Abstract
本发明涉及一种滚轮组件,包括悬架和滚轮安装架,所述滚轮安装架的一端具有凹腔并套设到所述悬架内,一铰接轴位于所述凹腔内且铰接轴的两端分别穿过对应的凹腔内壁连接到所述悬架,使所述滚轮安装架与所述悬架铰链连接;所述凹腔内嵌设有处于预压缩状态的弹簧,所述弹簧套设到所述铰接轴;所述滚轮安装架的另一端用于安装滚轮。本发明对滚轮起到缓冲和减震作用,能增大滚轮与地面的接触面积及附着力,使滚轮保持贴地状态,使滚轮平稳运行。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种滚轮组件,尤其是涉及一种滚轮组件及使用该种滚轮组件的行李箱。
【背景技术】
现有的行李箱用的滚轮在与地面成倾斜角度运行或在上斜坡、不平坦的路面运行时,滚轮与地面的附着力很小,很容易倾斜而脱离地面,从而很容易导致行李箱侧倾、翻倒,给使用者带来不便。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,提供一种滚轮组件及行李箱。
本发明的第一方面提供一种滚轮组件,包括悬架和滚轮安装架,所述滚轮安装架的一端具有凹腔并套设到所述悬架内,一铰接轴位于所述凹腔内且铰接轴的两端分别穿过对应的凹腔内壁连接到所述悬架,使所述滚轮安装架与所述悬架铰链连接;所述凹腔内嵌设有处于预压缩状态的弹簧,所述弹簧套设到所述铰接轴;所述滚轮安装架的另一端用于安装滚轮。
进一步地,所述凹腔的底面为倾斜面。
进一步地,所述弹簧为扭簧,所述扭簧两端的两个扭臂位于同一侧,且其中一个扭臂与水平面平行,另一个扭臂与所述倾斜面平行。
进一步地,与水平面平行的所述扭臂位于与倾斜面平行的所述扭臂的上方。
进一步地,所述悬架具有安装腔,所述滚轮安装架的一端套设到所述安装腔内并设有斜面,所述斜面位于所述凹腔的远离所述扭簧两端的两个扭臂的一侧。
进一步地,所述斜面与所述倾斜面平行。
进一步地,所述安装腔的底面对应所述斜面的位置设有缓冲垫。
进一步地,还包括外壳,所述悬架通过一转轴可转动地安装到所述外壳。
进一步地,所述悬架具有容纳腔,所述外壳具有凸部,所述凸部套设到所述转轴并位于所述容纳腔内;所述凸部与所述容纳腔的内壁之间设有轴承。
本发明的第二方面提供一种行李箱,包括箱体,所述箱体包括箱体框架,还包括上述任一所述的滚轮组件,所述滚轮组件安装到所述箱体框架。
本发明提供的滚轮组件及行李箱,当滚轮受到来自行李箱装载的过大压力或由于撞击到障碍物时,会使滚轮安装架转动一定的角度,而弹簧对滚轮安装架产生推回力,从而阻止滚轮安装架的转动,缓和滚轮的冲击力,对滚轮起到缓冲和减震作用,使滚轮向下压并保持贴地状态,增大滚轮与地面的接触面积及附着力,使滚轮平稳运行。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
参考图1和图2,本发明提供的一种滚轮组件,包括悬架10、滚轮安装架50和外壳90。悬架10的底部具有安装腔11,滚轮安装架50的顶部具有凹腔51并套设到安装腔11内,一铰接轴40位于凹腔51内且铰接轴40的两端分别穿过对应的凹腔51内壁连接到悬架10,使滚轮安装架50与悬架10铰链连接。铰接轴40位于凹腔51内的一侧。凹腔51内嵌设有处于预压缩状态的弹簧60,弹簧60套设到铰接轴40。滚轮安装架50底部的相对的两侧分别设有安装件53,两个安装件53之间通过轮轴来安装滚轮70,轮轴的两端设有轮轴帽54。当滚轮70受到来自行李箱装载的过大压力或由于撞击到障碍物时,滚轮70在过大压力或撞击力下,会使滚轮安装架50转动一定的角度,而弹簧60则对滚轮安装架50产生推回力,从而阻止滚轮安装架50的转动,缓和滚轮70的冲击力,对滚轮70起到缓冲和减震作用,使滚轮70向下压并保持贴地状态,可以增大滚轮70与地面的接触面积及附着力,能有效的防止滚轮70脱离地面,使滚轮70能够平稳运行。
凹腔51的底面为倾斜面。弹簧60为扭簧,扭簧两端的两个扭臂61、62位于同一侧。两个扭臂61、62的端部位于凹腔51内的远离铰接轴40的另一侧。其中,扭臂61与水平面平行,扭臂62与倾斜面平行。与水平面平行的扭臂61位于与倾斜面平行的扭臂62的上方。两个扭臂61、62的端部相互叠设。该种设计能增大弹簧60对滚轮安装架50产生的推回力,进一步缓和滚轮的冲击力,使滚轮70向下压并紧贴于地面。
