Abstract

本发明公开了一种除湿转轮制造用复合纸板,包括上纸层、纤维层Ⅰ、纤维层Ⅱ与下纸层;所述的上纸层、纤维层Ⅰ、纤维层Ⅱ与下纸层由上至下依次叠加,相邻两层之间通过粘结物质连接;所述的上纸层与下纸层开设有内切或外切单元。本发明在保持复合纸板原有加工性能的同时,提高纸张的强度、柔韧性、抗摩擦性,使其便于弯曲、折叠。

技术领域
本发明涉及除湿转轮制造领域,尤其涉及一种除湿转轮制造用复合纸板。
背景技术
除湿转轮是转轮除湿机的一个核心部件,分成两个区域:处理区域及再生区域;当需要除湿的潮湿空气通过转轮的处理区域时,湿空气的水蒸汽被转轮的吸附剂所吸附,干燥空气被处理风机送至需要处理的空间;而不断缓慢转动的转轮载着趋于饱和的水蒸汽进入再生区域;再生区内反向吹入的高温空气使得转轮中吸附的水份被脱附,被风机排出室外,从而使转轮恢复了吸湿的能力而完成再生过程,转轮不断地转动,上述的除湿及再生周而复始地进行,从而保证转轮持续稳定的除湿状态。
转轮式除湿机常用于地下建筑、制药、食品、手术室等场合,其与空调系统联合运行,将环境达到所要求的温湿度。除湿转轮的制造材料,即复合纸板的质量直接决定其除湿效果,尤其是目前正在研制的是第四代转轮除湿机,采用先进的固体吸附技术,可以连续稳定、大负荷的空气调湿运行,对其原料复合纸板的质量要求也更高。
但是,经过测试发现,现有的复合纸板在强度、柔韧性方面性能较差,只能用于普通除湿转轮的生产,如果直接应用于第四代转轮除湿机等高规格除湿机时,会导致除湿转轮无法达到预期除湿效果,同时使用寿命较短,维修及更换成本较高。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种除湿转轮制造用复合纸板,在保持复合纸板原有加工性能的同时,提高纸张的强度、柔韧性、抗摩擦性,使其便于弯曲、折叠。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种除湿转轮制造用复合纸板,其特征在于:包括上纸层、纤维层Ⅰ、纤维层Ⅱ与下纸层;所述的上纸层、纤维层Ⅰ、纤维层Ⅱ与下纸层由上至下依次叠加,相邻两层之间通过粘结物质连接;所述的上纸层与下纸层开设有内切或外切单元。
所述的纤维层Ⅰ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维30%~45%、木浆20%~35%、混合纤维10%~20%、胶体氧化铝5%~25%、阻燃剂5%~15%、上胶剂5%~10%。
所述的纤维层Ⅱ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维30%~45%、草浆20%~35%、涤纶纤维10%~20%、胶体氧化铝5%~25%、阻燃剂5%~15%、上胶剂5%~10%。
所述的粘结物质为聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物,其中聚丙烯的质量分数为40%~70%。
所述的混合纤维包括碳素纤维、玄武岩纤维、玻璃纤维中的一种或者多种。
所述的阻燃剂包括多溴二苯醚、多溴联苯、磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯中的一种或者多种。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著优点:本发明复合纸板是专门针对第四代转轮除湿机等高规格除湿机的除湿转轮制造设计的复合纸板,设有两个纤维层,添加有陶瓷纤维、碳素纤维、玄武岩纤维、玻璃纤维等多种纤维材料,有效提高复合纸板的强度、柔韧性、抗摩擦性;同时,该复合纸板的上纸层与下纸层开设有内切或外切单元,便于复合纸板在制造除湿转轮时进行弯曲、折叠等操作,不会导致纸板撕裂、破损,便于加工;而且,该复合纸板添加有阻燃剂,使除湿转轮可以长时间运转,延长其使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
该除湿转轮制造用复合纸板的上纸层、纤维层Ⅰ、纤维层Ⅱ与下纸层由上至下依次叠加,相邻两层之间通过聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物进行粘结,其中,聚丙烯的质量分数为40%;上纸层开设有若干外切单元,用于上纸层的向外弯曲,下纸层开设有若干内切单元,用于下纸层的向内弯曲;纤维层Ⅰ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维40%、木浆25%、碳素纤维15%、胶体氧化铝5%、多溴联苯5%、多溴二苯醚5%、上胶剂5%;纤维层Ⅱ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维30%、草浆30%、涤纶纤维15%、胶体氧化铝10%、亚磷酸酯7%、上胶剂8%。
实施例2:
该复合纸板的相邻两层之间通过聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物进行粘结,其中,聚丙烯的质量分数为45%;上纸层不开设外切单元或内切单元但长度略长于下纸层,下纸层开设有若干内切单元,用于下纸层的向内弯曲;纤维层Ⅰ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维35%、木浆20%、碳素纤维8%、玄武岩纤维7%、胶体氧化铝15%、磷酸酯3%、亚磷酸酯7%、上胶剂5%;纤维层Ⅱ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维30%、草浆25%、涤纶纤维15%、胶体氧化铝15%、多溴联苯3%、磷酸酯3%、亚磷酸酯3%、上胶剂6%。
实施例3:
该复合纸板的相邻两层之间通过聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物进行粘结,其中,聚丙烯的质量分数为62%;上纸层开设有若干内切单元,用于上纸层的向内弯曲,下纸层不开设有外切单元或内切单元但长度略短于上纸层;纤维层Ⅰ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维35%、木浆20%、玄武岩纤维10%、玻璃纤维10%、胶体氧化铝7%、多溴二苯醚4%、多溴联苯4%、磷酸酯2%、上胶剂8%;纤维层Ⅱ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维45%、草浆20%、涤纶纤维10%、胶体氧化铝7%、亚磷酸酯6%、磷酸酯4%、上胶剂8%。
实施例4:
该复合纸板的相邻两层之间通过聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物进行粘结,其中,聚丙烯的质量分数为46%;上纸层开设有若干外切单元,用于上纸层的向外弯曲,下纸层开设有若干内切单元,用于下纸层的向内弯曲;纤维层Ⅰ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维30%、木浆25%、碳素纤维5%、玄武岩纤维5%、玻璃纤维5%、胶体氧化铝10%、磷酸酯5%、亚磷酸酯5%、磷酸酯5%、上胶剂5%;纤维层Ⅱ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维30%、草浆20%、涤纶纤维8%、胶体氧化铝20%、多溴二苯醚7%、多溴联苯8%、上胶剂7%。

