS胶乳2份、SBR胶乳12份、水性聚合物乳液3份、阳离子抗强酸的改性丙烯酸酯乳液1份、高功能水溶性的改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)胶粉2.0份;
所述高劲度混合添加剂由下列组份按照重量份数组成:
快速脱水固化剂0.5份、柔韧型聚合物胶粉1.5份、矿粉7份;所述矿粉为膨润粘土或高岭土或硅灰石中的一种或几种组合。
具体实施例2
一种原色复合防水油膏,由复合水乳液和高劲度混合添加剂调配而成;所述复合水乳液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:
脱色沥青60份;色浆0.5份;改性剂:慢裂快凝乳化剂0.5份、SBS胶乳5份、SBR胶乳20份、水性聚合物乳液7份、阳离子抗强酸的改性丙烯酸酯乳液3份、高功能水溶性的改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)胶粉4.5份;
所述高劲度混合添加剂由下列组份按照重量份数组成:
快速脱水固化剂1.5份、柔韧型聚合物胶粉3份、矿粉15份;所述矿粉为膨润粘土或高岭土或硅灰石中的一种或几种组合。
具体实施例3
一种原色复合防水油膏,由复合水乳液和高劲度混合添加剂调配而成;所述复合水乳液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:
脱色沥青54份;色浆0.3份;改性剂:慢裂快凝乳化剂0.4份、SBS胶乳4份、SBR胶乳17份、水性聚合物乳液5份、阳离子抗强酸的改性丙烯酸酯乳液2份、高功能水溶性的改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)胶粉3.0份;
所述高劲度混合添加剂由下列组份按照重量份数组成:
快速脱水固化剂1.2份、柔韧型聚合物胶粉1.8份、矿粉13份;所述矿粉为膨润粘土或高岭土或硅灰石中的一种或几种组合。
如图1所示,一种根据所述的原色复合防水油膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
脱色沥青固体→乳化脱色沥青→复合水乳液的配制→色粉着色→油膏调制→数据检测、评定;其中,具体的操作如下:
所述乳化脱色沥青:
(1)先在SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯热塑性弹性体)水胶乳中添加木质胺阳离子乳化剂,一块配制成种子皂液;
(2)将热脱色沥青沥青与无味含硫交联剂按一定的质量比例混合;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得混合物一起加入到乳化机中,种子皂液温度控制在50-60℃,热脱色沥青温度控制在145-160℃,储存时间控制在4小时以上,最终制得常温乳化脱色沥青;
所述复合水乳液的配制:在已有的改性乳化沥青的基础上,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯水乳液和阳离子抗强酸的自交联改性丙烯酸酯乳液的混合乳液并进行优化复合,配比为80/20~70/30,进行二次改性,获得油包水壳层结构的常温沥青液体;
所述色粉着色:在常温沥青液体生产过程中加入一定比例的色浆:铁黑、铁红、铁绿等,形成多色防水乳液;
所述油膏调制:快速脱水固化剂、柔韧型聚合物胶粉、和矿粉等;所述矿粉为膨润粘土或高岭土或硅灰石中的一种或几种组;在常温下拌和均匀,制成多色复合防水油膏。
如图2所示,一种根据所述的原色复合防水油膏的施工工艺,所述施工流程如下:
基面清理→底涂(一遍)→面涂(不少于两遍)→晾干养护→后续施工,具体的操作如下:
(1)、基面清理(原色复合防水乳液施工需要干净、坚实基面),需做到:
①清理干净浮浆、灰尘;
②清理管壁浮浆以及油污;
③旧基面需要凿新或钢丝刷打磨刷新;
④合格的基面标准:坚实、干净、无污物;
(2)、底涂(一遍):
①配制底涂料,原色复合乳液与水体积比为1:1进行配制,用电动搅拌机或木棍搅拌均匀;
②底涂施工:大面积底涂一遍,来回均匀涂刷不漏底;管根及阴阳角底涂一遍,来回均匀涂刷不漏底;
(3)、面涂(不少于两遍):
①在阴阳角、管根部等节点部位使用防水油膏先加强处理一遍,管根部位涂刷厚度2mm为宜;
②大面积涂刷:防水层:底涂一遍,面涂不少于两遍,实干厚度为H≥1.2mm,参考用量为≥1.8kg/m2;
防潮层:底涂一遍,面涂一遍,实干厚度为0.5mm≤H≤0.8mm,参考用量为0.8kg/m2-1.2kg/m2;
第一遍先平行均匀涂刮,等涂层干固手触不带料后,可涂刷第二遍;第二遍涂刮与第一遍方向垂直涂刮;
(4)、晾干养护:
①涂层为干固钱禁止踩踏、禁止浸水;
②室温为10-15℃建议养护2天以上,室温为15-25℃建议养护1天以上,最终以涂层充分干透为准。
本发明具有高温稳定、防水持久、不流淌、刚韧平衡、强力粘附、节能环保、抗老化和耐低温性能等优点。在常温条件下进行施工的多色复合防水油膏,适用于工业与民用建筑各种屋面、墙体、涵洞、地下室、冷库、地面等防水渗漏工程,还可用于管道口及节点部位的堵漏、防腐、常温灌缝、粘结、密封等领域,归属于建筑防水新材料的研发与应用。
