Abstract
本发明公开了一种除湿转轮制作用混合纤维复合纸板,其特征在于:包括上纸层、混合纤维层、混合纸浆层与下纸层;所述的上纸层、混合纤维层、混合纸浆层与下纸层由上至下依次叠加,相邻两层之间通过粘结物质连接;所述的上纸层与下纸层开设有内切或外切单元。本发明提高了除湿转轮原材料的柔韧性,同时便于除湿转轮成型。

技术领域
本发明涉及除湿转轮制造领域,尤其涉及一种除湿转轮制造用混合纤维复合纸板。
背景技术
转轮式除湿机属于空调领域的一个重要分支,目前,正在研制的是第四代转轮式除湿机,采用先进的固体吸附技术,可以连续稳定、大负荷的空气调湿运行,特别是低温低湿工况下可实现超低露点温度。作为转轮式除湿机的核心部件,除湿转轮可以分为吸湿区和再生区,空气中的水分在吸湿区被除掉后,鼓风机将干燥后的空气送入室内,吸收了水分的转轮移动到再生区,这时从逆方向送入的再生用空气将驱除水分,使转轮继续工作。
除湿转轮与其他除湿器材相比,具有如下突出优点:能简单地获得超低湿度的干燥空气;可连续提供冷却除湿方式无法实现的露点在6℃以下的超低湿度的干燥空气;运转操作和维修简单;结构单纯,驱动部简单,只需除湿转轮、再生用加热器和送风机运转,即可得到干燥空气,所以操作非常简便。
但是,现有的除湿转轮制造材料使用的是简单的单层纤维纸,存在无法长时间工作,强度低,柔韧性差,加工时容易撕裂等问题,只能用于制造普通的、低负荷的除湿转轮,无法满足新一代转轮式除湿机连续稳定、大负荷的工作要求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种除湿转轮制造用混合纤维复合纸板,提高了除湿转轮原材料的柔韧性,同时便于除湿转轮成型。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种除湿转轮制造用混合纤维复合纸板,其特征在于:包括上纸层、混合纤维层、混合纸浆层与下纸层;所述的上纸层、混合纤维层、混合纸浆层与下纸层由上至下依次叠加,相邻两层之间通过粘结物质连接;所述的上纸层与下纸层开设有内切或外切单元。
所述的混合纤维层各组分的质量分数为:无石棉矿物纤维30%~45%、石墨纤维8%~20%、碳素纤维8%~20%、玄武岩纤维8%~20%、玻璃纤维8%~20%、施胶剂5%~15%、助剂10%~15%。
所述的混合纸浆层各组分的质量分数为:木浆10%~30%、草浆10%~30%、麻浆10%~30%、苇浆10%~30%、竹浆10%~30%、施胶剂5%~15%、助剂10%~15%。
所述的粘结物质为聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物,其中聚丙烯的质量分数为40%~70%。
所述的施胶剂包括松香胶、石蜡胶、合成施胶剂中的一种或多种。
所述的助剂包括氢氧化铝粉末、氢氧化钠粉末、硫酸钙粉末中的一种或多种。
其中,所述的助剂为氢氧化铝粉末、氢氧化钠粉末、硫酸钙粉的混合物,其中氢氧化铝粉末、氢氧化钠粉末、硫酸钙粉的质量比为1.2~1.5:1~1.5:1。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著优点:本发明是针对新一代转轮式除湿机设计的除湿转轮制造用复合纸板,设有混合纤维层、混合纸浆层,利用无石棉矿物纤维、石墨纤维、碳素纤维、玄武岩纤维、玻璃纤维的高熔点、高韧性、高耐磨性、耐氧化等特性,提高了除湿转轮原材料的柔韧性。同时,上纸层与下纸层开设有内切或外切单元,提高复合纸板的可塑性,便于弯曲、折叠成型,满足不同种类除湿转轮的制造要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
该除湿转轮制造用混合纤维复合纸板的上纸层、混合纤维层、混合纸浆层与下纸层由上至下依次叠加,相邻两层之间通过聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物进行粘结,其中,聚丙烯的质量分数为42%;上纸层开设有若干外切单元,用于上纸层的向外弯曲,下纸层开设有若干内切单元,用于下纸层的向内弯曲;混合纤维层各组分的质量分数为:无石棉矿物纤维40%、石墨纤维10%、碳素纤维10%、玄武岩纤维10%、玻璃纤维10%、施胶剂5%、助剂15%;混合纸浆层各组分的质量分数为:木浆20%、草浆20%、麻浆20%、苇浆10%、竹浆10%、施胶剂10%、助剂10%;其中,施胶剂为松香胶,助剂中氢氧化铝粉末、氢氧化钠粉末的质量比为1:1。
实施例2:
