前述防水球阀中,硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液制备方法为:
在装有搅拌器、温度计和冷凝管的烧瓶中,加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、聚二甲基硅烷、二羟甲基丙酸和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,在氮气保护下,缓慢升温到90℃,反应0.5h,然后将体系的温度降到40℃,加入1,4-丁二醇和适量的丙酮,然后缓慢升高温度到80℃,反应1h,再将体系的温度降到40℃以后,加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯和适量丙酮,最后将体系温度降到室温,加入三乙胺,加入水,在高速剪切搅拌乳化,搅拌速度为800r/min,最后减压蒸馏除去溶剂丙酮,制的固体含量为35%、PH值为7的均匀稳定的硅烷改性UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种防水球阀,球阀的内外表面涂覆一层防水层,防水层按质量份数计包括以下组分:
硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液:33份、玻璃鳞片:7份、水合硅酸镁:4份、乙二醇丁醚:3份、丙烯酸异辛酯:9份、烯丙基磺酸钠:3份、硅溶胶:5.3份、纳米二氧化钛:5份、钠基膨润土:3份;
硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液按质量份数计包括以下组分:异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯:15份,聚醚硅氧烷二元醇:15份,聚四氢呋喃二醇:10份,二羟基丙酸:8份,1,4-丁二醇:10份,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯:20份,三乙胺:5份。
前述防水球阀中,硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液制备方法为:

本实施例提供一种防水球阀,球阀的内外表面涂覆一层防水层,防水层按质量份数计包括以下组分:
硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液:32份、玻璃鳞片:6份、水合硅酸镁:3份、乙二醇丁醚:2份、丙烯酸异辛酯:8份、烯丙基磺酸钠:2份、硅溶胶:5.2份、纳米二氧化钛:4份、钠基膨润土:2份;
硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液按质量份数计包括以下组分:异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯:12份,聚醚硅氧烷二元醇:13份,聚四氢呋喃二醇:8份,二羟基丙酸:6份,1,4-丁二醇:8份,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯:18份,三乙胺:4份。
前述防水球阀中,硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液制备方法为:
在装有搅拌器、温度计和冷凝管的烧瓶中,加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、聚二甲基硅烷、二羟甲基丙酸和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,在氮气保护下,缓慢升温到90℃,反应0.5h,然后将体系的温度降到40℃,加入1,4-丁二醇和适量的丙酮,然后缓慢升高温度到80℃,反应1h,再将体系的温度降到40℃以后,加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯和适量丙酮,最后将体系温度降到室温,加入三乙胺,加入水,在高速剪切搅拌乳化,搅拌速度为900r/min,最后减压蒸馏除去溶剂丙酮,制的固体含量为39%、PH值为8的均匀稳定的硅烷改性UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液。

Claims (5)

1.一种防水球阀,其特征在于:球阀的内外表面涂覆一层防水层,所述的防水层按质量份数计包括以下组分:
硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液:31-33份、玻璃鳞片:5-7份、水合硅酸镁:2-4份、乙二醇丁醚:1-3份、丙烯酸异辛酯:7-9份、烯丙基磺酸钠:1-3份、硅溶胶:5.1-5.3份、纳米二氧化钛:3-5份、钠基膨润土:1-3份;
所述硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液按质量份数计包括以下组分:异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯:10-15份,聚醚硅氧烷二元醇:10-15份,聚四氢呋喃二醇:5-10份,二羟基丙酸:5-8份,1,4-丁二醇:5-10份,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯:15-20份,三乙胺:2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水球阀,其特征在于:所述的防水层按质量份数计包括以下组分:
硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液:31份、玻璃鳞片:5份、水合硅酸镁:2份、乙二醇丁醚:1份、丙烯酸异辛酯:7份、烯丙基磺酸钠:1份、硅溶胶:5.1份、纳米二氧化钛:3份、钠基膨润土:1份;
所述硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液按质量份数计包括以下组分:异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯:10份,聚醚硅氧烷二元醇:10份,聚四氢呋喃二醇:5份,二羟基丙酸:5份,1,4-丁二醇:5份,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯:15份,三乙胺:2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水球阀,其特征在于:所述的防水层按质量份数计包括以下组分:

所述硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液按质量份数计包括以下组分:异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯:12份,聚醚硅氧烷二元醇:13份,聚四氢呋喃二醇:8份,二羟基丙酸:6份,1,4-丁二醇:8份,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯:18份,三乙胺:4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水球阀,其特征在于:所述的硅氧烷改性的UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液制备方法为:
在装有搅拌器、温度计和冷凝管的烧瓶中,加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、聚二甲基硅烷、二羟甲基丙酸和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,在氮气保护下,缓慢升温到90℃,反应0.5h,然后将体系的温度降到40℃,加入1,4-丁二醇和适量的丙酮,然后缓慢升高温度到80℃,反应1h,再将体系的温度降到40℃以后,加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯和适量丙酮,最后将体系温度降到室温,加入三乙胺,加入水,在高速剪切搅拌乳化,搅拌速度为800-1000r/min,最后减压蒸馏除去溶剂丙酮,制的固体含量为35-45%、PH值为7-8的均匀稳定的硅烷改性UV固化水性聚氨酯乳液。