本发明的原色复合防水乳液是将脱色沥青进行乳化后添加改性剂(水性SBS/石油树脂复合乳液、阳离子抗强酸的改性丙烯酸酯乳液、高功能水溶性的改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)胶粉)、低温韧性乳液进行改性,形成高性能的原色复合乳液的固含量可达55%以上,防水性能持久,使其具有优良的抗老化和耐低温性能;原色复合防水乳液在施工中,添加所需要的色浆、或色粉并与混合添加剂进行常温下拌合,形成膏状流体,施工方便。
本发明的原色复合防水油膏在气温5℃以上就可以常温拌合生产,并且在生产中能够节能环保,无残留废物产生,易于推广。
本发明的特色产品固化剂能使施工后的养护时间明显优于市面上的产品的5-7天,约1-2天就可后续施工,大大节约时间和劳力成本。
经试验室测试产品各项指标符合《江苏省建筑安装工程施工技术操作规格(防水工程)》DB 32/302-1999对防水涂料的要求,高聚物改性沥青防暑涂料的固含量、耐热度、柔性、不透水性、延度等关键数据均达到要求,具体的如下表1:各种项目的性能指标。

本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种原色复合防水油膏,其特征在于:由复合水乳液和高劲度混合添加剂调配而成;所述复合水乳液由下列组份按照重量份数组成:
脱色沥青50~60份;色浆0.2~0.5份;改性剂:慢裂快凝乳化剂0.2~0.5份、SBS胶乳2~5份、SBR胶乳12~20份、水性聚合物乳液3~7份、阳离子抗强酸的改性丙烯酸酯乳液1~3份、高功能水溶性的改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)胶粉2.0~4.5份;
所述高劲度混合添加剂由下列组份按照重量份数组成:
快速脱水固化剂0.5~1.5份、柔韧型聚合物胶粉1.5~3份、矿粉7~15份;所述矿粉为膨润粘土或高岭土或硅灰石中的一种或几种组合。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的原色复合防水油膏的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
脱色沥青固体→乳化脱色沥青→复合水乳液的配制→色粉着色→油膏调制→数据检测、评定;其中,具体的操作如下:
所述乳化脱色沥青:
(1)先在SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯热塑性弹性体)水胶乳中添加木质胺阳离子乳化剂,一块配制成种子皂液;
(2)将热脱色沥青沥青与无味含硫交联剂按一定的质量比例混合;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得混合物一起加入到乳化机中,种子皂液温度控制在50-60℃,热脱色沥青温度控制在145-160℃,储存时间控制在4小时以上,最终制得常温乳化脱色沥青;
所述复合水乳液的配制:在已有的改性乳化沥青的基础上,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯水乳液和阳离子抗强酸的自交联改性丙烯酸酯乳液的混合乳液并进行优化复合,配比为80/20~70/30,进行二次改性,获得油包水壳层结构的常温沥青液体;
所述色粉着色:在常温沥青液体生产过程中加入一定比例的色浆:铁黑、铁红、铁绿等,形成多色防水乳液;
所述油膏调制:快速脱水固化剂、柔韧型聚合物胶粉、和矿粉等;所述矿粉为膨润粘土或高岭土或硅灰石中的一种或几种组;在常温下拌和均匀,制成多色复合防水油膏。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述的原色复合防水油膏的施工工艺,其特征在于:所述施工流程如下:
基面清理→底涂(一遍)→面涂(不少于两遍)→晾干养护→后续施工,具体的操作如下:
(1)、基面清理(原色复合防水乳液施工需要干净、坚实基面),需做到:
①清理干净浮浆、灰尘;
②清理管壁浮浆以及油污;
③旧基面需要凿新或钢丝刷打磨刷新;
④合格的基面标准:坚实、干净、无污物;
(2)、底涂(一遍):
①配制底涂料,原色复合乳液与水体积比为1:1进行配制,用电动搅拌机或木棍搅拌均匀;
②底涂施工:大面积底涂一遍,来回均匀涂刷不漏底;管根及阴阳角底涂一遍,来回均匀涂刷不漏底;
(3)、面涂(不少于两遍):
①在阴阳角、管根部等节点部位使用防水油膏先加强处理一遍,管根部位涂刷厚度2mm为宜;
②大面积涂刷:防水层:底涂一遍,面涂不少于两遍,实干厚度为H≥1.2mm,参考用量为≥1.8kg/m2;
防潮层:底涂一遍,面涂一遍,实干厚度为0.5mm≤H≤0.8mm,参考用量为0.8kg/m2-1.2kg/m2;
第一遍先平行均匀涂刮,等涂层干固手触不带料后,可涂刷第二遍;第二遍涂刮与第一遍方向垂直涂刮;
(4)、晾干养护:
①涂层为干固钱禁止踩踏、禁止浸水;
