Abstract

本发明公开了一种表面负载聚苯胺的沸石分子筛改性的氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳60‑65、氯丁胶乳35‑40、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚7‑8、去离子水适量、硅烷偶联剂KH5602.5‑3、氧化镧2‑3、三氧化二铈1.5‑2、浓度为65wt%的硝酸溶液适量、浓度为50wt%的碳酸氢铵溶液、金红石型钛白粉10‑12、乳化硅油1‑1.2、苯胺2‑3、过硫酸铵0.1‑0.12、沸石分子筛4‑5、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3‑0.4、无水乙醇适量。本发明制成的涂料工艺、设备简单,易于工业化生产,产品施工方便,具有优异的附着力以及快干性,可用于钢体结构、化工管道设备的表面,防腐效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及技术领域,尤其涉及一种表面负载聚苯胺的沸石分子筛改性的氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料。
背景技术
腐蚀与防腐是化工、轻工、冶金、电力、纺织、印染、制船、建筑等行业突出的问题。每年因为腐蚀而造成损失巨大,所以防腐工作显得尤为重要,氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料,以优良的耐腐性,特别是极佳的柔韧性,得到广泛使用, 再加上价格不高,曾经一度深受业内人士的青睐。随着现代工业水平的飞速发展,对防腐涂料提出了更高、 更严格的承受环境腐蚀的能力。传统配方生产的氯磺化聚乙烯涂料的防腐性能一般很难达到要求。以往的氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料大都是溶剂型的,不但造成大量溶剂的浪费,而且所用溶剂有毒、易挥发,对环境造成污染,不符合环保要求,而水性涂料具有工艺清洁、技术先进、低排放、低能耗、安全无害的优点,因此,研究水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐蚀涂料具有极大的社会效益和经济效益。
《水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐蚀漆的研制》一文中以氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳与水性环氧树脂复配,通过蒸发釜减压脱除溶剂制成水性防腐涂料,制成的涂料性能优良、适应性强,涂刷过程中无毒无味、不易燃,生产过程简单,施工方便。由于水性环氧树脂的添加,提高了涂料的附着力的同时降低了防腐蚀性能,不能有效地提高了氯磺化聚乙烯的综合性能,固需要对水性氯磺化聚乙烯涂料进行进一步的改性,以满足行业发展的需求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种表面负载聚苯胺的沸石分子筛改性的氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种表面负载聚苯胺的沸石分子筛改性的氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳60-65、氯丁胶乳35-40、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚7-8、去离子水适量、硅烷偶联剂KH5602.5-3、氧化镧2-3、三氧化二铈1.5-2、浓度为65wt%的硝酸溶液适量、浓度为50wt%的碳酸氢铵溶液、金红石型钛白粉10-12、乳化硅油1-1.2、苯胺2-3、过硫酸铵0.1-0.12、沸石分子筛4-5、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3-0.4、无水乙醇适量。
根据权利要求书1所述一种表面负载聚苯胺的沸石分子筛改性的氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料,由下列具体方法制备而成:
(1)将氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳与氯丁胶乳混合,投入乳化器中,然后加入、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚以及总量等量的去离子水,以200-300转/份的速度搅拌形成初级乳液,再将其送入旋转蒸发器中,在真空度为0.01-0.03MPa、温度65-70℃下以70-80转/分的速度旋转蒸发出有机溶剂,得到混合胶乳;
(2)将氧化镧、三氧化二铈混合,加入2-2.5倍量的浓度为65wt%的硝酸溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入与硝酸等量的浓度为50wt%的碳酸氢铵溶液进行沉淀反应,将得到的沉淀物过滤,用去离子水清洗后放入真空干燥箱中以60-70℃烘干,取出后灼烧60-90分钟,得到改性稀土;
(3)将苯胺溶于2-3倍量的无水乙醇中形成溶液待用;将沸石分子筛与溶于20-25倍量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合,超声分散30-40分钟后加入过硫酸铵,搅拌均匀后缓慢加入上述苯胺溶液,然后升温至70-80℃,以300-400转/份的速度搅拌反应90-120分钟后停止反应,离心分离、过滤,将得到的滤饼用去离子水清洗2-3遍后放入烘箱中以80-90℃干燥,最后粉碎,过200目筛;
(4)将硅烷偶联剂KH560溶于4-5倍量的去离子水中,然后加入步骤(2)得到的产物,超声分散30-40分钟后加入步骤(1)、(3)得到的产物,分散10-15分钟后加入其余剩余成分,用机械搅拌2-3小时,最后放入研磨机上研磨,过400目筛即得。
本发明的优点是:本发明采用水性配方,安全无毒,对环境友好,首先利用氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳与氯丁胶乳进行复配改性,提高了涂料的阻燃、耐老化性能;通过硅烷偶联剂KH560与改性稀土复配添加到涂料中,与涂料体系相容性能优异,而且稀土离子的众多空轨道可以捕捉不稳定的游离基,致其失去活性,有利于稳定作用,提高耐腐蚀性和耐老化性,同时稀土离子还可与涂料分子中的羟基、羟甲基等极性基团形成配位键,使涂料产生配位聚合干燥,从而提高漆膜的快干性。
本发明还通过在沸石分子筛表面原位聚合生成聚苯胺,添加到涂料中,沸石分子筛使涂层的机械性能提高,在其孔道内的聚苯胺延伸到孔口处与基体胶乳产生新键,增加了体系的交联密度,使体系的防腐性能进一步提高,同时提高了涂层的屏障作用;本发明制成的涂料工艺、设备简单,易于工业化生产,产品施工方便,具有优异的附着力以及快干性,可广泛用于钢体结构、化工管道设备的表面,防腐效果显著。
具体实施方式
一种表面负载聚苯胺的沸石分子筛改性的氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳60、氯丁胶乳35、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚7、去离子水适量、硅烷偶联剂KH5602.5、氧化镧2、三氧化二铈1.5、浓度为65wt%的硝酸溶液适量、浓度为50wt%的碳酸氢铵溶液、金红石型钛白粉10、乳化硅油1、苯胺2、过硫酸铵0.1、沸石分子筛4、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3、无水乙醇适量。
根据权利要求书1所述一种表面负载聚苯胺的沸石分子筛改性的氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料,由下列具体方法制备而成:
(1)将氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳与氯丁胶乳混合,投入乳化器中,然后加入、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚以及总量等量的去离子水,以200转/份的速度搅拌形成初级乳液,再将其送入旋转蒸发器中,在真空度为0.01MPa、温度65℃下以70转/分的速度旋转蒸发出有机溶剂,得到混合胶乳;
(2)将氧化镧、三氧化二铈混合,加入2倍量的浓度为65wt%的硝酸溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入与硝酸等量的浓度为50wt%的碳酸氢铵溶液进行沉淀反应,将得到的沉淀物过滤,用去离子水清洗后放入真空干燥箱中以60℃烘干,取出后灼烧60分钟,得到改性稀土;
(3)将苯胺溶于2倍量的无水乙醇中形成溶液待用;将沸石分子筛与溶于20倍量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合,超声分散30分钟后加入过硫酸铵,搅拌均匀后缓慢加入上述苯胺溶液,然后升温至70℃,以300转/份的速度搅拌反应90分钟后停止反应,离心分离、过滤,将得到的滤饼用去离子水清洗2遍后放入烘箱中以80℃干燥,最后粉碎,过200目筛;
(4)将硅烷偶联剂KH560溶于4倍量的去离子水中,然后加入步骤(2)得到的产物,超声分散30分钟后加入步骤(1)、(3)得到的产物,分散10分钟后加入其余剩余成分,用机械搅拌2小时,最后放入研磨机上研磨,过400目筛即得。
对本实施例的涂料性能进行测试,细度小于50μm,附着力达到1 级,耐酸性(10%硫酸) 耐碱性( 10% 氢氧化钠) 耐盐水7 天不起泡,不脱落,不生锈。

