Abstract
本发明公开了一种小儿健胃消食饮品及其制备方法,其特征是以大麦芽进行深加工制成的麦芽精,配以红果、麦芽、鸡内金、莱菔子、薄荷混合提取物,再配以异麦芽低聚糖,经超微混合、制粒、包装步骤制成,其组分的重量百分比为:麦芽精20‑40%、混合提取物40‑60%、异麦芽低聚糖10‑30%。本发明以麦芽精、多味中药、异麦芽低聚糖三者有机结合,搭配合理、优势互补,共凑健胃消食、消积去火之功效,可有效防治小儿食欲不振、厌食、偏食、腹胀、食积胀满、饮食停滞、呕吐、泄痢等病症,又可以促进双歧杆菌的增殖,防治菌群失调,调整和恢复肠道正常功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固体饮料,特别是涉及一种小儿健胃消食饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
小儿由于胃肠功能尚不健全,消化能力及抵抗力都差,极易患食欲不振、厌食、偏食、腹胀等病症,脾胃虚弱的孩子大多胃胀痛、食欲不佳、面色发黄、头发稀疏、消瘦,经常发作性地脐周疼痛,如果小儿消化不良又直接影响营养的吸收,从而影响孩子的发育,如果喂养不当、暴饮暴食,过多的喂给生冷油腻之食物、损伤脾胃,使脾胃运化功能失职,不能正常的腐熟水谷、停滞不化、胃气不降、反而上逆,从而引起食物积滞、出现呕吐或泄泻的食积病症,这些影响孩子的身体健康。中医认为脾胃为后天之本、气血生化之源,一旦脾胃不和,必然引起的食积胀满、饮食停滞、呕吐泄痢等症。
中医治疗脾胃不和多以健脾开胃、消食化积药物为主,中医治疗小儿脾胃不和的效果较好,不仅避免了西药对小儿胃肠的刺激及不良反应的出现,而且能够达到标本兼治效果,但是由于机体是一个复杂的有机体,单相中药产品的效果仍是有限的,往往达不到理想的效果,又由于中药的配比份量很大、中药味较重而不利于小儿喂食,儿童对口服给药制剂的依从性较差,特别是小儿喂药难,服药后易于引起呕吐而使给药剂量难以保证,往往影响疗效,已不能满足人们的需要。因此,开发疗效好、口感好、速溶性好、易于吸收、服用量小,利于喂食、饮用方便的小儿健胃消食产品,是目前急待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种小儿健胃消食饮品及其制备方法,能科学用于防治小儿食积,消食、去火。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种小儿健胃消食饮品及其制备方法,其特征是以大麦芽进行深加工制成的麦芽精,配以红果、麦芽、鸡内金、莱菔子、薄荷混合提取物,再配以异麦芽低聚糖,经超微混合、制粒、包装步骤制成,其组分的重量百分比为:麦芽精20-40%、混合提取物40-60%、异麦芽低聚糖10-30%。
所述的麦芽精以大麦芽原料制成的具麦芽特有芳香的粉剂,其进行深加工的关键技术在于大麦发芽、烘烤、抽提,使麦芽香味浓郁,市场上也均有销售。
所述的混合提取物是以红果、麦芽、鸡内金、莱菔子、薄荷为原料,经清洗后投入到多功能提取罐中,加4-8倍量的饮用水煎煮2次,时间1-3小时,薄荷按常规方法后下提取,分次过滤,合并滤液、喷雾干燥制成,其组分的重量百分比为:红果20-40%,麦芽20-40%,鸡内金10-30%,莱菔子10-30%,薄荷1-10%。
所述的过滤是将红果、麦芽、鸡内金、莱菔子、薄荷原料煎煮后用1—3层纱布过滤,除去杂质。
所述的喷雾干燥是通过喷雾干燥设备干燥至含水量为3-6%。
所述的异麦芽低聚糖是被称之为“双歧因子”的异麦芽低聚糖粉,市场上均有销售。
所述的超微混合是将麦芽精、混合提取物、异麦芽低聚糖粉送入超微混合机混合均匀,混合时间为不少于60分钟。
所述的制粒是以摇摆式颗粒机进行造粒,过20目筛制粒,将湿粒置于40-45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,干燥终点以颗粒水分降至3%~5%。
