本发明涉及竹笋加工领域,尤其涉及一种用于提高竹笋鲜度的切割装置,包括刀具基板,所述刀具基板的同一表面上均匀排列有数个切割刀具,所述切割刀具内部设有空腔,所述空腔底部设有压电元件,所述切割刀具上设有用于撞击压电元件的驱动件,驱动件的一端通过拉簧连接在刀具基板上,所述驱动件的另一端滑动连接在空腔内,所述空腔内设有储气仓,所述储气仓上设有出气口,所述出气口和驱动件之间设有控制出气口打开状态的控制单元,所述切割刀具两侧壁上对应设有喷火口,所述切割刀具靠近刀具基板处设有排气孔。通过实施本技术方案,解决了现有笋片切割后易氧化变质的问题。

用于提高竹笋鲜度的切割装置
技术领域
本发明涉及竹笋加工领域,尤其涉及到竹笋的切割装置。
背景技术
竹笋味美且富含多种营养物质,并已被加工成各种小吃产品进行销售,被消费者所喜爱,现有竹笋加工工艺中,通常是将竹笋切割后,再进行下一步处理,由于竹笋被切割后,其表面会渗出笋汁,如果在2个小时内未对笋片进行处理的话,笋片表面便会氧化发黑,破坏其口感,因此需要设计一种在切割笋片的同时能避免后续笋片表面易氧化的设备。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种用于提高竹笋鲜度的切割装置,以解决现有笋片切割后易氧化变质的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案如下:用于提高竹笋鲜度的切割装置,包括刀具基板,所述刀具基板的同一表面上均匀排列有数个切割刀具,所述切割刀具内部设有空腔,所述空腔底部设有压电元件,所述切割刀具上设有用于撞击压电元件的驱动件,驱动件的一端通过拉簧连接在刀具基板上,所述驱动件的另一端滑动连接在空腔内,所述空腔内设有用于储存可燃气体的储气仓,所述储气仓上设有出气口,所述出气口和驱动件之间设有控制出气口打开状态的控制单元,所述切割刀具两侧壁上对应设有喷火口,所述切割刀具靠近刀具基板处设有排气孔。
本方案的原理及优点在于:将待切割的竹笋置于本装置下方,施力推动刀具基板带动切割刀具向下移动并切割竹笋,在切割过程中,驱动件以一定的冲击力撞击压电陶瓷的上端时,压电陶瓷的内部分子产生强烈振动,并将振动能量传递到导线中,导线中的分子振动加强。当导线的端点分子强烈的振动撞击出气口处的空气分子时,空气分子便随之产生强烈振动并升温。当温度达到燃气燃点时,燃气被点燃形成火焰,火焰从喷火口处喷出对切割刀具两侧的竹笋片进行烤制,烤制一定时间后,将竹笋片两侧表面的水分烘干,以减少氧化的机率,延长竹笋片新鲜度的时间。烤制完毕后向上拔出切割刀具时,驱动件随之向上运动与压电元件分离并驱动闭合门关闭储气仓,以停止燃气燃烧。如此便完成了竹笋的切片和对竹笋片表面进行烘干的工作。
本方案的优点在于:1、在切割笋片的同时,用火焰对笋片进行烤制,仅将笋片表面的水分烤干,不会影响笋片内部水分,如此保证了笋片鲜度和口感度,同时也避免了笋片表面易氧化而变质的问题。2、驱动件用于撞击压电元件产生火花,同时在出气口和驱动件之间设有控制出气口打开状态的控制单元,使驱动件在撞击压电元件的同时打开出气口,保证燃气和火花的同时性,从而快速产生火焰。
优选方案1:作为基础方案的改进,所述控制单元包括联动轴和竖直滑动在出气口处的闭合板,所述联动轴的两端分别连接在闭合板和驱动件上,通过上述设置,当驱动件向下撞击压电元件产生火花的同时,驱动件通过联动轴带动闭合板向下移动并打开出气口释放燃气,如此通过驱动件和闭合板之间的联动性保证了燃气与火花同时性,从而快速产生火焰。
优选方案2:作为优选方案1的改进,所述储气仓侧壁上设有两个限位滑槽,该限位滑槽分别位于出气口两侧,且限位滑槽上端面低于出气口高度的5/6处,如果限位滑槽上端面高于出气口高度的5/6处时,会使出气口打开空间小,导致出气量不足的问题。此外所述闭合板上设有用于滑动在限位滑槽内的滑轨,且闭合板上设有用于与限位滑槽相抵的限位板。通过上述设置,由于切割刀具内部空间狭小,各部件之间即使有较小磨损,也会对部件之间的联动性产生很大影响,因此必须在闭合板上设有用于与限位滑槽相抵的限位板,避免驱动件和压电元件多次碰撞后产生形变,使驱动件向下产生更大位移后,闭合板上的滑轨滑出限位滑槽而无法定位的问题。
优选方案3:作为基础方案或优选方案2的改进,所述切割刀具滑动连接在刀具基板上,如此设置的好处在于,可根据实际需求调整切割刀具之间的间距来控制笋片的厚薄度。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:刀具基板1、切割刀具2、压电元件3、导线4、储气仓5、驱动件6、出气口7、闭合板8、联动轴9、喷火口10、排气孔11。
