Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,以重量百分比计,包含:丙烯酸乳液20%~40%;颜料2%~10%;填料10%~30%;润湿剂0.05%~0.2%;增稠剂0.5%~5%;消泡剂0.05%~0.2%;成膜助剂1%~3%;pH调节剂0.05%~0.5%;分散型染色剂预分散液5%~15%;以及水余量。所述具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,具有优良的耐水性、耐碱性和耐洗刷性,长期置于室外不易发生老化、粉化、开裂、脱落等现象,颜色牢固稳定,另外,该彩绘涂料同时具备彩绘涂料和染色剂双重作用,染色渗透深度大,颜色附着牢固,不易变色,可以广泛地应用于水泥基材料的彩绘染色领域,效果逼真自然。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,更具体地,涉及一种用于水泥基材表面上的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料。
背景技术
随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对于生活质量和审美情趣的要求也在随之增强,各地都掀起了一股主题公园或人造景观的建造风潮。彩绘涂装作为一种常见的装饰手法被广泛地应用于各类主题景观中的装饰外墙、人造塑石假山、人造雕塑等领域的主题外包装。专业的彩绘涂料具有色彩种类繁多,力学性能、耐候性能优异,光泽度可任意调节,水性环保等优点,同时可以通过加水稀释的方法调节成不同的粘度,利用刷、喷、抹、甩、溅、冲等工艺技法,表现出人造仿石、仿砖、仿木、仿金属、仿古做旧等不同色彩质感,给人以惟妙惟肖、以假乱真的视觉冲击,仿佛置身于彩绘效果所塑造的人造场景中,产生一种身临其境的奇妙体验。
这类彩绘涂料大多涂装在混凝土或造型砂浆基材表面。在彩绘刚完成时,整体艺术效果是非常出色的,但是随着时间的流逝,彩绘表面会随着涂层老化、基材开裂、水泥返碱、物理破损等一系列原因出现开裂、剥离、脱落等现象。而涂层破损区域会露出基材颜色(多半为混凝土或砂浆的灰色),与未破损上色区域产生较大的色差,严重影响视觉美观度。如不加以修复,这种破损会越来越严重,景观显得破败老旧,直接降低了对观光游客的吸引力;而进行修补工作又会增加运营维护成本,大规模修缮工作甚至需要关闭部分景观区域,也会影响正常运营安排。
中国专利CN201510168552.8公开了一种混凝土地坪用染色剂及其制备方法,按重量份数比由下述原料组成:80~150份基色颜料、5~10份硅烷偶联剂、10~20份抗氧剂、0.2~0.5份聚乙烯醇、20~50份聚丙烯酸乳液、10~20份正丁醇、5~10份有机小分子醇和10~20份粒径小于200nm绢云母粉体。该专利利用醇类物质提高颜料的渗透性,让颜色可以渗透到混凝土地坪中去,起到染色的作用。但是该产品的本质是一种染色剂而不是涂料,无法使用彩绘工艺中的相关技法进行操作,也无法实现彩绘涂料能够达到的效果。另外,该染色方式是让颜料颗粒渗透进混凝土的微小孔洞中来实现染色的目的,但是颜料颗粒往往较大,只能进入一些大的孔洞中,染色的程度和深度都十分有限,牢固度也不够理想,时间长了容易出现褪色脱落等现象。
中国专利CN200880015510.9和CN200980144642.6公开了用于混凝土基面的酸性染色剂,具有渗透性好,染色深度大,牢固度比较理想等优点。但是这两项专利所阐述的产品还是一种染色剂,无法在满足染色的同时实现彩绘效果。
中国专利申请CN201180043496.5公开了一种水性绘画材料组合物,含有水、着色颜料、水溶性树脂和树脂乳液。中国专利申请CN201410435058.9公开了一种环保型高性能彩色涂料,包含树脂、颜料、填料和助剂。中国专利申请CN201510732062.6公开了一种水性丙烯绘画颜料,包含40~50份丙烯酸乳液、5~10份增稠剂、10~15份色粉、0.2~0.4份分散剂、0.02~0.05份防腐剂和15~20份水。但是这类产品不具有对基层的渗透染色功能,一旦出现开裂、剥落、破损等情况,就会露出基材颜色,破坏彩绘作品的整体美观度。
因此,对具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料存在需求,如果将彩绘涂料与彩色染色剂两种产品的优点结合起来,那么彩绘师就可以实现在水泥基基材表面进行正常彩绘涂装,使用技法与传统丙烯颜料或外墙涂料相同,同时在涂装之后,该具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料能够逐渐往水泥基基材内部渗透,实现染色的功能。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,该彩绘涂料能够逐渐往水泥基基材内部渗透,如遇外力损伤造成彩绘涂层脱落,也只会露出被染色过后的水泥基基材,而不影响整体美观性,大大降低了后期修补和维护工作,且该彩绘涂料有优异的施工性和耐候性,彩绘涂层长期露置于室外不易开裂、剥落和褪色。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料的制备方法。