Claims (2)

1.一种表面负载聚苯胺的沸石分子筛改性的氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳60-65、氯丁胶乳35-40、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚7-8、去离子水适量、硅烷偶联剂KH5602.5-3、氧化镧2-3、三氧化二铈1.5-2、浓度为65wt%的硝酸溶液适量、浓度为50wt%的碳酸氢铵溶液、金红石型钛白粉10-12、乳化硅油1-1.2、苯胺2-3、过硫酸铵0.1-0.12、沸石分子筛4-5、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3-0.4、无水乙醇适量。
2.根据权利要求书1所述一种表面负载聚苯胺的沸石分子筛改性的氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料,其特征在于,由下列具体方法制备而成:
(1)将氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳与氯丁胶乳混合,投入乳化器中,然后加入、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚以及总量等量的去离子水,以200-300转/份的速度搅拌形成初级乳液,再将其送入旋转蒸发器中,在真空度为0.01-0.03MPa、温度65-70℃下以70-80转/分的速度旋转蒸发出有机溶剂,得到混合胶乳;
(2)将氧化镧、三氧化二铈混合,加入2-2.5倍量的浓度为65wt%的硝酸溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入与硝酸等量的浓度为50wt%的碳酸氢铵溶液进行沉淀反应,将得到的沉淀物过滤,用去离子水清洗后放入真空干燥箱中以60-70℃烘干,取出后灼烧60-90分钟,得到改性稀土;
(3)将苯胺溶于2-3倍量的无水乙醇中形成溶液待用;将沸石分子筛与溶于20-25倍量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合,超声分散30-40分钟后加入过硫酸铵,搅拌均匀后缓慢加入上述苯胺溶液,然后升温至70-80℃,以300-400转/份的速度搅拌反应90-120分钟后停止反应,离心分离、过滤,将得到的滤饼用去离子水清洗2-3遍后放入烘箱中以80-90℃干燥,最后粉碎,过200目筛;
(4)将硅烷偶联剂KH560溶于4-5倍量的去离子水中,然后加入步骤(2)得到的产物,超声分散30-40分钟后加入步骤(1)、(3)得到的产物,分散10-15分钟后加入其余剩余成分,用机械搅拌2-3小时,最后放入研磨机上研磨,过400目筛即得。
