Description

Fruit bagging machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mechanical device for bagging fruits, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery.
Background
In recent years, in order to obtain green, healthy and pollution-free high-quality fruits, the fruits are generally bagged in an orchard in a young fruit period, so that the fruits are prevented from being polluted by pesticides sprayed in the fruit growing process, and the yield of the orchard is prevented from being reduced in severe weather. However, the manual bagging efficiency is low, the workload is large, the fruit at the high position of the fruit tree also needs to be carried out by a ladder, and workers who carry out the work for a long time are easy to form occupational diseases.
The patent with the application number of CN204409126U provides a scheme for bagging fruits for a fruit bagging machine for bagging fruits on trees. The bag is opened by three special-shaped claws which are connected with a telescopic rod by springs. And the nylon rope controls the retraction of the special-shaped claw to release the bag. The disadvantage of this is that each set of bags requires a new manual fitting of the bag to the shaped jaws. Low working efficiency and large labor capacity.
Patent application No. CN 104663332A: an agricultural pneumatic high-altitude fruit bagging machine provides a bagging machine in a pneumatic mode. The paper bag conveying, sealing and other actions are realized through a series of mechanisms. The invention mainly aims at paper bags and has relatively complex mechanism.
Patent application No. CN 202496260U: the portable universal fruit bagging machine provides a bagging machine consisting of a sleeve ejecting device, a driving connecting rod mechanism, a supporting rod and a sleeve ejecting mechanism, so that a bagging function is realized. The invention has the disadvantages of complex mechanism, high manufacturing difficulty and lower reliability when being applied to orchards.
Patent application No. CN 201620300777.4: a handheld fruit bagging device provides a semi-manual bagging method which can complete an automatic bagging process, but because the handheld fruit bagging device is handheld, the moving range is limited, and workers still need to complete work by means of ladders.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a fruit bagging machine which is characterized by comprising a bagging component, a telescopic rod and a wire brake, wherein the bagging component comprises a bag barrel and a chassis, the chassis is arranged at the top of the telescopic rod, the edge of the chassis is provided with three uniformly distributed convex structures, each convex structure is provided with a bag supporting column, each bag supporting column is sleeved with a bag feeding spring, and each bag feeding spring is provided with a bag feeding buckle; the bag barrel is provided with a boss corresponding to the convex structure of the chassis, the top of the boss is provided with a feeding block, the head of the feeding block is movably connected with the boss, the tail of the feeding block is connected with the middle part of the boss through a return spring, and the tail of the feeding block is also connected with a wire of a wire brake fixed on the telescopic rod; the bag supporting column on the base plate is arranged in the bag barrel from the bottom of the bag barrel, a groove is arranged below the head of the feeding block, the head of the feeding block props against the top end of the bag supporting column in a non-operation state, and the groove is positioned above a gap between the bag supporting column and the wall of the bag barrel.
Preferably, the chassis is provided with a mounting hole for connecting the telescopic rod.
Preferably, the inner wall of the bag barrel is provided with a concave structure matched with the bag supporting column.
Preferably, a position of the lug boss of the bag barrel for fixing the return spring is provided with a limit hole, and a wire of the wire brake sequentially penetrates through the limit hole and the return spring to be connected with the tail part of the feeding block.
Preferably, the lug boss of the bag barrel is fixedly connected with the outer side of the protruding structure of the base plate through a buckle.
Preferably, the lower part of the telescopic rod is provided with a handle, and the line brake is fixed on the handle.
Preferably, the groove at the head of the feeding block is arc-shaped from the tail of the feeding block, the arc-shaped part is in clearance fit with the bag supporting column in the operation process, and the width of the clearance is smaller than the thickness of the opening of the bag.
The invention provides a simple and feasible bagging scheme, which is simple in structure, convenient to operate and accurate in bagging. The fruit grower can carry out bagging work by holding the telescopic rod by the fruit grower. The bags are placed in the bag barrel of the bagging machine, dozens of bags or even hundreds of bags can be packaged at a time, repeated bagging is avoided, and the working efficiency is improved. The bags are fed by a bag feed spring and a bag feed buckle into a feed block controlled by a line gate which releases one bag per pull. The line floodgate control handle is installed in the bottom of telescopic link, and the bagging part is installed on the top of telescopic link, and workman's accessible control telescopic link and line floodgate realize the bagging operation to different angles, not fruit of co-altitude. Most of the whole bagging device can be made of plastic, so that the bagging device is very light when being held by a hand, and the workload of a fruit grower is reduced.
The fruit tree planting machine is simple and convenient to operate, simple in mechanism, suitable for severe places with relatively severe working environments such as field orchards and the like, capable of reducing the labor amount of fruit growers, improving the working efficiency, reducing damage to fruits, achieving green production, and capable of achieving due functions through material object manufacturing verification.
