Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para fabricar una estructura de pieza constructiva (101, 201, 301) a partir de una primera pieza constructiva (102, 202, 302) y al menos una pieza constructiva adicional (104, 204, 304), unióndose la primera pieza constructiva (102, 202, 302) a la pieza constructiva adicional (104, 204, 304) mediante un procedimiento de ensamblaje tórmico. El objetivo de alcanzar buenas propiedades en caso de impacto y/o resistencia a la fatiga por vibración para la construcción ligera con fabricación económica, se consigue en el caso de un procedimiento de tipo genórico al ser la primera pieza constructiva (102, 202, 302) un compuesto de material de acero que comprende al menos una capa más blanda (102a, 202a, 302a, 302d) y al menos una capa más sólida (102b, 202b, 202c, 302b, 302c), presentando la capa más blanda (102a, 202a, 302a, 302d) una resistencia de material más reducida y una deformabilidad más elevada que la capa más sólida (102b, 202b, 202c, 302b, 302c), y configurándose la parte de la zona de ensamblaje situada en la primera pieza constructiva (102, 202, 302) al menos parcialmente en la capa más blanda (102a, 202a, 302a, 302d).
