Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'un cadre comprenant une section extrudée selon un contour guide, laquelle section comprend une semelle et une âme s'étendant en section selon des directions concourantes et perpendiculaires au contour guide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à : a. réaliser une préforme fibreuse, dite chaussette, de section tubulaire par un procédé de tressage; b. aplatir la section tubulaire de ladite chaussette et appliquer celle-ci, telle une bande (200'), selon une première partie (210) de la largeur de ladite bande sur la première face (310) d'un outillage (300) comportant deux faces (3120, 320) concourantes dont l'intersection est parallèle au contour guide; c. rabattre la deuxième partie (220) de ladite bande (200') sur une face (320) de l'outillage concourante de la première face; d. consolider la préforme ainsi réalisée par sa combinaison avec une résine polymère. L'invention concerne également un hublot, notamment pour aéronef obtenu par un tel procédé.
