4、用有机硅专用涂料掺入水泥处理屋面、墙面及室内顶蓬可防止空鼓、脱落、龟裂纹并有良好的粘结性;
5、可用于特殊复杂工程项目的防水;
6、本产品既可用于防水的潮湿基层处理与其它防水材料配合使用,又可单独作为防水层使用,对于各类建筑防水、各种防水层面,地下建筑防潮、防水。厨房、卫生间防渗、水池、游泳池防渗漏、地下管道防水防腐蚀、彩钢瓦年久涂层防护。取代SBS卷材和聚氨脂防水材料,可以做屋面防水,卫生间、地下室、游泳池、管道、坡顶、运动场馆特殊结构的防水。可随形而涂,无遗漏。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例的高效水性纳米硅橡胶密封防水剂具体包含如下重量份数的组分:

其中,螯合剂具体为德国的CX34螯合剂,膨胀剂具体为SY-K纤维膨胀剂,增固剂具体为腻子粉增固剂,防冻剂具体为早强高效防冻剂,耐热剂的型号为ASIBO-H801CT,耐酸碱剂具体为YH250-P耐酸剂。
本实施例的防水剂的施工程序为:
(1)一般采用辊涂法施工,使用前把防水剂搅拌均匀,禁止掺水使用;
(2)涂刷的方向和行程长短应一致,要依次上、下、左、右均匀涂刷,不得漏刷;
(3)每道工序要等上一遍涂层固化干燥后方可进行;
(4)布的铺设方向及压边宽度按国际要求进行,布铺贴平整、美观大方。要求无起皱和起鼓现象;
(5)对于落水口、管子根等处应加铺一层胎体布,以增加防水强度;
(6)对于经常踩踏、碰触的防水层,应抹一道厚度约为2mm以上的1:2.5水泥砂浆保护层,并压实、抹光,保证砂浆与防水材料粘结牢固;
(7)对于墙体立面防水,在刷完最后一遍涂料后立即均匀抚撒细沙,待干固贴牢。
总之,本实施例防水剂的施工方式为:粉剂与乳剂混合后,发生了化学反应;从而渗透到底材内部的毛细孔内,与底材融为一体,形成一层结晶致密的防水层;该防水层可封闭水的通道和渗入,达到了防水效果。每层应纵横交错来回反复作业,各层之间的时间间隔以前一层不沾手为准,前一层干后再刮涂后一层;在泛水、伸缩缝、檐沟等及其重要或需要特别处理的地方,可做增加胎体做增强处理,防水层完工后可做保护层或其他覆盖层。
本实施例防水剂的优点是:能在潮湿、干燥等多种基面上施工,具有使用寿命长,耐候、耐老化、耐油污及一定的耐酸性、防水性能优越、无毒、无味、无污染、施工安全简便、工期短等优点;是1级的防水理想材料。具体来说包括:1.本防水剂以水为分散介质制成的高弹性乳液型材料,生产和施工时无刺激性异味、无毒,不污染环境,安全可靠;2.可在常温条件进行涂布施工,并容易形成连续、弹性、无缝、整体的涂膜防水层;3.涂膜的拉伸强度较高、断裂延伸率较大,对基层伸缩或开裂变形的适应性较强,且耐候性好,使用寿命较长。
本实施例防水剂的使用范围为:主要适用于地下工程以及厕浴间、蓄水池、屋面等工程防水。但涂膜防水层的厚度必须达到规范规定的要求。例如各种工业、民用建筑物、卫生间、厨房、屋顶、天沟、阳台、外墙、地下室、水池、下水道、矿井、隧道、桥梁灌缝、浇灌伸缩缝等防水、防潮、防腐蚀等工程。涂抹与瓷砖,外墙裂缝隙以堵塞渗水。
实施例2
本实施例的高效水性纳米硅橡胶密封防水剂包含如下重量份数的组分:

  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的高效水性纳米硅橡胶密封防水剂,其特征在于:所述螯合剂为酒石酸、顺丁烯二酸、羟乙二胺四醋酸、已二胺四乙酸四钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠中的一种或两种以上;
    优选的,所述螯合剂为CX34螯合剂。
  5. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的高效水性纳米硅橡胶密封防 水剂,其特征在于:所述膨胀剂为硫酸铝、氧化铝、硫酸铝钾、硅酸钙中的一种或两种以上;
    优选的,所述膨胀剂SY-K纤维膨胀剂。
  6. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的高效水性纳米硅橡胶密封防水剂,其特征在于:所述增固剂为腻子粉增固剂。
  7. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的高效水性纳米硅橡胶密封防水剂,其特征在于:所述防冻剂为甲醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇。
  8. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的高效水性纳米硅橡胶密封防水剂,其特征在于:所述耐热剂为三元乙丙橡胶、N-苯基马来酰亚胺、聚亚苯基硫醚、聚酰亚胺、耐热环氧树脂、聚甲醛和聚三嗪中的一种或两种以上;
    优选的,所述耐热剂为ASIBO-H801CT耐热剂。
  9. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的高效水性纳米硅橡胶密封防水剂,其特征在于:所述耐酸碱剂为云母粉或YH250-P耐酸剂。