实施例基本如附图1所示:用于提高竹笋鲜度的切割装置,包括刀具基板1,刀具基板1的下表面上均匀排列有数个切割刀具2,且切割刀具2滑动连接在刀具基板1上,如此可根据实际需求调整切割刀具2之间的间距来控制笋片的厚薄度。相邻两切割刀具2之间的间距为0.3cm为宜。切割刀具2内部开设有空腔,空腔底部固定安装有压电元件3,该压电元件3采用压电陶瓷,压电陶瓷的下端接上一段细导线4,此导线4的自由端位于储气仓5的出气口7处的金属片,切割刀具2上设有用于撞击压电元件3的驱动件6,驱动件6的上端通过拉簧连接在刀具基板1上,驱动件6另一端伸入到切割刀具2内部并滑动在空腔内。
空腔内设有储气仓5,储气仓5侧壁上开设有出气口7,在出气口7处安装有金属片,出气口7和驱动件6之间设有控制出气口7打开状态的控制单元,控制单元包括联动轴9和竖直滑动在出气口7处的闭合板8,联动轴9的两端分别连接在闭合板8和驱动件6上,当驱动件6向下撞击压电元件3产生火花的同时,驱动件6通过联动轴9带动闭合板8向下移动并打开出气口7释放燃气,如此通过驱动件6和闭合板8之间的联动性保证了燃气与火花同时性,从而快速产生火焰。储气仓5侧壁上设有两个限位滑槽,该限位滑槽分别位于出气口7两侧,且限位滑槽上端面低于出气口7高度的5/6处,如果限位滑槽上端面高于出气口7高度的5/6处时,会使出气口7打开空间小,导致出气量不足的问题。此外闭合板8上设有用于滑动在限位滑槽内的滑轨,且滑轨的上端固定安装有用于与限位滑槽相抵的限位板。
切割刀具2两侧壁上对应设有用于对竹笋进行烤制的喷火口10,此外在切割刀具2上表面上开设有至少2个排气孔11,一方面为空腔补足氧气,有助于燃气充分燃烧;另一方面用于排出烤制竹笋的水蒸气及燃料燃烧后的废气。
在实际操作中,将待切割的竹笋置于本装置下方,施力推动刀具基板1带动切割刀具2向下移动并切割竹笋,在切割过程中,驱动件6以一定的冲击力撞击压电陶瓷的上端时,压电陶瓷的内部分子产生强烈振动,并将振动能量传递到导线4中。由于导线4的截面积与压电陶瓷的截面积之比悬殊很大,在导线4中分子的振动就有了很大的加强趋势。当导线4的端点分子强烈的振动撞击出气口7处的空气分子时,空气分子便随之产生强烈振动并升温。当温度达到燃气燃点时,燃气被点燃形成火焰,火焰从喷火口10处喷出对切割刀具2两侧的竹笋片进行烤制,烤制时间为3s-5s,如果烤制时间小于3s,则竹笋表面烘干率不高,如果烤制时间大于5s,则会使竹笋表面糊化,因此在此时间段内将竹笋片两侧表面的水分烘干后,以减少氧化的机率,延长竹笋片新鲜度的时间。
烤制完毕后向上拔出切割刀具2时,驱动件6随之向上运动与压电陶瓷分离并驱动闭合门关闭储气仓5,以停止燃气燃烧。如此便完成了竹笋的切片并同时对竹笋片表面烘干的工作。

1.用于提高竹笋鲜度的切割装置,其特征在于,包括刀具基板,所述刀具基板的同一表面上均匀排列有数个切割刀具,所述切割刀具内部设有空腔,所述空腔底部设有压电元件,所述切割刀具上设有用于撞击压电元件的驱动件,驱动件的一端通过拉簧连接在刀具基板上,所述驱动件的另一端滑动连接在空腔内,所述空腔内设有用于储存可燃气体的储气仓,所述储气仓上设有出气口,所述出气口和驱动件之间设有控制出气口打开状态的控制单元,所述切割刀具两侧壁上对应设有喷火口,所述切割刀具靠近刀具基板处设有排气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于提高竹笋鲜度的切割装置,其特征在于:所述控制单元包括联动轴和竖直滑动在出气口处的闭合板,所述联动轴的两端分别连接在闭合板和驱动件上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于提高竹笋鲜度的切割装置,其特征在于:所述储气仓侧壁上设有两个限位滑槽,该限位滑槽分别位于出气口两侧,且限位滑槽上端面低于出气口高度的5/6处,所述闭合板上设有用于滑动在限位滑槽内的滑轨,且闭合板上设有用于与限位滑槽相抵的限位板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于提高竹笋鲜度的切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割刀具滑动连接在刀具基板上。
