Abstract
The invention provides a drinking method by using an intelligent drinking fountain for livestock raising, which comprises a controller, a flow detection meter, a drinking nozzle and a water inlet pipe, wherein the controller, the flow detection meter, the drinking nozzle and the water inlet pipe are arranged in the drinking fountain, a circuit controllable valve body, the flow detection meter and the drinking nozzle are sequentially arranged on the water inlet pipe, the circuit controllable valve body and the flow detection meter are respectively connected to the controller, the controller is connected with a data storage device of a farm, and an RFID wireless radio frequency card reader is arranged on the drinking fountain and is connected to the controller. The invention combines the numerical value fed back by the flow detector, and the controller determines the on-off frequency of the electromagnetic valve, the on-off frequency is different, and the water flow speed is different, thereby realizing different animals of different individuals and different water flow speeds of the water nozzle.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a drinking method of an intelligent drinking trough for livestock raising.
Background
In agricultural cultivation, the general method of administration for treating animal diseases is injection or oral administration. The injection has the advantages of quick response after administration, and the defects of high labor intensity of workers, need of manually chasing or grabbing animals during injection, and easy stress of the animals caused by pricking pain of a needle head, swelling pain of the medicament and the like. Therefore, the actual operation can adopt the oral medicine, and the oral treatment is tried.
In addition, the change of water intake is an important index for detecting the growth condition and diseases of certain animals, and has an important effect on the management of animal groups. However, in the actual production process, a lot of water is not drunk by animals and is sprinkled on the ground. For example: the animal plays the water, and the nose is used for supporting the water nozzle, so that the water is continuously sprayed on the body or the ground without drinking. In addition, when the size of the water supply line and the water pressure in the tube are the same, the young animal often leaks water from the corner of the mouth and does not enter the stomach because of the slow swallowing speed when drinking water for medicine. Preferably, the number of the water drinkers 1 is at least one, and the RFID wireless radio frequency card reader 6 reads the information of the RFID tags worn on each pig ear close to the water drinker.
Preferably, the circuit can control the water pipe 2 and the flow meter 8 to be communicated under the condition that the valve body 7 is not electrified; when the circuit can control the valve body 7 to be electrified, the water pipe 2 is not communicated with the flow rate detecting meter 8.
Preferably, the circuit controllable valve body 7 is an electromagnetic valve, and the controller 3 controls the on-off frequency of the electromagnetic valve to control the speed of the water flow.
Preferably, the electric controllable valve body 7 is an electric ball valve, and the controller 3 controls the water flow speed by controlling the angle of the electric ball valve.

step two, when an animal approaches to the water fountain, the RFID wireless radio frequency card reader 6 of the water fountain reads the RFID tag worn on each pig ear close to the water fountain, the controller 3 uploads the ear tag information to the farm data storage 5, the farm data storage 5 finds the information of the corresponding animal according to the ear tag information, the drinking water demand and the drinking water speed of the animal are judged, the controller 3 coordinates the flow detection meter 8 and the circuit controllable valve body 7 to work according to an instruction sent by the farm data storage, and the flow detection meter 8 counts the drinking water amount of the animal;
step three, when the water flow speed detected by the flow detector 8 is larger than the water drinking speed deduced by the data memory 5 of the farm according to the ear tag information, the circuit can control the valve body 7 to be powered on and cut off the water flow, and after a certain time, the circuit can control the valve body 7 to be powered off and the water supply is recovered;
fourthly, the farm data storage 5 deduces the water intake of the animal drinking water on the same day according to the information uploaded by other equipment, after the animal reaches the water intake of the same day, the farm data storage 5 receives the information uploaded by the flow detector, but classifies the value as a non-drinking value, and meanwhile, the controller 3 controls a circuit to control the on-off frequency of the valve body 7 and reduce the water flow speed; when the water drinking amount on the same day is finished and the water flow speed detected by the flow detector 8 exceeds the normal water drinking speed, the animal is judged to play water or leak water, and the water flow is cut off.
In the invention, the controller 3 receives signals of the RFID wireless radio frequency card reader 6 and the flow detector 8, and the control circuit can control the opening and closing of the valve body 7 and has an external data communication function. The data can be transmitted in a wired mode or a wireless mode, and the water dispenser 1 is in data butt joint with a farm data storage 5 through the controller 3.
The farm data storage 5 stores individual information of all animals in the farm according to the RFID number of each animal. In addition, the data storage also has an operation function, and can be used for analysis and decision. In addition to being connected to the intelligent water dispenser, the farm data storage device is also connected to other devices, such as computers, handheld devices (as described in patent No. 2013107238459), and weighing scales. According to the information uploaded by the equipment, the data storage device timely changes the information of each animal, such as body temperature, body weight, backfat, medicine feeding and the like, so that the drinking water and medicine drinking demand and the drinking water speed of each animal are calculated.

the drinking water method comprises the following steps:
step one, a farm data storage device stores individual information of all animals in a farm according to the serial number of the RFID tag of each animal, wherein the individual information comprises information such as body temperature, body weight, backfat and the need of feeding medicines, so that the drinking water and medicine demand and the drinking water speed of each animal can be calculated;
step two, when an animal approaches to the water fountain, the RFID wireless radio frequency card reader of the water fountain reads the RFID tag worn on each animal ear close to the water fountain, the controller uploads the ear tag information to the data storage of the farm, the data storage of the farm finds the information of the corresponding animal according to the ear tag information, the drinking water demand and the drinking water speed of the animal are judged, the controller coordinates the flow detection meter and the circuit to control the valve body to work according to an instruction sent by the data storage of the farm, and the flow detection meter counts the drinking water amount of the animal;
step three, when the water flow speed detected by the flow detector is larger than the water drinking speed deduced by the data storage of the farm according to the ear tag information, the circuit can control the valve body to be electrified and cut off the water flow, and after a certain time, the circuit can control the valve body to be powered off and the water supply is recovered;

4. The drinking method of claim 1, wherein the valve body controlled by the circuit is an electromagnetic valve, and the controller controls the on-off frequency of the electromagnetic valve to control the water flow rate.