所述的包装用自动颗粒包装机包装,规格为每袋5克,每盒可以装为10-30袋。
本发明所采用的各原料的药用性能如下所示:
所采用的麦芽精以麦绿素为主要成分,麦香口味,是天然的抗生素,既能消炎又可以增加免疫力,老幼都可以食用,是没有副作用的疗法,可以放心使用,还能体内调节酸碱度,不容易生病。
所采用的红果又名山楂,其性味酸甘、微温,入脾、胃、肝经,消食健胃、行气散瘀,用于肉食积滞、胃烷胀满、泻痢腹痛、瘀血经闭、产后瘀阻、心腹刺痛、疝气疼痛、高血脂症。
所采用的麦芽含淀粉酶、转化糖酶、维生素B、脂肪、磷脂、糊精、麦芽糖、葡萄糖等,其性味甘、微温,归脾、胃经,治食积不消、脘腹胀满、食欲不振、呕吐泄泻、乳胀不消。
所采用的鸡内金性味甘、平,归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经,可消食健胃助消化、涩精止遗,可促进胃液分泌、提高胃酸度及消化力,使胃运动功能明显增强,胃排空加快。适宜消化不良、面色萎黄、不思纳谷、小儿疳积、形体消瘦、腹大腹胀、脾胃虚弱、食积胀满、肠结核、骨结核等病症患者食用。
所采用的莱菔子性平味辛、甘,归肺、脾、胃经,消食除胀、降气化痰,主治食积气滞、脘腹胀满、嗳气、下痢后重、咳嗽痰多、喘促胸满。
所采用的薄荷味辛、性凉,归肺、肝经,有发散风热、清利咽喉、透疹解毒、疏肝解郁和止痒等功效,适用于感冒发热、头痛、咽喉肿痛、无汗、风火赤眼、风疹、皮肤发痒、疝痛、下痢及瘰疬等症,外用有轻微的止痛作用,用于神经痛等;薄荷还对蚊虫叮咬皮肤有脱敏、消炎和抗菌的作用;对上呼吸道感染亦有明显的止咳、消炎和抑菌作用;对痔疮、肛裂有消肿止痛、消炎抗菌的作用;口含有薄荷产品的方剂,对于味觉神经和嗅觉神经有兴奋的作用。
所采用的异麦芽低聚糖具有一定的调节、改善肠道菌群的功能,可以促进双歧杆菌的增殖,减少有毒发酵产物及有害细菌酶的产生、抑制病原菌和腹泻、防止便秘、降低血清胆固醇等。因此食用含有异麦芽低聚糖的食品对于改善人体肠道内菌群状况,防治菌群失调,调整和恢复肠道正常功能,治疗和预防便秘、腹泻,改善高血脂症和糖尿病患者的血脂异常,都具有良好的作用。
以上采用的各原料组分在麦芽精既能消炎又可以增加免疫力、调节体内酸碱平衡的基础上,加以红果能消肉食积、消食健胃,麦芽能消面食积、又能健脾和胃,鸡内金消食磨积、善化结症,莱菔子有吐风痰、散风寒、定痰喘咳嗽、主下气化积滞,薄荷能发散风热、清利咽喉、透疹解毒、疏肝解郁,诸原料组分共奏健胃消食、消积去火之功效,达到治疗小儿食欲不振、厌食、偏食、腹胀、食积胀满、饮食停滞、呕吐泄痢的目的,所采用的薄荷组分又对口腔粘膜有炮热感和刺激作用,能促进口腔流涎、增进食欲、增加胃粘膜的供血量,改进消化功能,有益于治疗食积不化、解除胃脘涨滞感觉,也可治疗呃逆和痉挛性胃痛,此外薄荷在肠道内亦有较好的驱风作用,能减轻肠充气、驰缓肠肌蠕动,具有减缓肠疝痛的作用。
本发明经老中医和消费人群反馈总结:本发明产品具有健胃消食、消积去火之功效,可有效防治小儿食欲不振、厌食、偏食、腹胀、食积胀满、饮食停滞、呕吐、泄痢等病症,经多年来的小儿使用,满意率达90%以上。
本发明的优良效果还表现在:
1、本发明提供的中药方剂组方科学,制备方法简单,经过提取处后,富集了有效成分,质量显著减轻,服用量显著变小,速溶性好、易于吸收、包装简易、携带方便、易于保持卫生、饮用方便,适合小儿服用。饮用方便;易于保持卫生;包装简易,运输方便。
2、本发明选用天然药食原料制成,产品无蔗糖、无防腐剂、无任何化学添加,保持了天然原料的原色原味和营养功效特性,又利用薄荷所特有的清凉润喉而芳香宜人的气味,掩饰和改善固有异味和药物的不适感,使其风味好、口感好,甜酸适口,具有香爽宜人的香甜气味,

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
