本发明公开了一种治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的中药配方，按重量份数是包括以下中药成分：生地黄24g、炒蒲黄15g。赤芍12g、丹皮12g、三七粉15g、石斛1‑5g、丹参30g、升麻6g。本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服，每日1剂，每日2次，早晚分服，1个月为一疗程。

一种治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的中药配方
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的中药配方。
背景技术
糖尿病视网膜病变，人称“血癌”，是危及人民生命的恶性疾病。对该病的治疗，大都采用西医化疗。此疗法虽能杀死大量增生的白细胞，同时也杀灭了正常细胞和幼稚细胞，使元本损伤，破坏了病人机体的免疫力，降低了抗病力，而且仃药后易于复发，再化疗缓解难等不足。目前，在我国治疗糖尿病视网膜病变地中药很多，现在的西药和中药口都很多，单是效果都不是很理想。再者药价都很贵，大多数人是吃不起的。而且见效慢，给得患者造成了很大痛苦。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题，弥补现有技术的不足，提供一种成本低廉、安全可靠、使用方便、见效快、时间短的治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的中药配方。
为实现本发明的上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生地黄24g、炒蒲黄15g。赤芍12g、丹皮12g、三七粉15g、石斛1-5g、丹参30g、升麻6g。
本发明按照中医理论和中药组方的协调作用：丹参、三七、清热活血为君。臣以石斛、生地养阴生津，炒蒲黄化瘀止血，赤芍、丹皮清热化瘀。
本发明在清肝热、散淤血，以石斛、生地清热生津，赤芍、丹皮清热化瘀，炒蒲黄、三七化瘀止血，意在标本同治。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服，每日1剂，每日2次，早晚分服，1个月为一疗程。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生地黄24g、炒蒲黄15g。赤芍12g、丹皮12g、三七粉15g、石斛1-5g、丹参30g、升麻6g。
实施例2：如患者有腰膝酸痛，两目干涩，耳鸣脱发等症状，在上述组分中加麝香5g，珍珠10g，血竭15g、蜜丸5g。
水煎服，每日1剂，每日2次，早晚分服，1个月为一疗程。
典型病例：
病例一：患者男，61岁，患糖尿病12年，进我所服降糖药为美吡达，由于家住农村，很少化验血糖。5天前突然双目失明故来就诊，经眼科检查，只能见眼前手动，双眼玻璃体积血，眼底不能窥见。FBG5.9mmol/L，P2小时BG11.4mmol/L,速将美吡达改为瑞易宁，因，形瘦肤干，舌边尖略红，两脉弦滑无力而数。辩证为阴虚血热，血沸妄行，溢于脉外，阻碍神光，服用本发明配方，每天1剂，10天后复查，视力右眼0.3，左眼4.0.双眼玻璃体积血吸收，眼底大部分血管及点状出血，新生血管可见，因平素有腰膝酸痛，两目干涩，耳鸣脱发等症状，按照实施例2继续服用麝香5g，珍珠10g，血竭15g、蜜丸5g，3个月，患者反馈自觉视力明显改善，惜未能来眼科复查。

1.一种治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生地黄24g、炒蒲黄15g、赤芍12g、丹皮12g、三七粉15g、石斛1-5g、丹参30g、升麻6g。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的中药配方，麝香5g，珍珠10g，血竭15g、蜜丸5g。