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明提供的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,以重量百分比计,包含:
在本发明中,所述丙烯酸乳液为选自纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液和苯丙乳液中一种或多种,且优选为选自纯丙乳液和硅丙乳液中一种或多种,更优选为硅丙乳液。
其中,所述纯丙乳液是丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸酯等中的一种或多种聚合而成的乳液,具有良好的耐候性,例如,可以为美国陶氏PRIMAL AC-8356。
所述硅丙乳液是含有不饱和键的有机硅单体与丙烯酸类单体聚合而成的乳液,具有良好的耐候性和耐沾污性,例如,可以为汉高国民淀粉硅丙乳液NaPoly KD6。
所述丙烯酸乳液在本发明的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料中含量可以为20%~40%,且优选为30%~35%。
所述颜料可以为彩绘涂料中常用的颜料,例如酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、永固红、柠檬黄、炭黑、钛白等。
所述填料为选自重钙、轻钙、滑石粉、硅灰石粉和煅烧高岭土粉中的一种或多种,该填料在本发明的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料中含量可以为10%~30%,且优选为15%~20%。
所述润湿剂为选自离子型润湿剂和非离子型润湿剂中的一种或多种,其中,所述离子型润湿剂例如十二烷基磺酸钠或硫酸月桂酯等;所述非离子型润湿剂例如烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或聚氧乙烯乙二醇烷基酯等。所述润湿剂在本发明的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料中含量可以为0.05%~0.2%,且优选为0.1%~0.15%。
所述增稠剂为选自碱溶胀型增稠剂、缔合型增稠剂和纤维素醚增稠剂中的一种或多种,其中,所述碱溶胀型增稠剂,例如美国陶氏Acrysol TT935;所述缔合型增稠剂,例如美国海名斯RHEOLATE 210;所述纤维素醚增稠剂,例如羟乙基纤维素。所述增稠剂在本发明的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料中含量可以为0.5%~5%,且优选为1%~3%。
所述消泡剂为选自有机硅类消泡剂和矿物油类消泡剂中的一种或多种,所述消泡剂在本发明的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料中含量可以为0.05%~0.2%。
所述成膜助剂可以为酯醇十二,例如所述酯醇十二可以为伊士曼化学Texanol醇酯。
所述pH调节剂为选自AMP95和氨水中的一种或多种,该pH调节剂用于调节本发明的彩绘涂料的pH为7.5~9。
所述分散型染色剂预分散液由分散型染色剂,染料分散剂和水组成,基于分散型染色剂预分散液的总重量,分散型染色剂的含量为5%~15%,染料分散剂的含量为20%~50%,余量为水。其中,所述分散型染色剂为不含酯基基团的分散型偶氮染料,或者为不含酯基基团的分散型蒽醌染料,例如分散紫93或者分散红3B等。它们都对碱性环境敏感性较小,不易发生色泽变化。色彩种类较多,可以很容易与颜料的颜色进行匹配。
所述染料分散剂为选自萘系磺酸甲醛缩聚物和木质磺酸盐中的一种或多种,例如Lankro公司的Arylan SNS或巴斯夫公司的Dekol N。
更进一步地,所述分散型染色剂粒径优选为0.5μm以下,以更好地渗透进入水泥基基材表面微小的孔洞。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明提供上述具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将分散型染色剂、染料分散剂和水混合均匀,得到分散型染色剂预分散液,例如,该步骤可以用高速分散机进行分散30min至0.5微米粒径大小静置待用;
步骤2:将水、润湿剂、消泡剂混合,用pH调节剂将pH值调至8~9并搅拌均匀,然后加入上述步骤1分散好的分散型染色剂预分散液,均匀混合;
步骤3:在均匀混合后,加入成膜助剂、填料和颜料,在高速分散或研磨后加入丙烯酸乳液,再加入增稠剂调节体系粘度至合适即可。
有益效果
