本发明公开了一种防水标签及其制备方法,包括标签主体和防水涂层,标签主体的材料是高分子树脂材料;防水涂层是复合的耐磨透明防水涂层。本发明一种防水标签及其制备方法中的防水标签具有防潮防霉,耐磨等优异性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水标签及其制备方法。
背景技术
标签应用广泛,在仓库内使用的标签存在因环境潮湿而被损坏的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水标签及其制备方法,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种防水标签,包括标签主体和防水涂层,所述的标签主体的材料是高分子树脂材料;所述的防水涂层是复合的耐磨透明防水涂层。
一种防水标签的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)取10ml的体系浓度为50%的聚氨酯溶液,加入50ml体积浓度为99%丙酮,超声分散2小时,搅拌直至其完全溶解,获得溶液A;
2)将2.5ml体积浓度99%甲基三甲氧基硅烷溶液溶于20ml体积浓度87%的乙醇中,常温搅拌至溶解;将1.2ml草酸加入该溶液中,继续搅拌0.5小时,常温放置24小时,加入1.5ml体积浓度75%氨水,搅拌10min,常温下放置24小时,形成凝胶;向凝胶中加入15ml乙醇并搅拌,充分分散后形成溶液B;
3)将溶液A与溶液B按照1:1.5的体积比充分混合得到溶液C;
4)将标签主体表面擦拭干净,浸入溶液A中1min,然后70℃下烘干2.5小时;
5)将上述标签主体浸入溶液C中1min,常温风干;
6)将上述标签主体浸入溶液B中1min,然后100℃下烘干。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种防水标签及其制备方法中的防水标签具有防潮防霉,耐磨等优异性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例:
一种防水标签,包括标签主体和防水涂层,所述的标签主体的材料是高分子树脂材料;所述的防水涂层是复合的耐磨透明防水涂层。
一种防水标签的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)取10ml的体系浓度为50%的聚氨酯溶液,加入50ml体积浓度为99%丙酮,超声分散2小时,搅拌直至其完全溶解,获得溶液A;

6)将上述标签主体浸入溶液B中1min,然后100℃下烘干
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种防水标签,包括标签主体和防水涂层,其特征在于:所述的标签主体的材料是高分子树脂材料;所述的防水涂层是复合的耐磨透明防水涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水标签的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
取10ml的体系浓度为50%的聚氨酯溶液,加入50ml体积浓度为99%丙酮,超声分散2小时,搅拌直至其完全溶解,获得溶液A;
将2.5ml体积浓度99%甲基三甲氧基硅烷溶液溶于20ml体积浓度87%的乙醇中,常温搅拌至溶解;将1.2ml草酸加入该溶液中,继续搅拌0.5小时,常温放置24小时,加入1.5ml体积浓度75%氨水,搅拌10min,常温下放置24小时,形成凝胶;向凝胶中加入15ml乙醇并搅拌,充分分散后形成溶液B;
将溶液A与溶液B按照1:1.5的体积比充分混合得到溶液C;
将标签主体表面擦拭干净,浸入溶液A中1min,然后70℃下烘干2.5小时;
将上述标签主体浸入溶液C中1min,常温风干;
将上述标签主体浸入溶液B中1min,然后100℃下烘干。