采收大麦芽原料制成的麦芽精25公斤,备用;采收红果、麦芽、鸡内金、莱菔子、薄荷,按照红果30%,麦芽25%,鸡内金20%,莱菔子20%,薄荷5%的比例,经清洗后投入到多功能提取罐中,加8倍量的饮用水煎煮2次,总时间3小时,薄荷按常规方法后下提取,分次用2层纱布过滤除去杂质,合2次并滤液,再通过喷雾干燥设备干燥至含水量为5%制成混合提取物60公斤,备用;采收被称之为“双歧因子”的异麦芽低聚糖粉15公斤,备用;
称取上述采收与制得的麦芽精25公斤、混合提取物60公斤、异麦芽低聚糖15公斤,送入超微混合机进行超微混合,混合时间为不少于60分钟,混合均匀后再送入摇摆式颗粒机进行造粒,过20目筛制粒,将湿粒置于45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,干燥终点以颗粒水分降至5%,再用自动颗粒包装机包装为每袋5克、每盒10袋的本发明小儿健胃消食饮品。
实施例2
采收大麦芽原料制成的麦芽精51公斤,备用;采收红果、麦芽、鸡内金、莱菔子、薄荷,按照红果35%,麦芽20%,鸡内金20%,莱菔子20%,薄荷5%的比例,经清洗后投入到多功能提取罐中,加7倍量的饮用水煎煮2次,时间1-3小时,薄荷按常规方法后下提取,分次用2层纱布过滤除去杂质,合2次并滤液,再通过喷雾干燥设备干燥至含水量为3-6%制成混合提取物119公斤,备用;采收被称之为“双歧因子”的异麦芽低聚糖粉30公斤,备用;
称取上述采收与制得的麦芽精51公斤、混合提取物119公斤、异麦芽低聚糖30公斤,送入超微混合机进行超微混合,混合时间为不少于60分钟,混合均匀后再送入摇摆式颗粒机进行造粒,过20目筛制粒,将湿粒置于40-45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,干燥终点以颗粒水分降至5%,再用自动颗粒包装机包装为每袋5克、每盒30袋的本发明小儿健胃消食饮品。
实施例3
采收大麦芽原料制成的麦芽精75公斤,备用;采收红果、麦芽、鸡内金、莱菔子、薄荷,按照红果29%,麦芽25%,鸡内金20%,莱菔子20%,薄荷6%的比例,经清洗后投入到多功能提取罐中,加8倍量的饮用水煎煮2次,时间1-3小时,薄荷按常规方法后下提取,分次用3层纱布过滤除去杂质,合2次并滤液,再通过喷雾干燥设备干燥至含水量为3-6%制成混合提取物180公斤,备用;采收被称之为“双歧因子”的异麦芽低聚糖粉45公斤,备用;
称取上述采收与制得的麦芽精75公斤、混合提取物180公斤、异麦芽低聚糖45公斤,送入超微混合机进行超微混合,混合时间为不少于60分钟,混合均匀后再送入摇摆式颗粒机进行造粒,过20目筛制粒,将湿粒置于45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,干燥终点以颗粒水分降至5%,再用自动颗粒包装机包装为每袋5克、每盒10袋的本发明小儿健胃消食饮品。

1.一种小儿健胃消食饮品及其制备方法,其特征是以大麦芽进行深加工制成的麦芽精,配以红果、麦芽、鸡内金、莱菔子、薄荷混合提取物,再配以异麦芽低聚糖,经超微混合、制粒、包装步骤制成,其组分的重量百分比为:麦芽精20-40%、混合提取物40-60%、异麦芽低聚糖10-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小儿健胃消食饮品及其制备方法,其特征在于所述的麦芽精以大麦芽原料制成的具麦芽特有芳香的粉剂,其进行深加工的关键技术在于大麦发芽、烘烤、抽提,使麦芽香味浓郁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种小儿健胃消食饮品及其制备方法,其特征在于所述的混合提取物是以红果、麦芽、鸡内金、莱菔子、薄荷为原料,经清洗后投入到多功能提取罐中,加4-8倍量的饮用水煎煮2次,时间1-3小时,薄荷按常规方法后下提取,分次过滤,合并滤液、喷雾干燥制成,其组分的重量百分比为:红果20-40%,麦芽20-40%,鸡内金10-30%,莱菔子10-30%,薄荷1-10%。
