本发明提供一种pH敏感变色面料,涉及功能面料技术领域,所述pH敏感变色面料,由基层布料和印花浆料组成,其中印花浆料由以下重量份的物质组成:印花原糊60~80份、粘合剂15~20份、pH敏感变色剂3~8份、表面活性剂1~3份,本发明首次采用天然的植物中的色素作为面料中的pH指示剂,它对皮肤的亲和力高,安全无毒,使用放心,制得的服装面料能根据所处环境的变化而呈现出不同色泽,不仅美观时尚,提高了人们的生活情趣,另外还可以用作传感器、警示等用途;且原料价格便宜,来源广泛,且本发明的变色面料制备工艺简单,适合于工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能面料及技术领域,具体涉及一种pH敏感变色面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对家纺产品的追求已经不仅仅是为了保暖,人们对其美观和舒适度的要求也不断的提高。目前市场上的床上用品主要是通过改变产品花型和款式的设计,以满足消费者的需求,在我国,家纺产品使用时间久,难免会产生视觉疲劳。随着纺织科技的发展,纺织品已经突破了原有的保温和美化的范畴,正在逐步走向功能化,功能化服装为服装的发展注入了新的活力,在美观的同时带给人们更多的新意和乐趣。可以大大提高产品的附加值。
pH敏感变色面料是指随pH值变化颜色发生可逆变化的功能面料,其变色原理是:涂料中存在pH指示剂,在中性条件下,pH指示剂不显色,显示基布底色;在酸性或碱性条件下,pH指示剂颜色发生变化,从而影响布料颜色的变化。再通过将涂料与浆料混合印在面料上,可制成在酸性、中性和碱性条件具有不同颜色的布料,pH敏感变色面料不仅能够在不同酸碱度下呈现出变换的颜色及图案效果,而且还能帮助人们及时感知环境的变化,使人们在面对环境变化时,做出及时的调整,中国专利提供了一种温度和pH值双重刺激响应性智能服装面料的制备,它既含有pH刺激响应,由含有温度变化响应,且两种响应都通过颜色变化的形式呈现,从而导致了颜色的交叉变化,降低了颜色的辨识度,而因而也没有具体的应用前景因此,本领域亟需一种新的智能变色面料及其制备方法,以解决上述技术难题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种pH敏感变色面料及其制备方法,该pH敏感变色面料在不同pH下能显示不同的颜色,不仅美观时尚,而且用作传感器,能帮助人们及时感知环境的变化具有警示的用途。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种pH敏感变色面料,由基层布料和印花浆料组成,其中印花浆料由以下重量份的物质组成:印花原糊60~80份、粘合剂15~20份、pH敏感变色剂3~8份、表面活性剂1~3份。
优选的,所述基层布料为棉、麻、毛、涤纶、锦纶、丝绸的机织物、针织物或无纺布。
优选的,其特征在于:所述印花浆料由以下重量份的物质组成:印花原糊70份、粘合剂20份、pH敏感变色剂5份、表面活性剂3份。
优选的,所述的印花原糊为聚丙烯酸类印花原糊、瓜儿胶、海藻酸钠、罗望子胶中的一种或多种组合物。
优选的,所述的粘合剂为丙烯酸酯、水性聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯、聚乙烯乙酸、聚乙烯醇中的一种。
优选的,所述pH敏感变色剂为植物色素,所述植物色素取自红萝卜皮、紫草、紫色卷心菜、苋菜、月季花、牵牛花、紫罗兰、茶花、一品红、凤仙花、石蕊中的一种。
优选的,pH敏感变色面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)对植物进行提得到pH敏感变色剂;
(2)将印花原糊加入3~10倍的水中,升温至30~50℃,浸泡1~5h,然后依次加入pH敏感变色剂、粘合剂、表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,得到粘度为8000~10000mpa的印花浆料;
(3)将印花浆料涂到基层布料上,在100~120℃下烘干,最后于150~170℃焙烘4~6min,即得到pH敏感变色面料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明首次采用天然的植物中的色素作为面料中的pH指示剂,它对皮肤的亲和力高,安全无毒,使用放心,且原料价格便宜,来源广泛,且本发明的变色面料制备工艺简单,适合于工业化生产;制得的服装面料能根据所处环境的变化而呈现出不同色泽,不仅美观时尚,提高了人们的生活情趣,另外还可以用作传感器、警示等用途,具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地说明。
