本发明公开了一种用于竹笋的切割装置,包括机架、刀具和夹持机构,刀具和夹持机构均设置于机架上,刀具包括横向刀片和竖向刀片,横向刀片与竖向刀片交叉设置呈十字形;横向刀片和竖向刀片上设有若干气孔,每个气孔上均设有与电源连接的排风叶;横向刀片内设有第一空腔,竖向刀片设有第二空腔,且第一空腔与第二空腔相通,第一空腔和第二空腔内分别设有与电源连接的加热电阻;夹持机构包括底座和固接于底座两侧的支柱,底座上设有用于放置竹笋的定位槽,每个支柱上均设有夹持臂,且夹持臂上设有用于横向刀片运动的凹槽。本方案主要解决了传统竹笋加工工艺步骤繁琐和竹笋切割时定位效果不佳的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于以制成切口的性质为特征的切割加工领域。
背景技术
竹笋,在中国自古被当作“菜中珍品”。竹笋是中国传统佳肴,味香质脆,食用和栽培历史极为悠久。竹笋性味甘微寒,具有清热消痰、利膈爽胃、消渴益气等功效。竹笋还含大量纤维素,不仅能促进肠道蠕动、去积食、防便秘,而且也是肥胖者减肥的好食品。
竹笋因具有多种功效而深受广大消费者的喜爱,采摘后的竹笋需要经过后期处理才能食用,竹笋传统的加工工艺步骤依次是清理、杀青、脱水、切割、杀菌、包装等,其中,竹笋的杀青方式主要为水煮,相较于常见的热风杀青和微波杀青,采用水煮杀青(竹笋的肉质部较厚,尤其是冬笋,热风杀青的耗时长且效果不佳、微波杀青容易使得竹笋干燥)的效果较佳,但是水煮杀青后的竹笋还需要经过脱水处理,增加了额外的步骤;后续还有切割处理,常见的切割处理是人工握持刀片对工作台上放置的竹笋进行横剖,竹笋容易在工作台上滚动,人工切割容易伤手,整个加工工艺链较长,另外,人工握持竹笋的定位效果不佳,会直接导致切割后的竹笋形状不一,既影响美观,又影响口感;综上所述,现急需一种既能达到杀青和切割作用,又能缩短加工工艺的加工装置。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种用于竹笋的切割装置,以解决传统竹笋水煮杀青后还需脱水处理,导致整个加工工艺链较长,以及竹笋切割时定位效果不佳的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案如下:用于竹笋的切割装置,包括机架、刀具和夹持机构,所述刀具和夹持机构均设置于机架上,所述刀具包括横向刀片和竖向刀片,所述横向刀片与竖向刀片交叉设置呈十字形;所述横向刀片和竖向刀片上设有若干气孔,每个所述气孔上均设有与电源连接的排风叶;所述横向刀片内设有第一空腔,竖向刀片设有第二空腔,且第一空腔与第二空腔相通,所述第一空腔和第二空腔内分别设有与电源连接的加热电阻;所述夹持机构包括底座和固接于底座两侧的支柱,所述底座上设有用于放置竹笋的定位槽,每个所述支柱上均设有夹持臂,且夹持臂上设有用于横向刀片运动的凹槽。
基础方案的原理:操作时,将需要加工的竹笋放置于底座的定位槽内,并利用支柱上的夹持臂对竹笋进行夹紧,再启动电源,使得排风叶开始工作、第一空腔和第二空腔内的加热电阻分别开始加热;将刀具从机架上取下,人工驱动刀具对竹笋进行切割处理,为避免刀具工作时对夹持臂造成损坏,控制横向刀片在夹持臂上的凹槽内运动,刀具对竹笋切割的同时,横向刀片和竖向刀片上的排风叶将加热电阻释放的热量经气孔排至竹笋内部,以此实现竹笋的杀青处理。
基础方案的优点:1、相较于传统的竹笋加工工艺,利用十字形的刀具配合加热电阻、排风叶和气孔即可同时实现对竹笋的切割和杀青处理,有效的集成了竹笋加工工艺步骤,缩短了加工工艺链,提高了竹笋加工效率;另外,刀具切割时深入竹笋内部,热风可直接对竹笋内部进行杀青,达到较好的杀青效果,且后续省去了脱水步骤;2、相较于传统的手工定位竹笋,利用底座上的定位槽,配合支柱上的夹持臂,在横向和竖向上实现对竹笋的限位,进而保证了竹笋的定位效果。
优选方案一:作为基础方案的优选方案,所述夹持臂的凹槽固接有铁片,所述横向刀片的两侧分别设有与电源连接的电磁铁,通过上述设置,启动电源,使得横向刀片两侧的电磁铁通电后产生磁性,刀具对竹笋进行切割处理时,横向刀片两侧的电磁铁与凹槽的铁片相吸,进一步保证刀具切割竹笋时的稳定性。
