液体衣物洗涤剂具有很多益处。与粉末洗涤剂相比最常见的优点是它们不会在衣物上留下可能影响外观的残留物,特别是在深色衣物的情况下。这样的残留物也可能不利地影响衣物的膜如当使用粉末洗涤剂时,出现的大多数该残留物主要由漂白剂和沸石组成。因此,液体衣物洗涤剂有利地用于洗涤有色衣物。液体衣物洗涤剂的其他优点是它们容易分散,并且它们容易溶解在洗涤液体中。对于洗涤剂粉末,常见的缺点是当暴露于水分中时它们往往结块。当使用液体衣物洗涤剂时可以避免该缺点。
由污损的衣物移除污渍通常被称为主要去污力(primary detergency)。很多液体衣物洗涤剂表现出降低的由有色污垢(例如但不限于红葡萄酒、茶、咖啡、蔬菜和各种果汁如浆果汁)移除污渍的能力。添加漂白剂将改善液体衣物洗涤剂移除可漂白污渍的能力,但在除了前述讨论之外的方面使洗涤剂变差。特别地,很多漂白剂与某些表面活性剂不相容,并且它们可能导致酶的变差或降解。
因此,本发明目的是提供一种具有良好的主要去污力的液体衣物洗涤剂。特别地,本发明目的是提供一种具有良好的移除可漂白污渍如红葡萄酒、茶、咖啡、蔬菜和果汁的能力的液体衣物洗涤剂。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种生产这种液体衣物洗涤剂的方法。
因此,发现了开始所定义的液体洗涤剂组合物,在下文中也称为本发明洗涤剂组合物或本发明液体洗涤剂组合物或根据本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物。
本发明洗涤剂组合物是液体。该性质涉及正常条件(normal condition)(25℃,一个大气压)。它们对肉眼而言表现为透明或轻微不透明,并且它们可以像水一样倾倒。在本发明上下文中,凝胶型液体衣物洗涤剂是液体衣物洗涤剂的一个具体实施方案。凝胶型液体衣物洗涤剂通常包含至少一种粘度调节剂,并且它们包含很少或不含非水性溶剂。凝胶型液体衣物洗涤剂可以直接施用于污损衣物中的污渍。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,根据本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物具有500-20,000mPa·s的动态粘度(在25℃下根据布鲁克菲尔德,例如锭子3在20rpm下用布鲁克菲尔德粘度计LVT-II测定)。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,根据本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物可以具有50-98重量%,优选至多95%的水含量。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,根据本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物可具有2-50重量%,优选10-35重量%的总固体含量。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,根据本发明的液体洗涤剂组合物可以包含水以外的溶剂,例如乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、仲丁醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、甘油、二甘醇、丙基二甘醇、丁基二甘醇、己二醇、乙二醇甲基醚、乙二醇乙基醚、乙二醇丙基醚和苯氧基乙醇,优选乙醇、异丙醇或丙二醇。

MGDA及其相应的碱金属盐可以选自外消旋混合物、D-异构体和L-异构体以及除了外消旋混合物之外的D-和L-异构体的混合物。优选MGDA及其相应的碱金属盐选自外消旋混合物,和包含55-85摩尔%L-异构体的混合物(余量为D-异构体)。特别优选包含60-80摩尔%L-异构体的混合物(余量为D-异构体)。

染料的实例是酸性蓝9、酸性黄3、酸性黄23、酸性黄73、颜料黄101、酸性绿1、溶剂绿7和酸性绿25。
本发明液体洗涤剂组合物可以包含一种或多种防腐剂或生物杀伤剂。生物杀伤剂和防腐剂防止本发明液体洗涤剂组合物由于来自微生物的侵袭而改变。生物杀伤剂和防腐剂的实例是BTA(1,2,3-苯并三唑)、苯扎氯铵、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮(“BIT”)、2-甲基-2H-异噻唑-3-酮(“MIT”)和5-氯-2-甲基-2H-异噻唑-3-酮(“CIT”)、苯甲酸、山梨酸、丁基氨基甲酸碘丙炔酯(“IPBC”)、二氯二甲基乙内酰脲(“DCDMH”)、溴氯二甲基乙内酰脲(“BCDMH”)和二溴二甲基乙内酰脲(“DBDMH”)。
粘度调节剂的实例是琼脂、角叉菜、黄蓍胶、阿拉伯树胶、海藻酸盐、果胶、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、淀粉、明胶、刺槐豆胶、交联聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯,例如用亚甲基二-(甲基)丙烯酰胺交联的聚丙烯酸,还有硅酸、粘土(例如但不限于蒙脱石)、沸石、糊精和酪蛋白。
本发明上下文中的水溶助长剂是促进在水中显示有限溶解度的化合物溶解的化合物。水溶助长剂的实例是有机溶剂如乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇,以及在正常条件下无限制地与水混溶的其他有机溶剂。合适的水溶助长剂的其他实例是甲苯磺酸、二甲苯磺酸和枯烯磺酸的钠盐。

聚合物的其他实例是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚氧乙烯对苯二甲酸酯和每分子用一个或两个亲水基团封端的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,其中亲水基团选自CH2CH2CH2-SO3Na、CH2CH(CH2-SO3Na)2和CH2CH(CH2SO2Na)CH2-SO3Na。
缓冲剂的实例是单乙醇胺和N,N,N-三乙醇胺。

本发明液体洗涤剂组合物不仅在就无机污垢如粘土或有机脂肪污垢如油而言的清洗污损衣物方面是良好的。本发明液体洗涤剂组合物非常适用于从衣物上移除不可漂白的污渍,例如但不限于来自红葡萄酒、茶、咖啡、蔬菜和各种果汁如浆果汁的污渍。它仍然不会在衣物上留下残留物。
为了适合作为液体衣物洗涤剂,本发明液体洗涤剂组合物可以是本体形式或作为单位剂量,例如小包或小袋的形式。用于袋的合适材料是水溶性聚合物如聚乙烯醇。

在一个循环后,用水漂洗污损织物,随后短暂旋转干燥并在室温下干燥12小时。
为了评价不同可漂白污渍的主要去污力,在洗涤前后测定不同污损织物的白度(δ反射值示于表3中,使用具有在460nm处的UV截止过滤器的球形反射光谱仪(型号为SF 500,来自美国Datacolor,波长范围360-700nm,光学几何尺寸d/8°))。为了得到洗涤前后各织物的反射值,在洗涤前后各取6个不同测量点的平均值。较高的δ反射值表明较好的主要去污力。

如果本发明配制剂(F.1、F.2、F.3)相对于对比配制剂(V.1)的δ反射值差别大于2,则相应的可漂白的污损织物的洗涤性能已得到明显改善。
可以看出,通过加入MGDA(A.1)(其中(A.1)与(B.1)的重量比为1:1至1:8)可明显改善可漂白污渍的洗涤性能。通过降低(A.1)与[(B.1)+阴离子表面活性剂2]的重量比可以实现额外的性能提高。
