本发明提供一种红军菜保健食品,具有降血脂、降血压、增强免疫力、滋养健身等保健功能,适于长期食用。红军菜具清热解毒、润肺止咳、散疲消肿、生津止渴之功效,治外感高热、中暑发烧,肺热咳嗽,伤风声嘶,痈肿疮毒,跌打肿痛等症。红军菜矿质营养较为丰富,微量元素的钙、锰、铁、锌、铜等营养成分含量较高,具有提高人体免疫力、清热解毒、活血止血、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖的功效。本发明所述比例的川贝母、椿份、韭菜籽、八月扎、甘草酸二钠可增强红军菜的保健功效,尤其是在降血脂方面,长期饮用可降低血液中的胆固醇和甘油三酯含量。采用本发明所述生产工艺,还可进一步增强红军菜的保健功能,进一步提高人体的免疫力。

本发明涉及保健食品领域,尤其涉及一种红军菜保健食品的制备方法。
背景技术
红军菜是井岗山地区著名的野菜,又名紫背天葵,是秋海棠科秋海棠属的多年生无茎草本植物,为中国的特有物种。紫背天葵有提高抗寄生虫和抗病毒的能力,并对肿瘤有一定疗效。它还具有补铁、补血,延长抗坏血酸的作用,减少血管紫癜之功效,对儿童和老年人有保健功能。此外,紫背天葵还有治疗咳血、痛经、支气管炎、外伤止血及缺铁性贫血等病症的功效,在我国南方一些地区更是把紫背天葵作为一种补血的良药,是产后妇女食用的主要蔬菜之一。
目前国内外学者对红军菜功能保健食品的研究不多,因此,研究出一种风味好的红军菜保健食品具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有降血脂、降血压和增强免疫力等功能的红军菜保健食品。
本发明的另一个目的是提供所述红军菜保健食品的生产方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种红军菜保健食品,是由红军菜、川贝母、椿皮、韭菜籽、八月扎、甘草酸二钠这些原料和常用的食品辅料制备得到的。
一种红军菜保健食品,所述原料的重量组成为:
红军菜500-600份、川贝母5-12份、椿皮40-65份、韭菜籽100-180份、八月扎10-15份、甘草酸二钠20-30份;
一种红军菜保健食品,其制备方法包括下述步骤:
①椿皮、川贝母在120-135℃下炒制20-30min,然后粉碎至100目,再加入500-600重量份的水进行煎煮,煎煮时间为1-2h,煎煮液过滤,得到滤液a;
②八月扎用45-60重量份的啤酒浸泡4-7h,自然晾干,得到预处理后的八月扎;
③挑选无病虫害的红军菜梗叶用清水洗净,切成丝后加入甘草酸二钠,再加入5000-6000重量份的体积分数为25-40%的乙醇溶液进行提取,提取温度为80-85℃,提取90-100min时加入韭菜籽和预处理后的八月扎,继续提取20-30min,提取液过滤,得到滤液b;
④将滤液a和滤液b混合,浓缩,干燥后得到提取物粉末;

所述啤酒是酒精度为8%的市售啤酒。
本发明所述提取物粉末还可用于制作航天食品。
红军菜具清热解毒、润肺止咳、散疲消肿、生津止渴之功效,治外感高热、中暑发烧,肺热咳嗽,伤风声嘶,痈肿疮毒,跌打肿痛等症。红军菜矿质营养较为丰富,微量元素的钙、锰、铁、锌、铜等营养成分含量较高,具有提高人体免疫力、清热解毒、活血止血、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖的功效。本发明所述比例的川贝母、椿份、韭菜籽、八月扎、甘草酸二钠可增强红军菜的保健功效,尤其是在降血脂方面,长期食用本发明保健食品可降低血液中的胆固醇和甘油三酯含量。采用本发明所述生产工艺,还可进一步增强红军菜的保健功能,进一步提高人体的免疫力。