优选方案二:作为优选方案一的优选方案,所述夹持臂为弧形状,且夹持臂上设有软性层,通过上述设置,由于软性层具有一定的弹性,利用软性层可避免夹持臂直接对竹笋造成磨损。
优选方案三:作为优选方案二的优选方案,所述支柱与夹持臂之间设有弹簧,通过上述设置,由于弹簧具有伸缩性,利用弹簧配合夹持臂可夹紧不同尺寸的竹笋,增强了其实用性。
优选方案四:作为优选方案三的优选方案,所述排风叶与气孔的孔面齐平,通过上述设置,当排风叶低于气孔的孔面,刀具切割竹笋时,会造成竹笋对气孔和排风叶的堵塞;当排风叶高于气孔的孔面,刀具切割竹笋时,会对竹笋造成多余的损坏。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:机架1、横向刀片2、竖向刀片3、气孔4、排风叶5、第一空腔6、第二空腔7、加热电阻8、底座9、支柱10、定位槽11、夹持臂12、凹槽13、铁片14、电磁铁15、橡胶层16、弹簧17。
实施例基本如附图1、图2所示:用于竹笋的切割装置,包括机架1、刀具和夹持机构,夹持机构设置于机架1上,刀具包括横向刀片2和竖向刀片3,横向刀片2与竖向刀片3交叉设置呈十字形,竖向刀片3上设有挂靠在机架1上的绳套;横向刀片2和竖向刀片3上开设有若干气孔4,每个气孔4上均设置有与电源连接的排风叶5,且排风叶5与气孔4的孔面齐平,当排风叶5低于气孔4的孔面,刀具切割竹笋时,会造成竹笋对气孔4和排风叶5的堵塞;当排风叶5高于气孔4的孔面,刀具切割竹笋时,会对竹笋造成多余的损坏。
横向刀片2内设置有第一空腔6,竖向刀片3设置有第二空腔7,且第一空腔6与第二空腔7相通,第一空腔6和第二空腔7内分别设置有与电源连接的加热电阻8,且两个加热电阻8交叉设置;夹持机构包括底座9和固接于底座9两侧的支柱10,底座9上设置有用于放置竹笋的定位槽11,每个支柱10上均固接有弹簧17,弹簧17固接有夹持臂12,由于弹簧17具有伸缩性,利用弹簧17配合夹持臂12可夹紧不同尺寸的竹笋,增强了其实用性。
如图3所示,夹持臂12上设有用于横向刀片2运动的凹槽13,凹槽13的表面固接有铁片14,并且,横向刀片2的两侧分别固接有与电源连接的电磁铁15,启动电源,使得横向刀片2两侧的电磁铁15通电后产生磁性,刀具对竹笋进行切割处理时,横向刀片2两侧的电磁铁15与凹槽13的铁片14相吸,进一步保证刀具切割竹笋时的稳定性。
此外,夹持臂12为弧形状,且夹持臂12上固接有橡胶层16,由于橡胶层16具有一定的弹性,利用橡胶层16可避免夹持臂12直接对竹笋造成磨损。
本实施例中,操作时,将需要加工的竹笋放置于底座9的定位槽11内,并利用支柱10上的夹持臂12对竹笋进行夹紧,在横向和竖向上实现对竹笋的限位,进而保证了竹笋的定位效果;再启动电源,使得排风叶5开始工作、第一空腔6和第二空腔7内的加热电阻8分别开始加热、横向刀片2两侧的电磁铁15通电产生磁性;将刀具从机架1上取下,人工驱动刀具对竹笋进行切割处理,利用横向刀片2上的电磁铁15与凹槽13上的铁片14相吸,既避免了刀具工作时对夹持臂12造成损坏,又能进一步保证刀具切割竹笋时的稳定性,刀具对竹笋切割的同时,横向刀片2和竖向刀片3上的排风叶5将加热电阻8释放的热量经气孔4排至竹笋内部,以此实现竹笋的杀青处理,相较于传统的竹笋加工工艺,既达到了较好的杀青效果,又有效的缩短了加工工艺链,提高了竹笋加工效率。

1.用于竹笋的切割装置,包括机架、刀具和夹持机构,所述刀具和夹持机构均设置于机架上,其特征在于:所述刀具包括横向刀片和竖向刀片,所述横向刀片与竖向刀片交叉设置呈十字形;所述横向刀片和竖向刀片上设有若干气孔,每个所述气孔上均设有与电源连接的排风叶;所述横向刀片内设有第一空腔,竖向刀片设有第二空腔,且第一空腔与第二空腔相通,所述第一空腔和第二空腔内分别设有与电源连接的加热电阻;所述夹持机构包括底座和固接于底座两侧的支柱,所述底座上设有用于放置竹笋的定位槽,每个所述支柱上均设有夹持臂,且夹持臂上设有用于横向刀片运动的凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于竹笋的切割装置,其特征在于:所述夹持臂的凹槽固接有铁片,所述横向刀片的两侧分别设有与电源连接的电磁铁。