滚轮安装架50的顶部设有斜面52,斜面52位于凹腔51的远离扭簧两端的两个扭臂61、62的一侧,斜面52与倾斜面平行。当滚轮70受到过大的装载压力或撞击到障碍物时,弹簧60有可能过度压缩而对滚轮安装架50产生较大的推回力,使滚轮安装架50对悬架10产生较大的撞击力而使两者受到损坏,而斜面52的设计有利于缓解滚轮安装架50对悬架10的撞击力,对滚轮安装架50和悬架10起保护作用。安装腔11的底面对应斜面52的位置设有缓冲垫80,起缓冲保护作用。缓冲垫80的形状与滚轮安装架50的形状对应,优选为弧形。
滚轮安装架50的对应斜面52的相对的两侧呈倾斜状,采用该种设计,当弹簧60对滚轮安装架50产生较大的推回力时,有利于缓冲推回力。
外壳90用于安装到行李箱的箱体100,具体的,外壳90通过螺丝安装到箱体100的箱体框架101上。悬架10通过一转轴91可转动地安装到外壳90,因而悬架10可相对外壳90转动360度,从而使滚轮70可旋转360度。转轴91一端安装到悬架10内并靠近弹簧60,另一端安装到外壳90内。转轴91优选为一阶梯轴,当然转轴91也可以是其他形状的转轴91,这里对转轴91的形状不作限定。
悬架10的顶部具有容纳腔12,外壳90的底部具有凸部92,凸部92套设到转轴91并位于容纳腔12内。凸部92与容纳腔12的内壁之间设有轴承93。当悬架10旋转时可减小悬架10与外壳90之间的摩擦。轴承93也可以由其他缓冲材料代替。
还是参考图2,本发明还提供一种行李箱,包括箱体100和上述的滚轮组件,箱体100包括箱体框架101。滚轮组件安装到箱体框架101。滚轮组件的滚轮安装架50设置的扭簧的两个扭臂61、62朝向箱体100的正面。使用该滚轮组件,可起到缓冲和减震作用,使行李箱能平稳的运行,不会侧倾或翻倒。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的优选实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,如对各个实施例中的不同特征进行组合等,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种滚轮组件,包括悬架和滚轮安装架,其特征在于:所述滚轮安装架的一端具有凹腔并套设到所述悬架内,一铰接轴位于所述凹腔内且铰接轴的两端分别穿过对应的凹腔内壁连接到所述悬架,使所述滚轮安装架与所述悬架铰链连接;所述凹腔内嵌设有处于预压缩状态的弹簧,所述弹簧套设到所述铰接轴;所述滚轮安装架的另一端用于安装滚轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于:所述凹腔的底面为倾斜面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于:所述弹簧为扭簧,所述扭簧两端的两个扭臂位于同一侧,且其中一个扭臂与水平面平行,另一个扭臂与所述倾斜面平行。
4.根据权利要求3所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于:与水平面平行的所述扭臂位于与倾斜面平行的所述扭臂的上方。
5.根据权利要求3所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于:所述悬架具有安装腔,所述滚轮安装架的一端套设到所述安装腔内并设有斜面,所述斜面位于所述凹腔的远离所述扭簧两端的两个扭臂的一侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于:所述斜面与所述倾斜面平行。
7.根据权利要求5所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于:所述安装腔的底面对应所述斜面的位置设有缓冲垫。
8.根据权利要求1所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于:还包括外壳,所述悬架通过一转轴可转动地安装到所述外壳。
9.根据权利要求8所述的滚轮组件,其特征在于:所述悬架具有容纳腔,所述外壳具有凸部,所述凸部套设到所述转轴并位于所述容纳腔内;所述凸部与所述容纳腔的内壁之间设有轴承。
10.一种行李箱,包括箱体,所述箱体包括箱体框架,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1至9任一所述的滚轮组件,所述滚轮组件安装到所述箱体框架。