该复合纸板的相邻两层之间通过聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物进行粘结,其中,聚丙烯的质量分数为65%;上纸层不开设外切单元或内切单元但长度略长于下纸层,下纸层开设有若干内切单元,用于下纸层的向内弯曲;混合纤维层各组分的质量分数为:无石棉矿物纤维30%、石墨纤维12%、碳素纤维12%、玄武岩纤维12%、玻璃纤维12%、施胶剂8%、助剂14%;混合纸浆层各组分的质量分数为:木浆15%、草浆15%、麻浆15%、苇浆15%、竹浆15%、施胶剂10%、助剂15%;其中,施胶剂为松香胶、石蜡胶混合物,助剂中氢氧化铝粉末、氢氧化钠粉末、硫酸钙粉末的质量比为1.2:1.3:1。
实施例3:
该复合纸板的相邻两层之间通过聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物进行粘结,其中,聚丙烯的质量分数为62%;上纸层开设有若干内切单元,用于上纸层的向内弯曲,下纸层不开设有外切单元或内切单元但长度略短于上纸层;混合纤维层各组分的质量分数为:无石棉矿物纤维30%、石墨纤维11%、碳素纤维16%、玄武岩纤维13%、玻璃纤维15%、施胶剂7%、助剂8%;混合纸浆层各组分的质量分数为:木浆12%、草浆14%、麻浆13%、苇浆21%、竹浆15%、施胶剂10%、助剂15%;其中,施胶剂为合成施胶剂,助剂中氢氧化钠粉末、硫酸钙粉末的质量比为1.3:1。
实施例4:
该复合纸板的相邻两层之间通过聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物进行粘结,其中,聚丙烯的质量分数为57%;上纸层开设有若干外切单元,用于上纸层的向外弯曲,下纸层开设有若干内切单元,用于下纸层的向内弯曲;混合纤维层各组分的质量分数为:无石棉矿物纤维35%、石墨纤维14%、碳素纤维14%、玄武岩纤维12%、玻璃纤维10%、施胶剂5%、助剂10%;混合纸浆层各组分的质量分数为:木浆23%、草浆14%、麻浆16%、苇浆13%、竹浆13%、施胶剂9%、助剂12%;其中,施胶剂为石蜡胶,助剂中氢氧化铝粉末、氢氧化钠粉末、硫酸钙粉末的质量比为1.3:1.1:1。
实施例5:
该复合纸板的相邻两层之间通过聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物进行粘结,其中,聚丙烯的质量分数为50%;上纸层开设有若干外切单元,用于上纸层的向外弯曲,下纸层开设有若干内切单元,用于下纸层的向内弯曲;混合纤维层各组分的质量分数为:无石棉矿物纤维45%、石墨纤维8%、碳素纤维8%、玄武岩纤维8%、玻璃纤维8%、施胶剂8%、助剂15%;混合纸浆层各组分的质量分数为:木浆20%、草浆20%、麻浆20%、苇浆10%、竹浆10%、施胶剂8%、助剂12%;其中,施胶剂为松香胶、石蜡胶、合成施胶剂的混合物,助剂中氢氧化铝粉末、硫酸钙粉末的质量比为1.4:1。

1.一种除湿转轮制造用混合纤维复合纸板,其特征在于:包括上纸层、混合纤维层、混合纸浆层与下纸层;所述的上纸层、混合纤维层、混合纸浆层与下纸层由上至下依次叠加,相邻两层之间通过粘结物质连接;所述的上纸层与下纸层开设有内切或外切单元;所述的混合纤维层各组分的质量分数为:无石棉矿物纤维30%~45%、石墨纤维8%~20%、碳素纤维8%~20%、玄武岩纤维8%~20%、玻璃纤维8%~20%、施胶剂5%~15%、助剂10%~15%;所述的混合纸浆层各组分的质量分数为:木浆10%~30%、草浆10%~30%、麻浆10%~30%、苇浆10%~30%、竹浆10%~30%、施胶剂5%~15%、助剂10%~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除湿转轮制造用混合纤维复合纸板,其特征在于:所述的粘结物质为聚丙烯与聚乙烯的混合物时,其中聚丙烯的质量分数为40%~70%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除湿转轮制造用混合纤维复合纸板,其特征在于:所述的施胶剂包括松香胶、石蜡胶、合成施胶剂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除湿转轮制造用混合纤维复合纸板,其特征在于:所述的助剂包括氢氧化铝粉末、氢氧化钠粉末、硫酸钙粉末中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的除湿转轮制造用混合纤维复合纸板,其特征在于:所述的助剂为氢氧化铝粉末、氢氧化钠粉末、硫酸钙粉的混合物时,其中氢氧化铝粉末、氢氧化钠粉末、硫酸钙粉的质量比为1.2~1.5:1~1.5:1。