本发明的红军菜保健食品采用科学合理的配方,具有降血脂、降血压、增强免疫力、滋养健身等保健功能,适于长期食用。
具体实施例
实施例1:一种红军菜保健食品,所述原料的重量组成为:红军菜550份、川贝母8份、椿皮55份、韭菜籽140份、八月扎13份、甘草酸二钠24份;
一种红军菜保健食品,其制备方法包括下述步骤:
①椿皮、川贝母在125℃下炒制25min,然后粉碎至100目,再加入550重量份的水进行煎煮,煎煮时间为1.5h,煎煮液过滤,得到滤液a;
②八月扎用50重量份的啤酒浸泡6h,自然晾干,得到预处理后的八月扎;
③挑选无病虫害的红军菜梗叶用清水洗净,切成丝后加入甘草酸二钠,再加入5600重量份的体积分数为33%的乙醇溶液进行提取,提取温度为82℃,提取95min时加入韭菜籽和预处理后的八月扎,继续提取25min,提取液过滤,得到滤液b;
④将滤液a和滤液b混合,浓缩,干燥后得到提取物粉末;
⑤将提取物粉末与5000重量份面粉混合,就得到本发明的保健食品。
实施例2:一种红军菜保健食品,所述原料的重量组成为:红军菜500份、川贝母12份、椿皮40份、韭菜籽180份、八月扎10份、甘草酸二钠30份;
一种红军菜保健食品,其制备方法包括下述步骤:
①椿皮、川贝母在120℃下炒制20min,然后粉碎至100目,再加入500重量份的水进行煎煮,煎煮时间为1h,煎煮液过滤,得到滤液a;
②八月扎用45重量份的啤酒浸泡4h,自然晾干,得到预处理后的八月扎;
③挑选无病虫害的红军菜梗叶用清水洗净,切成丝后加入甘草酸二钠,再加入5000重量份的体积分数为25%的乙醇溶液进行提取,提取温度为80℃,提取90min时加入韭菜籽和预处理后的八月扎,继续提取20min,提取液过滤,得到滤液b;
④将滤液a和滤液b混合,浓缩,干燥后得到提取物粉末;
⑤将提取物粉末与8000重量份玉米混合,就得到本发明的保健食品。
实施例3:一种红军菜保健食品,所述原料的重量组成为:红军菜600份、川贝母5份、椿皮65份、韭菜籽100份、八月扎15份、甘草酸二钠20份;
一种红军菜保健食品,其制备方法包括下述步骤:
①椿皮、川贝母在135℃下炒制30min,然后粉碎至100目,再加入600重量份的水进行煎煮,煎煮时间为2h,煎煮液过滤,得到滤液a;
②八月扎用60重量份的啤酒浸泡7h,自然晾干,得到预处理后的八月扎;
③挑选无病虫害的红军菜梗叶用清水洗净,切成丝后加入甘草酸二钠,再加入6000重量份的体积分数为40%的乙醇溶液进行提取,提取温度为85℃,提取100min时加入韭菜籽和预处理后的八月扎,继续提取30min,提取液过滤,得到滤液b;
④将滤液a和滤液b混合,浓缩,干燥后得到提取物粉末;
⑤按照保健食品的常规制法,将提取物粉末与食品辅料制成红军菜保健饼。
实施例4:一种红军菜保健食品,其原料配方同实施例1,其制备方法为:一种红军菜保健食品,其制备方法包括下述步骤:
挑选无病虫害的红军菜梗叶用清水洗净,切成丝后加入甘草酸二钠、椿皮、川贝母、八月扎韭菜籽,再加入5000-6000重量份的体积分数为25-40%的乙醇溶液进行提取,提取温度为80-85℃,提取时间为100-120min,提取液过滤,滤液,浓缩,干燥后得到提取物粉末;
按照保健食品的常规制法,将提取物粉末与食品辅料制成红军菜保健汤。
实施例5:一种红军菜保健食品,所述原料的重量组成为:红军菜480份、川贝母15份、椿皮35份、韭菜籽200份、八月扎8份、甘草酸二钠15份;
一种红军菜保健食品,其制备方法包括下述步骤:
