本发明公开了一种红薯切片装置,包括切割装置本体和控制面板;所述切片装置本体下侧安装有电动机,且电动机安装有主动轮,所述切片装置本体内部安装有从动轮,且从动轮通过皮带和主动轮连接,所述切片装置本体内部设置有转动杆,且转动杆和轴承连接,所述切片装置本体内部安装有转动盘,且转动盘上侧设置有切割片,所述切片装置本体外部设置有料斗,且料斗与外壳连接,所述切片装置本体下侧设置有出料口,所述切片装置本体外侧设置有导线,且导线连接插头和控制面板,所述控制面板上侧设置有运行开关。本发明控制面板上侧设置有调节器,且调节器与转动盘连接,可以根据需要对转动盘进行调节,得到不同厚度的红薯片。

技术领域
本发明涉及切片技术领域,具体为一种红薯切片装置。
背景技术
红薯是一种高产而适应性强的粮食作物,其根系发达、吸肥能力强,宜选择土层深厚、土壤疏松、土质良好、灌排能力强,与工农业生产和人民生活关系密切,块根除作主粮外,也是食品加工、淀粉和酒精制造工业的重要原料,根、茎、叶又是优良的饲料,红薯在中国的种植面积非常的广泛,由于红薯是块状农作物,所以在风干过程中需要对其进行切块,原始的切块方法是依靠人工操作,工作量比较大,而且效率低下,现有的机械在效率方面得到提升,但是切片质量和安全性达不到理想的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种红薯切片装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种红薯切片装置,包括切割装置本体和控制面板;所述切片装置本体下侧安装有电动机,且电动机安装有主动轮,所述切片装置本体内部安装有从动轮,且从动轮通过皮带和主动轮连接,所述切片装置本体内部设置有转动杆,且转动杆和轴承连接,所述切片装置本体内部安装有转动盘,且转动盘上侧设置有切割片,所述切片装置本体外部设置有料斗,且料斗与外壳连接,所述切片装置本体下侧设置有出料口,所述切片装置本体外侧设置有导线,且导线连接插头和控制面板,所述控制面板上侧设置有运行开关。
优选的,所述切片装置本体上侧设置有重力感应器,且重力感应器与运行开关连接。
优选的,所述切片装置本体下侧设置有风扇,且风扇与散热口连接。
优选的,所述切片装置本体上侧设置有漏电保护器,且漏电保护器与运行开关连接。
优选的,所述控制面板上侧设置有调节器,且调节器与转动盘连接。
与现有技术相比,切片装置本体上侧设置有重力感应器,且重力感应器与运行开关连接,当重力感应器感受到重力时,运行开关将自动控制电动机进行转动,无需人工操作简单又节约,切片装置本体下侧设置有风扇,且风扇与散热口连接,风扇转动时可以将电动机运动时产生的热通过散热口吹出,保证机器的正常使用,切片装置本体上侧设置有漏电保护器,且漏电保护器与运行开关连接,可以有效地保证人身安全,控制面板上侧设置有调节器,且调节器与转动盘连接,可以根据需要对转动盘进行调节,得到不同厚度的红薯片。

请参阅图1、图2和图3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种红薯切片装置,包括切割装置本体1和控制面板15;切片装置本体1下侧安装有电动机7,且电动机7安装有主动轮6,切片装置本体1内部安装有从动轮2,且从动轮2通过皮带4和主动轮6连接,切片装置本体1内部设置有转动杆9,且转动杆9和轴承3连接,切片装置本体1内部安装有转动盘10,且转动盘10上侧设置有切割片21,切片装置本体1外部设置有料斗12,且料斗12与外壳19连接,切片装置本体1下侧设置有出料口8,切片装置本体1外侧设置有导线17,且导线17连接插头18和控制面板15,控制面板15上侧设置有运行开关13,切片装置本体1上侧设置有重力感应器11,且重力感应器11与运行开关13连接,切片装置本体1下侧设置有风扇5,且风扇5与散热口20连接,切片装置本体1上侧设置有漏电保护器16,且漏电保护器16与运行开关13连接,控制面板15上侧设置有调节器14,且调节器14与转动盘10连接。
工作原理:将插头18与电源连接,打开运行开关13,将红薯放进料斗12内,切片装置本体1上侧设置有重力感应器11,当重力感应器11感受到重力时,运行开关13将自动控制电动机7带动主动轮6进行转动,主动轮6通过皮带4带动从动轮2进行转动,从动轮2通过转动杆9带动转动盘10,通过切割片21进行切片,切片装置本体1下侧设置有风扇5,风扇5转动时可以将电动机7运动时产生的热通过散热口20吹出,保证机器的正常使用,切片装置本体1上侧设置有漏电保护器16,且漏电保护器16与运行开关13连接,可以有效地保证人身安全,控制面板15上侧设置有调节器14,且调节器14与转动盘10连接,可以根据需要对转动盘10进行调节,得到不同厚度的红薯片。

1.一种红薯切片装置,包括切割装置本体(1)和控制面板(15);其特征在于:所述切片装置本体(1)下侧安装有电动机(7),且电动机(7)安装有主动轮(6),所述切片装置本体(1)内部安装有从动轮(2),且从动轮(2)通过皮带(4)和主动轮(6)连接,所述切片装置本体(1)内部设置有转动杆(9),且转动杆(9)和轴承(3)连接,所述切片装置本体(1)内部安装有转动盘(10),且转动盘(10)上侧设置有切割片(21),所述切片装置本体(1)外部设置有料斗(12),且料斗(12)与外壳(19)连接,所述切片装置本体(1)下侧设置有出料口(8),所述切片装置本体(1)外侧设置有导线(17),且导线(17)连接插头(18)和控制面板(15),所述控制面板(15)上侧设置有运行开关(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红薯切片装置,其特征在于:所述切片装置本体(1)上侧设置有重力感应器(11),且重力感应器(11)与运行开关(13)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种红薯切片装置,其特征在于:所述切片装置本体(1)下侧设置有风扇(5),且风扇(5)与散热口(20)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种红薯切片装置,其特征在于:所述切片装置本体(1)上侧设置有漏电保护器(16),且漏电保护器(16)与运行开关(13)连接。
