台布,是覆盖于台、桌面上用以防污或增加美观的物品。也被称为:桌布,因为习惯性的是覆盖于桌子上的,所以也称桌布,由于国内外使用习惯及桌子的规格,形状不同,名称各异,有方台套、圆台套、茶台套、餐台套等,主要用于陈设、宴会、用餐,台布的材料有很多种,随着人们对生活水平的要求越来越高,台布的种类也逐渐繁多,需要更合人们心意的台布。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提出一种PVC抽纱台布及其制备工艺,该制备工艺简单易行,制备出的台布具有拒水拒油防污能力。

(2)将聚丙烯塑料及二氧化钛纳米微粉搅拌,搅拌20-30min,控制搅拌速度为100-150r/min,然后加入硅藻土、聚乙烯醇、异丙醇、钠基膨润土、硬脂酸继续搅拌均匀,然后经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成表膜待用;
(3)将步骤(2)中的表膜与步骤(1)中的底膜高温贴合,后经压纹、冷却、收卷,即可品检包装入库。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用经表面偶联处理的CaCO3,降低了成型加工温度,体系的流动性得到明显的改善。
加入无机填料后,材料力学性能明显下降,因此加入定量的螯合偶联剂,与CaCO3分子间形成化学键,使CaCO3表面覆盖一层偶联剂,而偶联剂的另一
端的长链烃基与PVC大分子链互相缠绕,起到分子桥的作用,因而无机填料与PVC分子结合很好,保证材料具有优良的拉伸强度,使产品挺括、平整、不卷边。
用偶联剂:OL-T671钛酸酯处理碳酸钙表面,它能与其表面的自由质子发生反应,从而在碳酸钙的表面形成有机单分子层,大大提高了与PVC树脂的亲和性,产生补强作用。
采用纳米级粉体具有最低的表面张力,这些粉体与聚烯烃塑料结合,充满到纤维内外表面,使织物具有一定的拒水拒油防污能力。

3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC抽纱台布,其特征在于,该台布包括底膜和表膜,表膜覆盖在所述的底膜上表面,其中:

PVC树脂:40份,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶:20份,碳酸钙:15份,DOP增塑剂:12份,偶联剂:11份,稳定剂:7份,ADC发泡剂:5份,
所述的表膜按质量份数计包括以下组分:
聚丙烯塑料:70份,硅藻土:9份,异丙醇:7份,聚乙烯醇:10份,硬脂酸:6份,二氧化钛纳米微粉:3份,钠基膨润土:5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PVC抽纱台布,其特征在于,该台布包括底膜和表膜,表膜覆盖在所述的底膜上表面,其中:
所述的底膜按质量份数计包括以下组分:
PVC树脂:35份,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶:15份,碳酸钙:13份,DOP增塑剂:11份,偶联剂:10份,稳定剂:6份,ADC发泡剂:4份,
所述的偶联剂为OL-T671钛酸酯;所述的稳定剂为钙锌;
所述的表膜按质量份数计包括以下组分:
聚丙烯塑料:60份,硅藻土:7份,异丙醇:5份,聚乙烯醇:9份,硬脂酸:4份,二氧化钛纳米微粉:2份,钠基膨润土:4份。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一权利要求所述的PVC抽纱台布的制备工艺,其特征在于,该台布的制备工艺具体如下:
(1)将PVC树脂过筛去除较大颗粒,然后送至密炼机中,向密炼机中加入热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、碳酸钙、DOP增塑剂、偶联剂、稳定剂及ADC发泡剂,混合均匀,塑化,然后经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成底膜待用;
(2)将聚丙烯塑料及二氧化钛纳米微粉搅拌,搅拌20-30min,控制搅拌速度为100-150r/min,然后加入硅藻土、聚乙烯醇、异丙醇、钠基膨润土、硬脂酸继续搅拌均匀,然后经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成表膜待用;
(3)将步骤(2)中的表膜与步骤(1)中的底膜高温贴合,后经压纹、冷却、收卷,即可品检包装入库。
