Abstract

本发明提供一种陶瓷膜材料,所述陶瓷膜材料由以下重量份的原料制成:氧化铝粉料120‑150份、碳化硼30‑40份、碳化硅30‑40份、氮化硼30‑40份、滑石粉70‑100份、云母粉70‑90份、抗氧剂10‑20份、复合外加剂10‑20份。本发明陶瓷膜材料强度高耐腐蚀,抗冲击能力强,并且材料综合性能指标优异,本发明制备方法操作简易、对环境无污染、产率高,适合批量生产,由此方法制得的陶瓷膜材料,耐化学介质腐蚀性能优越,耐各种酸、碱、盐、耐70℃以下绝大部分有机溶剂、无味、无毒、无异物溶出;适用于各种介质过滤;较好的机械强度和孔稳定性能,适合于高压介质过滤。

一种陶瓷膜材料
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜材料技术领域,具体涉及一种陶瓷膜材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
陶瓷膜被广泛用于微量过滤和超滤。这是由于它们具有超过聚合物对应物的许多优点。上述优点包括在长期使用期间更大的机械强度和结构刚度、更大的耐腐蚀性和耐热性、稳定操作特性,以及通过煅烧或通过水或适当溶剂的反向流来多次再生的可能性。这意味着,可以在较宽pH值范围内、在高温和高压下、以及在腐蚀性介质中操作陶瓷膜。另一方面,这些膜可以是脆性的并且也是昂贵的,这是由于它们的制造所使用的高能耗技术。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供一种陶瓷膜材料及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中陶瓷膜材料的不足。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种陶瓷膜材料,所述陶瓷膜材料由以下重量份的原料制成:氧化铝粉料120-150份、碳化硼30-40份、碳化硅30-40份、氮化硼30-40份、滑石粉70-100份、云母粉70-90份、抗氧剂10-20份、复合外加剂10-20份。
所述氧化铝粉料135份、碳化硼35份、碳化硅35份、氮化硼35份、滑石粉80份、云母粉80份、抗氧剂15份、复合外加剂15份。
一种陶瓷膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照原料重量份称取各个原料;
S2、将碳化硼、碳化硅、氮化硼、滑石粉、云母粉、氧化铝粉料加入球磨机中,经干法混合球磨10-15h,得到混合物料;
S3、将抗氧剂和复合外加剂混合研磨至100-200目,再加入到步骤S2制得的混合物料中,混合均匀后,放入高温炉中,在真空、惰性气氛中加热至700℃-1500℃烧结2-4h,保温1-3h,降至室温,即可。
步骤S1所述球磨后混合物料为100-200目。
步骤S3所述烧结温度为1200℃,烧结时间为3h。
本发明提供一种陶瓷膜材料及其制备方法,与现有技术相比优点在于:
本发明陶瓷膜材料强度高耐腐蚀,抗冲击能力强,并且材料综合性能指标优异,本发明制备方法操作简易、对环境无污染、产率高,适合批量生产,由此方法制得的陶瓷膜材料,耐化学介质腐蚀性能优越,耐各种酸、碱、盐、耐70℃以下绝大部分有机溶剂、无味、无毒、无异物溶出;适用于各种介质过滤;较好的机械强度和孔稳定性能,适合于高压介质过滤。

一种陶瓷膜材料,所述陶瓷膜材料由以下重量份的原料制成:所述氧化铝粉料135份、碳化硼35份、碳化硅35份、氮化硼35份、滑石粉80份、云母粉80份、抗氧剂15份、复合外加剂15份。
一种陶瓷膜材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照原料重量份称取各个原料;
S2、将碳化硼、碳化硅、氮化硼、滑石粉、云母粉、氧化铝粉料加入球磨机中,经干法混合球磨10-15h,得到混合物料; 所述的步骤S1所述球磨后混合物料为100-200目;
S3、将抗氧剂和复合外加剂混合研磨至100-200目,再加入到步骤S2制得的混合物料中,混合均匀后,放入高温炉中,在真空、惰性气氛中加热至1200℃烧结2-4h,保温 1-3h,降至室温,即可。

1.一种陶瓷膜材料,其特征在于,所述陶瓷膜材料由以下重量份的原料制成:氧化铝粉料120-150份、碳化硼30-40份、碳化硅30-40份、氮化硼30-40份、滑石粉70-100份、云母粉70-90份、抗氧剂10-20份、复合外加剂10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷膜材料,其特征在于,所述氧化铝粉料135份、碳化硼35份、碳化硅35份、氮化硼35份、滑石粉80份、云母粉80份、抗氧剂15份、复合外加剂15份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的陶瓷膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照原料重量份称取各个原料;
S2、将碳化硼、碳化硅、氮化硼、滑石粉、云母粉、氧化铝粉料加入球磨机中,经干法混合球磨10-15h,得到混合物料;
S3、将抗氧剂和复合外加剂混合研磨至100-200目,再加入到步骤S2制得的混合物料中,混合均匀后,放入高温炉中,在真空、惰性气氛中加热至700℃-1500℃烧结2-4h,保温1-3h,降至室温,即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1所述球磨后混合物料为100-200目。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3所述烧结温度为1200℃,烧结时间为3h。
