本发明的铝酸酯改性碳酸钙粉的制备方法,将直径小于1厘米的碳酸钙粗料,送入磨粉机中,加入1‑3%碳酸钠,加水配成固含量为70%~80%的浆料,加入1‑5%加入改性剂,通过磨剥机,获得制得粒径为0.1~1微米的改性超细碳酸钙粉;所述助剂,由乙氧基月桂酰胺25‑30份,铝酸酯偶联剂45‑58份,碳酸甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷21‑33份、醋酸乙烯23‑35份,缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25‑30份,丙烯酸乙烯基吡啶共聚物23‑35份,缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25‑30份,碳酸钠5‑8份,乙二醇5‑8份,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂3‑5份组成。

技术领域
本发明属于一种碳酸钙粉体的生产方法。
背景技术
目前,碳酸钙已广泛应用于造纸、塑料、塑料薄膜、化纤、橡胶、胶粘剂、密封剂、日用化工、化妆品、建材、涂料、油漆、油墨、油灰、封蜡、腻子、毡层包装、医药、食品(如口香糖、巧克力)、饲料中,其作用有:增加产品体积、降低成本,改善加工性能(如调节粘度、流变性能、硫化性能),提高尺寸稳定性,补强或半补强,提高印刷性能,提高物理性能(如耐热性、消光性、耐磨性、阻燃性、白度、光泽度)等。重质碳酸钙的生产工艺流程有两种。干法生产工艺流程:首先手选从采石场运来的方解石、石灰石、白垩、贝壳等,以除去脉石;然后用破碎机对石灰石进行粗破碎,再用雷蒙(摆式)磨粉碎得到细石灰石粉,最后用分级机对磨粉进行分级,符合粒度要求的粉末作为产品包装入库,否则返回磨粉机再次磨粉。湿法生产工艺流程:先将干法细粉制成悬浮液置于磨机内进一步粉碎,经脱水、干燥后便制得超细重质碳酸钙。
经中国公开专利检索,查到碳酸钙发明专利申请53件;没发现与本专利申请相同的方案。

本发明的目的在于;提出一种铝酸酯改性碳酸钙粉的制备方法。
本发明的铝酸酯改性碳酸钙粉的制备方法,包括石块破碎、粉碎、研磨、筛分、活化、干燥、分级,产品收集包装;其特征在于:将直径小于1厘米的碳酸钙粗料,送入磨粉机中,以重质碳酸钙粗粉的重量百分比计,加入1-3%碳酸钠在85~95℃下研磨致5-10微米后,加水配成固含量为70%~80%的浆料,以重质碳酸钙粉的重量百分比计,加入1-5%加入改性剂,通过泵阀将浆料打入湿法搅拌磨剥机,在研磨介质中研磨,获得制得粒径为0.1~1微米的改性超细碳酸钙粉;所述助剂,以重量计,由乙氧基月桂酰胺25-30份,铝酸酯偶联剂45-58份,碳酸甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷21-33份、醋酸乙烯23-35份,缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25-30份,丙烯酸乙烯基吡啶共聚物23-35份,缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25-30份,碳酸钠5-8份,乙二醇5-8份,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂3-5份组成。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是:具有设计科学合理,工艺简单,安全可靠性,易于控制,操作方便,适合大规模生产,生产成本低等优点。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
本发明的铝酸酯改性碳酸钙粉的制备方法,包括石块破碎、粉碎、研磨、筛分、活化、干燥、分级,产品收集包装;其特征在于:将直径小于1厘米的碳酸钙粗料,送入磨粉机中,以重质碳酸钙粗粉的重量百分比计,加入1-3%碳酸钠在85~95℃下研磨致5-10微米后,加水配成固含量为70%~80%的浆料,以重质碳酸钙粉的重量百分比计,加入1-5%加入改性剂,通过泵阀将浆料打入湿法搅拌磨剥机,在研磨介质中研磨,获得制得粒径为0.1~1微米的改性超细碳酸钙粉;所述助剂,以重量计,由乙氧基月桂酰胺25份,铝酸酯偶联剂45份,碳酸甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷21份、醋酸乙烯23份,缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25份,丙烯酸乙烯基吡啶共聚物23份,缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷25份,碳酸钠5-8份,乙二醇5-8份,聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂3-5份组成。