①椿皮、川贝母在115℃下炒制40min,然后粉碎至100目,再加入400重量份的水进行煎煮,煎煮时间为3h,煎煮液过滤,得到滤液a;
②八月扎用40重量份的啤酒浸泡8h,自然晾干,得到预处理后的八月扎;
③挑选无病虫害的红军菜梗叶用清水洗净,切成丝后加入甘草酸二钠和预处理后的八月扎,再加入6000重量份的体积分数为20%的乙醇溶液进行提取,提取温度为75℃,提取110min时加入韭菜籽,继续提取10min,提取液过滤,得到滤液b;
④将滤液a和滤液b混合,浓缩,干燥后得到提取物粉末;
⑤按照保健食品的常规制法,将提取物粉末与食品辅料制成红军菜保健面条。
清洁级昆明小鼠,体重20±2g,70只,饲养7d后,随机分为1个空白对照组、1个高血脂模型组和5个实验组,每组10只小鼠。除空白对照组喂普通饲料外,其余各组均给与高脂肪饲料,连续饲养15d后,检查前1d禁食不禁饮10h以上,每只动物均经眼球采血检查血脂,确认实验组造高血脂模型成功随后继续给予高脂饮食,直至实验结束。用蒸馏水将实施例1-5制得的提取物粉末(不含食品辅料)配成120 g/L的水溶液,确认造模成功后给实验组小鼠灌胃服用实施例1-5制得的提取物粉末的水溶液,给药量为0.1mL/g体质量,每天2次,连续给药4周。末次给药后禁食不禁饮10h,全部动物眼眶采血,测血脂。

选用清洁级昆明种雌性小鼠60只,体重18-22g。随机分为1个空白对照组和5个实验组,每10只小鼠。用蒸馏水将实施例1-5制得的提取物粉末(不含食品辅料)配成120 g/L的水溶液,5个实验组动物分别给予实施例1-5制得的提取物粉末的水溶液,按0.1mL/g体质量的剂量灌胃给药,空白对照组以等体积蒸馏水,每日灌胃1次,连续给予30 d后测定抗体细胞数量。

由上述实验可知,实施例1-3制得的红军菜保健食品具有较好的降血脂和增强免疫力效果,实施例4采用了本发明所述的配方,但未采用本发明所述工艺,其降血脂效果较好,但溶血空斑数量较少,增强免疫力效果稍差,不如实施例1-3。
Claims (4)
1.一种红军菜保健食品,其特征在于:是由红军菜、川贝母、椿皮、韭菜籽、八月扎、甘草酸二钠这些原料和常用的食品辅料制备得到的。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种红军菜保健食品,其特征在于:所述原料的重量组成为:红军菜500-600份、川贝母5-12份、椿皮40-65份、韭菜籽100-180份、八月扎10-15份、甘草酸二钠20-30份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种红军菜保健食品,其特征在于:其制备方法包括下述步骤:
①椿皮、川贝母在120-135℃下炒制20-30min,然后粉碎至100目,再加入500-600重量份的水进行煎煮,煎煮时间为1-2h,煎煮液过滤,得到滤液a;
②八月扎用45-60重量份的啤酒浸泡4-7h,自然晾干,得到预处理后的八月扎;
③挑选无病虫害的红军菜梗叶用清水洗净,切成丝后加入甘草酸二钠,再加入5000-6000重量份的体积分数为25-40%的乙醇溶液进行提取,提取温度为80-85℃,提取90-100min时加入韭菜籽和预处理后的八月扎,继续提取20-30min,提取液过滤,得到滤液b;
④将滤液a和滤液b混合,浓缩,干燥后得到提取物粉末;
⑤按照保健食品的常规制法,可将提取物粉末与食品辅料制成食品学中所说的常规剂型,如粥、饼、汤等。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种红军菜保健食品,特征在于:所述提取物粉末还可用于制作航天食品。
