Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于通过该密封条与沿要密封的间隙延伸的密封条座连接来构成密封件的密封条,其中,该密封条包括设置用于与密封条座粘接的带区域(3)。按照本发明,在密封条沿条纵向方向伸长的情况下,在带区域(3)中相应于所述伸长的拉应力至少部分地被补偿或能够被补偿。在本发明的一种实施例中这通过如下方式实现,该条区域在压缩的情况下与密封条的其余部分连接。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于通过密封条与沿要密封的间隙延伸的密封条座连接来构成密封件的密封条,其中,该密封条包括设置用于与密封条座粘接的带区域。此外,本发明涉及一种用于制造这样的密封条的方法。
背景技术
例如具有双重粘接的粘接带的密封条在辊子施加方法中与密封条座、例如与在车门上环绕的、容纳密封条的粘接面优选在密封条微小伸长的情况下进行粘接。所述伸长常常有利于密封条准确地放置在密封条座上。另一方面,密封条的引入到粘接中的拉应力影响粘接连接的质量。尤其是在密封条的弯曲敷设区域中可能发生粘接连接的松开。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,实现一种开头所述类型的新型密封条及其制造的方法,其中,该密封条在与密封条座的粘接质量改进的情况下能够在拉应力下被加工。
按照本发明的解决该任务的密封条的特征在于,在该密封条沿条纵向方向伸长时,对应于伸长的拉应力在带区域中至少部分地被补偿或能够被补偿。
有利地,在伸长情况下加工密封条时实现,该拉应力在密封条的邻接至密封座的带区域中相对于相应于伸长的拉应力至少被降低、补偿或甚至过度补偿。
已被证实的是,限定在邻接至密封条座上的区域上的拉应力减小已足够防止对粘接连接质量的不利影响。
为了补偿密封条的邻接至密封条座上的带区域中的拉应力,该带区域可以被压缩,以便在密封条在带区域中伸长的情况下必要时仅实现减少压程缩度并且完全不出现拉应力。
替代地,拉应力在带区域中在密封条沿条纵向方向伸长的情况下的产生由于带区域的膨胀在密封条与密封条座的粘接过程中能够被补偿。可能的是,触发源过程的化学物质通过热作用、通过将密封条压紧到密封条座上或/和通过在粘接过程中密封条的伸长激活或/和释放。
可以设想,将带区域在工作过程中与密封条的其余部分通过挤出制造,例如作为起泡边缘区域,单独的带在本发明优选的实施例中构成带区域,该带与形成其余密封条的弹性体带连接、尤其是粘接。
在此,在一种特别优选的实施形式中涉及与其余密封条粘接的双重粘接的粘接带。但也可能的是由密封件制造者制造的无预制的粘接层的带,该带在与密封条座粘接时才与粘接材料接触。这样的带与其余密封条例如也可以焊接。
为了制造密封条,该带可以在与其余密封条连接的过程中压缩,或一开始作为压缩的预制的带与密封条连接。
在后一种情况中,在使用双重粘接的粘接带的情况下,为此可以使用通常应用的保护粘接带的粘接层的遮盖条,以便将双重粘接的粘接带保持在压缩的状态中。

具体实施方式
用于连续制造密封条的生产线包括在图1中示意性示出的挤出模具1。除(未示出的)硫化校准段或TPE(热塑性弹性体)校准段外,装置4沿挤出方向连接在挤出模具1的下游,用于挤出的且构成密封条的弹性体条2与双重粘接的粘接带3的连接,在该粘接带的背离弹性体条2的粘接面上安装进行保护的遮盖条5,即所谓的衬垫。
完成的密封条在已示出的示例中确定用于发送给车辆制造商,在车辆制造商那里密封条从传输卷筒展开并且连续地输送给加工装置以用于构成车门上的密封件。
该装置4包括储备辊6以及包括将连接位置8上的双重粘接的粘接带3压紧到弹性体条2上的压紧辊7,带有遮盖条5的双重粘接的粘接带3卷绕到该储备辊上。在图1中未示出其他的输送连接位置8的具有进给速度V1的展开的粘接带3的输送装置。
所述进给速度V1超过挤出速度V2,弹性体条2以该挤出速度沿挤出方向运动。因此,双重粘接的粘接带3的较大的长度分别分摊在挤出的弹性体条2的确定的长度上,并且双重粘接的粘接带3通过(未示出的)运输装置和压紧辊7在挤压的情况下与弹性体条2粘接。
双重粘接的粘接带3的图2中通过双箭头9说明的压缩通过与弹性体条2的粘接获得,其中由于双重粘接的粘接带3本身的压缩弹性体条2仅不显著地伸长。
在与弹性体条2粘接的过程中所述双重粘接的粘接带3的所述压缩的替代方案中,弹性体条2可以一开始与已经压缩的带粘接。这样压缩的带能够通过如下方式预制,该双重粘接的粘接带的具有两个粘接面的带条在压缩的状态下与遮盖条5连接,其中,遮盖条5将具有两个粘接面的带条固定保持在压缩状态下,其中,遮盖条5处于微小的拉应力下。
在图3a中已示出的密封条加工成密封件的过程中在与沿车门间隙延伸的密封座粘接的情况下按照图3b去除遮盖条5。如果从压缩的双重粘接的粘接带中分离,其相应于其在先的压缩以长度l1伸长。在使用事先压缩的双重粘接的粘接带时,拉出的衬垫的长度未显著减小。
该密封条在与密封条座粘接过程中微小地以长度l2伸长,这需要过程可靠的施加过程。在没有合适的对应措施的情况下,在拉应力下的密封条与密封条座的粘接影响粘接的强度和耐久性。这尤其适用于密封条座弯曲的区域和该密封条的相应弯曲敷设的区域。
有利地,由于双重粘接的粘接带的压缩,在已示出的实施例中,以l2的伸长导致在粘接带中无拉应力。这仅减小压缩。
容易理解的是,当密封条的拉应力相应于密封条的伸长时,密封条的拉应力会与此不同地在双重粘接的粘接带的区域中精确补偿或仅较小地保持在弹性体条中。
在每种情况中,密封条的直接邻接在密封条座上的区域的拉应力状态有利地减小,这迎合了粘接连接的持久耐久性。
Claims (10)
1.密封条,用于通过该密封条与沿要密封的间隙延伸的密封条座连接来构成密封件,其中,该密封条包括设置用于与密封条座粘接的带区域(3),其特征在于,在密封条沿条纵向方向伸长的情况下在带区域(3)中相应于伸长的拉应力至少部分地被补偿或能够被补偿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封条,其特征在于,该带区域(3)在沿条纵向方向压缩的情况下与密封条的其余部分连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封条,其特征在于,所述密封条的其余部分包括弹性体条(2),并且该带区域(3)与该弹性体条(2)连接、尤其是粘接。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的密封条,其特征在于,带区域(3)的设置用于与密封条座粘接的粘接面由遮盖部(5)保护。
5.根据权利要求4所述的密封条,其特征在于,该遮盖部(5)在拉应力下与粘接面连接。
