南瓜减肥口服液,其特征是:所含成份及重量份数比为:南瓜35~40份、山药30~35份、苦丁茶4‑6份、绞股蓝2‑4份、山楂6‑8份、决明子1‑2份、紫苏叶1‑2份、番泻叶1‑2份、夏枯草1‑2份。苦丁茶中含有的苦丁茶素是一种具有减肥减作用的物质,绞股蓝中含有活性成分七叶胆皂甙、黄酮、多糖等三大健康因子,能激活机体细胞活性,提供机体细胞所需的营养物质,清除血液中的多余脂肪;山药所含的热量和碳水化合物很少,不含脂肪。通过配伍使得各种生物活性成分协调作用,起到显著的减肥效果,其最大的好处就是无药理副作用,相对减肥药品,减肥效果稳定,食用成本低廉;安全、不反弹。

背景技术
现代医学证明当人体营养过剩时,身体会把多余的脂肪贮存在皮下,于是就造成了肥胖,也就是肥胖所增加的物质是脂肪,是一种被储存的能量,同时认为,当人体内部缺少一种名为绿轻素的物质时,会导致人体血糖、脂肪及能量的调节紊乱,继而诱发并导致肥胖;当人体内的绿轻素浓度保持在正常水平时,人的体重便恢复正常。
肥胖的主要原因有两种:⑴,先天性,体内物质代谢较慢,物质合成的速度大于分解的速度。现象:脂肪细胞大而多,遍布全身;⑵,由饮食过量引起,食物中甜食,油腻食物多,脂肪多分布于躯干,现象: 脂肪细胞大,但数量不增多。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以草本植物为主料,无药理副作用,减肥效果稳定的南瓜减肥口服液及生产工艺。
本发明是这样实现的:其特征是:所含成份及重量份数比为:南瓜35~40份、山药30~35份、苦丁茶4-6份、绞股蓝2-4份、山楂6-8份、决明子1-2份、紫苏叶1-2份、番泻叶1-2份、夏枯草1-2份。
其生产工艺是:
取南瓜粉碎后并加2-3倍的水,加热至100℃以上30-40分钟,用120目筛过滤,制取南瓜提取液;
取山药粉碎后并加2-3倍的水,加热至100℃以上40-50分钟,用120目筛过滤,制取山药提取液;
取苦丁茶、绞股蓝、山楂、决明子、紫苏叶、番泻叶、夏枯草,清洗,分别加2-3倍的水煎煮30-50分钟,用160目筛过滤,去渣取汁;
混合,将已制取的南瓜提取液、山药提取液、苦丁茶提取液、绞股蓝提取液、山楂提取液、决明子提取液、紫苏叶提取液、番泻叶提取液、夏枯草提取液均匀混合;
包装,将均匀混合后的混合液体进行罐装,灭菌,出厂。
本发明中的南瓜主要成分是水和少量淀粉质,富含维他命A和B,具有抗氧化的作用。 作用:食用南瓜,可以帮助消化吸收,且南瓜中含有的不饱和脂肪酸,可以通便利尿,对减肥很有帮助。苦丁茶中含有的苦丁茶素是一种具有减肥减作用的物质,苦丁茶素具有清热消暑、生津止渴、利尿强心、润喉止咳、降压减肥的作用;绞股蓝中含有活性成分七叶胆皂甙、黄酮、多糖等三大健康因子,能激活机体细胞活性,提供机体细胞所需的营养物质,清除血液中的多余脂肪;山药所含的热量和碳水化合物很少,不含脂肪,.主要成分是淀粉,其中的一部分可以转化为淀粉的分解产物糊精,糊精可以帮助消化,减肥;紫苏叶具有“开胃消食”、“散淤血、消水肿”之功效;山楂味甘酸,性微温,专散淤血、消积食、治食肉不消;夏枯草性凉味甘淡,以清热、消水肿见长。
本发明通过配伍使得各种生物活性成分协调作用,起到显著的减肥效果,其最大的好处就是无药理副作用,相对减肥药品,减肥效果稳定,食用成本低廉;安全、稳定、不反弹。
具体实施方式
实施例1
南瓜40 Kg、山药30 Kg、苦丁茶5 Kg、绞股蓝3 Kg、山楂7 Kg、决明子1 Kg、紫苏叶1 Kg、番泻叶1 Kg、夏枯草1 Kg。
其生产工艺是:
取南瓜粉碎后并加2-3倍的水,加热至100℃以上30-40分钟,用120目筛过滤,制取南瓜提取液;
取山药粉碎后并加2-3倍的水,加热至100℃以上40-50分钟,用120目筛过滤,制取山药提取液;
取苦丁茶、绞股蓝、山楂、决明子、紫苏叶、番泻叶、夏枯草,清洗,分别加2-3倍的水煎煮30-50分钟,用160目筛过滤,去渣取汁;
混合,将已制取的南瓜提取液、山药提取液、苦丁茶提取液、绞股蓝提取液、山楂提取液、决明子提取液、紫苏叶提取液、番泻叶提取液、夏枯草提取液均匀混合;
包装,将均匀混合后的混合液体进行罐装,灭菌,出厂。
实施例2
南瓜35 Kg、山药35 Kg、苦丁茶4 Kg、绞股蓝2 Kg、山楂6 Kg、决明子2 Kg、紫苏叶1 Kg、番泻叶2 Kg、夏枯草2 Kg。

南瓜38 Kg、山药32 Kg、苦丁茶6 Kg、绞股蓝4 Kg、山楂8 Kg、决明子2 Kg、紫苏叶2 Kg、番泻叶1 Kg、夏枯草1 Kg。
Claims (2)
1.南瓜减肥口服液,其特征是:所含成份及成份重量份数比为:南瓜35~40份、山药30~35份、苦丁茶4-6份、绞股蓝2-4份、山楂6-8份、决明子1-2份、紫苏叶1-2份、番泻叶1-2份、夏枯草1-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的南瓜减肥口服液的生产工艺,其特征是:
①、取南瓜粉碎后并加2-3倍的水,加热至100℃以上30-40分钟,用120目筛过滤,制取南瓜提取液;
②、取山药粉碎后并加2-3倍的水,加热至100℃以上40-50分钟,用120目筛过滤,制取山药提取液;
③、取苦丁茶、绞股蓝、山楂、决明子、紫苏叶、番泻叶、夏枯草,清洗,分别加2-3倍的水煎煮30-50分钟,用160目筛过滤,去渣取汁;
④、混合,将已制取的南瓜提取液、山药提取液、苦丁茶提取液、绞股蓝提取液、山楂提取液、决明子提取液、紫苏叶提取液、番泻叶提取液、夏枯草提取液均匀混合;
⑤、包装,将均匀混合后的混合液体进行罐装,灭菌,出厂。