该复合纸板的相邻两层之间通过聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物进行粘结,其中,聚丙烯的质量分数为57%;上纸层开设有若干外切单元,用于上纸层的向外弯曲,下纸层开设有若干内切单元,用于下纸层的向内弯曲;纤维层Ⅰ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维40%、木浆25%、碳素纤维2%、玄武岩纤维2%、玻璃纤维6%、胶体氧化铝10%、磷酸酯3%、亚磷酸酯2%、磷酸酯5%、上胶剂5%;纤维层Ⅱ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维40%、草浆25%、涤纶纤维10%、胶体氧化铝5%、多溴二苯醚6%、多溴联苯6%、上胶剂8%。

Claims (6)

1.一种除湿转轮制造用复合纸板,其特征在于:包括上纸层、纤维层Ⅰ、纤维层Ⅱ与下纸层;所述的上纸层、纤维层Ⅰ、纤维层Ⅱ与下纸层由上至下依次叠加,相邻两层之间通过粘结物质连接;所述的上纸层与下纸层开设有内切或外切单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除湿转轮制造用复合纸板,其特征在于:所述的纤维层Ⅰ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维30%~45%、木浆20%~35%、混合纤维10%~20%、胶体氧化铝5%~25%、阻燃剂5%~15%、上胶剂5%~10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除湿转轮制造用复合纸板,其特征在于:所述的纤维层Ⅱ的各组分质量分数为:陶瓷纤维30%~45%、草浆20%~35%、涤纶纤维10%~20%、胶体氧化铝5%~25%、阻燃剂5%~15%、上胶剂5%~10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除湿转轮制造用复合纸板,其特征在于:所述的粘结物质为聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物时,其中聚丙烯的质量分数为40%~70%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的除湿转轮制造用复合纸板,其特征在于:所述的混合纤维包括碳素纤维、玄武岩纤维、玻璃纤维中的一种或者多种。
6.根据权利要求2或3所述的除湿转轮制造用复合纸板,其特征在于:所述的阻燃剂包括多溴二苯醚、多溴联苯、磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯中的一种或者多种。
