Abstract
本发明公开了一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品,按照原料的重量百分比,它由60~98%刚玉、0.5~20%轻烧氧化铝微粉、1~10%软质粘土以及结合剂组成;其制备工艺是:根据配方比例,取刚玉颗粒、轻烧氧化铝微粉以及粘合剂均匀混合后,依次成型,并进行干燥处理,干燥处理后进行热处理,热处理后在所获得的产品表面涂覆防透气抗侵蚀涂层,即可得到水口塞棒制品;本发明有效解决连铸耐火原料在高温下使用出现的热膨胀高的问题,具有很好的使用性能和高气孔,采用中低温的热处理方法,节约了能源。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是连铸耐火材料技术领域,具体的说是一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着炼钢工艺的技术发展,及其高强度、高性能的技术要求,对连铸过程中所用耐火材料也提出了更高的要求,不仅要求连铸用功能耐火材料使用寿命高,而且要求对钢不能造成二次污染。
目前连铸用功能水口塞棒的主要原料是鳞片石墨、刚玉、熔融石英、锆莫来石等,虽然鳞片石墨是很好的耐火原料,不仅有很好的导电导热性,而且具有很好的抗渣性以及钢水的抗侵蚀性能,但是由于鳞片石墨的主要化学成分是碳元素,对低碳优质钢的钢水造成一定程度的增碳;熔融石英虽然也是一种优质耐火原料,不仅具有很好的抗钢水、钢渣侵蚀性,而且热膨胀特别低,但炼优质合金钢时,由于钢水内合金锰元素易生成硅酸锰,严重污染钢水,致使钢材的性能质量降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供了一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品及其制备工艺,有效解决连铸耐火原料在高温下使用出现的热膨胀高的问题,具有很好的使用性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品,按照材料的重量百分比,包含60~98%刚玉、0.5~20%轻烧氧化铝微粉、1~10%软质粘土。
作为本发明的进一步改善,它还包含结合剂,所述结合剂由磷酸、磷酸铝、氯化铝、氯化镁、硫酸铝、树脂、硅酸钠中的一种或者几种组成。
一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品的制备工艺,步骤如下:根据配方比例,取刚玉颗粒、轻烧氧化铝微粉以及粘合剂均匀混合后,依次成型,并进行干燥处理,干燥处理后进行热处理,热处理后在所获得的产品表面涂覆防透气抗侵蚀涂层,即可得到水口塞棒制品。
作为本发明的进一步改善,所述成型时采用的是等静压力机、油压机、或者摩擦压力机进行成型和干燥处理。
作为本发明的进一步改善,所述干燥处理后先进行了车床加工,在进行热处理,所述热处理的温度为200~800℃,常温~200℃,24小时,保温4小时。
作为本发明的进一步改善,所述防透气抗侵蚀涂层材料为轻烧氧化铝微粉、碳化硼、氧化铬、电熔氧化锆、碳化硅等水玻璃、磷酸铝几种。
本发明的有益效果为:有效解决连铸耐火材料在高温下使用出现的热膨胀高的问题,具有很好的使用性能和高气孔,采用中低温的热处理方法,节约了能源且有可靠的安全性,为社会创造了大量经济效益和社会效益。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施方式,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一:
一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品,按照原料的重量百分比,由25%的36#电熔白刚玉、60%的80#电熔白刚玉、13%的A级轻烧氧化铝微粉、2%的180#~0苏州土、1%的0.105mm固体树脂、6%~7%液体树脂组成。
实施二:
一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品,按照原料的重量百分比,由70%的24#电熔白刚玉、20%的80#电熔白刚玉、8%的A级轻烧氧化铝微粉、2%的180#~0广西柳州白泥、1%的0.105mm固体树脂、6%~7%液体树脂组成。
实施三:
一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品,按照原料重量的百分比,由80%的24#刚玉、17.5%的36#刚玉、2.5%的180#~0的粘土、8~9%的磷酸组成。
实施四:
一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品,按照原料重量的百分比,由75%的16#刚玉、23%的36#刚玉、2%的轻烧氧化铝A、8~10%水玻璃组成。
一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品的制备工艺,步骤如下:根据配方比例,取刚玉颗粒、轻烧氧化铝微粉以及粘合剂均匀混合后,采用等静压力机(油压机、或者摩擦压力机)依次成型,并进行干燥处理,干燥处理后进行车床加工后进行热处理,热处理的温度为200~800℃,常温~200℃,24小时,保温4小时,热处理后在所获得的产品表面涂覆防透气抗侵蚀涂层材料,即可得到水口塞棒制品。
本具体实施方式进行车床加工,是为了保证外观要求;采用中低温的热处理,是为了达到结合剂胶体不发生可逆性的目的,保证制品在使用过程中具有一定的可靠性和稳定性;最后在制品上涂覆防透气抗侵蚀涂层材料,用于防止钢水钢渣侵蚀,保证制品的使用性能。

Claims (2)
1.一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品,其特征在于:按照原料的重量百分比,包含60~98%刚玉、0.5~20%轻烧氧化铝微粉、1~10%软质粘土;
它还包含结合剂,所述结合剂由磷酸、磷酸铝、氯化铝、氯化镁、硫酸铝、树脂、硅酸钠中的一种或者几种组成;
所述连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品的制备工艺步骤如下:根据配方比例,取刚玉颗粒、轻烧氧化铝微粉、软质粘土以及结合剂均匀混合后,依次成型,并进行干燥处理,干燥处理后进行热处理,热处理后在所获得的产品表面涂覆防透气抗侵蚀涂层,即可得到水口塞棒制品;
所述成型时采用的是等静压力机、油压机、摩擦压力机中的一种进行成型和干燥处理;
所述干燥处理后先进行了车床加工,再进行热处理,所述热处理的温度为200~800℃,常温~200℃,24小时,保温4小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连铸用无硅无碳刚玉质水口塞棒制品的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述防透气抗侵蚀涂层材料为轻烧氧化铝微粉、碳化硼、氧化铬、电熔氧化锆、碳化硅、水玻璃、磷酸铝中的几种。
