Abstract
本发明公开了一种万向动态磁吸盘装置,本发明由磁吸盘、万向滑动车、安装架构成并安装在油冷型磁力调速器的壳体上。当连杆拉动调速器拐臂径向旋转时,万向滑动车也会随连杆的平面轨迹在磁场轨道上左、右、前、后同步运动,并对泄压窗口动态密封,当壳体内的压力超过磁场轨道对万向滑动车的吸力时,万向滑动车升起,泄压窗口打开自动泄压,万向滑动车升起的高度由阶梯圆盘限制。采用本发明即可防尘,又可隔爆,扩大了油冷型磁力调速器的应用范围。
Description
技术领域
一种万向动态磁吸盘装置,安装在油冷型磁力调速器的壳体上,动态密封其泄压窗口,属电机与拖动技术领域。
背景技术
申请号为201610922287.2的发明专利公开了一种采用油冷方式的磁力调速器,虽然冷却、润滑效果显著,同时也存在技术问题,由于拉杆上、下、左、右、前、后的运动轨迹使得窗口裸露不易封闭,极易落尘,长期应用会影响油质,又存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述技术存在的不足。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案解决的:一种万向动态磁吸盘装置,由磁吸盘、万向滑动车、安装架构成并安装在油冷型磁力调速器的壳体上;其特征在于:当连杆拉动调速器拐臂径向旋转,以使磁力驱动盘在轴向前后运动时,万向滑动车在连杆的驱动下,也随之按连杆的平面轨迹在磁吸盘的磁场轨道上左、右、前、后同步运动,并对泄压窗口动态密封,当壳体内的压力超过磁场轨道对万向滑动车的吸力时,万向滑动车升起,泄压窗口打开自动泄压,万向滑动车升起的高度由阶梯圆盘限制。
其中,所述磁吸盘由磁轭底板、磁场轨道及限位方箱构成。
所述磁场轨道由永磁体按N、S极交错分别置于磁轭底板的两侧,并在其上方铺设不导磁不锈钢板并由环氧树脂胶固封而构成。
所述限位方箱上部设有上窗口。
所述磁轭底板下部设有下窗口。
其中,所述万向滑动车由U形支架与阶梯圆盘构成。
所述U形支架安装万向轮,还设有连杆通过孔及密封槽。
其中,所述泄压窗口由阶梯圆盘的外圆面及限位方箱的上窗口之间形成的间隙构成。
采用本发明即可防尘,又可隔爆,扩大了油冷型磁力调速器的应用范围。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
对照图1、图2可以看出,磁吸盘由磁轭底板1、磁场轨道及限位方箱4构成;磁场轨道由永磁体3按N、S极交错分别置于磁轭底板1的两侧,并在其上方铺设不导磁不锈钢板32并由环氧树脂胶2固封而构成;还可以看出,限位方箱4上部设有上窗口28;磁轭底板1下部设有下窗口27;
对照图3、图4可以看出,万向滑动车由U形支架5与阶梯圆盘9构成;还可以看出,U形支架5安装万向轮8,还设有连杆通过孔7及密封槽6;
对照图5可以看出,油冷型磁力调速器安装架底板20、壳体21、冷却稀油22、杆端关节轴承23、调速器拐臂24、连杆25、安装架26、调速器旋转外环27、调速器支撑内环28、输出驱动轴29。
对照图6可以看出,泄压窗口31由阶梯圆盘9的外圆面30及限位方箱的上窗口28之间形成的间隙构成。
本发明的工作过程是,连杆25上下运动拉动调速器拐臂24径向旋转时,万向滑动车随连杆25的平面轨迹在磁吸盘的磁场轨道上左、右、前、后同步运动,对泄压窗口31动态密封,当壳体21内的压力超过磁场轨道对万向滑动车的吸力时,万向滑动车升起,泄压窗口31打开自动泄压,万向滑动车升起的高度由阶梯圆盘9限制。
Claims (1)
1.一种万向动态磁吸盘装置,由磁吸盘、万向滑动车、安装架(26)构成并安装在油冷型磁力调速器的壳体(21)上;其特征在于:当连杆(25)拉动调速器拐臂(24)径向旋转,以使磁力驱动盘在轴向前后运动时,万向滑动车在连杆(25)的驱动下,也随之按连杆(25)的平面轨迹在磁吸盘的磁场轨道上左、右、前、后同步运动,并对泄压窗口(31)动态密封,当壳体(21)内的压力超过磁场轨道对万向滑动车的吸力时,万向滑动车升起,泄压窗口(31)打开自动泄压,万向滑动车升起的高度由阶梯圆盘(9)限制;
其中,所述磁吸盘由磁轭底板(1)、磁场轨道及限位方箱(4)构成;
所述磁场轨道由永磁体(3)按N、S极交错分别置于磁轭底板(1)的两侧,并在其上方铺设不导磁不锈钢板(32)并由环氧树脂胶(2)固封而构成;
所述限位方箱(4)上部设有上窗口(28);