本发明提供的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,可以通过单次施工,在水泥基材同时实现染色和彩绘效果,其中染色部分是通过分散型染色剂来实现,分散型染色剂颗粒不超过0.5微米,远远小于普通颜料颗粒,可以更好地渗透进入水泥基基材表面微小的孔洞,渗透深度大,染色牢固度高,特别是选取了不带酯基基团的偶氮型染色剂和蒽醌型染色剂,在碱性环境中不易发生变色;选用萘系磺酸甲醛缩聚物或木质磺酸盐作为染料分散剂,可以降低其表面能,增强渗透能力,同时对染色剂颗粒起到保护作用,提高其在体系中的稳定性;另外,本发明特定组成的彩绘涂料形成的漆膜与基材附着力出色,柔韧性良好,不易发生开裂和脱落,耐候性佳,可以通过各种不同施工技法进行彩绘创作。

配制步骤如下:
步骤1:将分散型染色剂、染料分散剂和水混合均匀,得到分散型染色剂预分散液,该步骤用高速分散机进行分散30min至0.5微米粒径大小静置待用;
步骤2:将水、润湿剂、消泡剂混合,用pH调节剂将pH值调至9并搅拌均匀,然后加入上述步骤1分散好的分散型染色剂预分散液,均匀混合;
步骤3:在均匀混合后,加入成膜助剂、填料和颜料,在高速分散或研磨后加入丙烯酸乳液,再加入增稠剂调节体系粘度。

按照实施例1相同的步骤制备本实施例的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,其具体组成如下:

将本实施例1-3制备的彩绘涂料按照国标制样,性能测试主要参考GB/T9755-2001《合成树脂乳液外墙涂料》,检测结果如下表所示。
由表中数据可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制备的彩绘涂料具有优良的耐水性、耐碱性和耐洗刷性,长期置于室外不易发生老化、粉化、开裂、脱落等现象,颜色牢固稳定,另外,该彩绘涂料对水泥基材内部有染色的作用,染色渗透深度大,颜色附着牢固,不易变色。该涂料可以广泛地应用于水泥基材料的彩绘染色领域,避免因局部破损而导致颜色缺失,色彩效果真实自然。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,以重量百分比计,包含:
2.如权利要求1所述的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,其特征是,所述分散型染色剂预分散液由分散型染色剂、染料分散剂和水组成,基于分散型染色剂预分散液的总重量,所述分散型染色剂的含量为5%~15%,所述染料分散剂的含量为20%~50%,余量为水。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,其特征是,所述分散型染色剂为不含酯基基团的分散型偶氮染料或者不含酯基基团的分散型蒽醌染料,且所述分散型染色剂粒径为0.5μm以下;所述染料分散剂为选自萘系磺酸甲醛缩聚物和木质磺酸盐中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,其特征是,所述分散型染色剂为分散紫93、分散红3B或者分散棕1;所述染料分散剂为Arylan SNS、Dekol N或者LignosolDXD。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,其特征是,所述丙烯酸乳液为选自纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液和苯丙乳液中一种或多种,且优选为选自纯丙乳液和硅丙乳液中一种或多种,更优选为硅丙乳液。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,其特征是,所述填料为选自重钙、轻钙、滑石粉、硅灰石粉和煅烧高岭土粉中的一种或多种;所述消泡剂为选自有机硅类消泡剂和矿物油类消泡剂中的一种或多种;所述pH调节剂为选自AMP95和氨水中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,其特征是,所述成膜助剂可以为酯醇十二。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,其特征是,所述润湿剂为选自十二烷基磺酸钠、硫酸月桂酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚氧乙烯乙二醇烷基酯中的一种或多种;所述增稠剂为选自碱溶胀型增稠剂、缔合型增稠剂和纤维素醚增稠剂中的一种或多种。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料,其特征是,所述具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料的pH为7.5~9。
10.一种如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的具有渗透染色功能的彩绘涂料的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将分散型染色剂、染料分散剂和水混合均匀并用高速分散机分散,得到分散型染色剂预分散液;
步骤2:将水、润湿剂、消泡剂混合,用pH调节剂将pH值调至8~9并搅拌均匀,然后加入上述步骤1分散好的分散型染色剂预分散液,均匀混合;
步骤3:在均匀混合后,加入成膜助剂、填料和颜料,在分散或研磨后加入丙烯酸乳液,再加入增稠剂调节体系粘度至合适。