实施例1:
一种pH敏感变色面料,由纯棉机织物面料和印花浆料组成,其中印花浆料由以下重量份的物质组成:瓜儿胶70份、丙烯酸酯20份、苋菜提取液5份、表面活性剂3份。
所述pH敏感变色面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)把红色米苋洗净切碎,放在水中加热煮沸约10分钟,滤去残渣,就得到红色的pH敏感变色剂;
(2)将瓜儿胶加入5倍的水中,升温至30℃,浸泡5h,然后依次加入pH敏感变色剂、丙烯酸酯、表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,得到粘度为10000mpa的印花浆料;
(3)将印花浆料涂到基层布料上,在100℃下烘干,最后于150℃焙烘4~6min,即得到pH敏感变色面料。
本实施例的pH敏感变色面料在pH值小于2时显紫红色,pH值在2~4时显玫瑰红色,pH值在5~7时显洋红、酒红色,pH值在7~9时显黄色,pH值在9~13时显黄绿色,pH值大于14时显亮黄色。
实施例2:
一种pH敏感变色面料,由基层布料和印花浆料组成,其中所述基层布料为毛织物,所述印花浆料由以下重量份的物质组成:聚丙烯酸酯60份、聚乙烯醇18份、紫色卷心菜提取液3份、表面活性剂1份。
所述pH敏感变色面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取紫色卷心菜,洗净后切碎,放在水中加热煮沸约10分钟,并不断搅拌菜叶,再把煮后的卷心菜汁滤入一只容器中,放置到室温后装瓶,得到pH敏感变色剂;
(2)将聚丙烯酸酯加入3倍的水中,升温至50℃,浸泡1h,然后依次加入pH敏感变色剂、聚乙烯醇、表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,得到粘度为8000~10000 mpa的印花浆料;
(3)将印花浆料涂到基层布料上,在100℃下烘干,最后于170℃焙烘4~6min,即得到pH敏感变色面料。
本实施例的pH敏感变色面料在pH值小于3时显红色,pH值在3~5时显浅紫色,pH值在6~7时显蓝色,pH值在8~9时显青绿色,pH值在10~12时显绿色,pH值大于13时显黄色。
实施例3:
一种pH敏感变色面料,由涤纶无纺布和印花浆料组成,其中印花浆料由以下重量份的物质组成:海藻酸钠80份、聚四氟乙烯150份、红萝卜皮提取液5份、表面活性剂3份。
所述pH敏感变色面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)刮下红萝卜的红皮,用95%酒精浸泡一天左右,过滤后取它的滤液,得到pH敏感变色剂;
(2)将海藻酸钠加入50倍的水中,升温至30℃,浸泡2h,然后依次加入pH敏感变色剂、聚四氟乙烯、表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,得到粘度为8500mpa的印花浆料;
(3)将印花浆料涂到基层布料上,在120℃下烘干,最后于150℃焙烘4~6min,即得到pH敏感变色面料。
本实施例的pH敏感变色面料pH值在小于6时显红色,pH值在6~8时显紫红色,pH值在8~10时显绿色,pH值大于10时显黄色。
实施例4:
一种pH敏感变色面料,由基层布料和印花浆料组成,其中基层面料为70%棉和30%锦纶组成的机织物,所述印花浆料由以下重量份的物质组成:海藻酸钠70份、聚乙烯乙酸20份、月季花提取液8份、表面活性剂1份。
所述pH敏感变色面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在玻璃杯内装大半杯酒精,然后把月季花瓣撕碎,放入酒精中,浸泡1小时,得到棕黄色的pH敏感变色剂;
(2)将海藻酸钠加入10倍的水中,升温至40℃,浸泡2h,然后依次加入pH敏感变色剂、聚乙烯乙酸、表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,得到粘度为10000mpa的印花浆料;
(3)将印花浆料涂到基层布料上,在120℃下烘干,最后于170℃焙烘4~6min,即得到pH敏感变色面料。
本实施例的pH敏感变色面料在pH值在1~4显粉红色,pH值在4~7显浅红色,pH值在7~10显浅黄色,pH值在10~14显棕黄色。
实施例5:
一种pH敏感变色面料,由基层布料和印花浆料组成,其中所述基层布料为由20%蚕丝、50%棉和30%麻组成的机织物,所述印花浆料由以下重量份的物质组成:聚丙烯酸酯80份、水性聚氨酯20份、一品红提取液8份、表面活性剂3份。
所述pH敏感变色面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在玻璃杯内装大半杯酒精,然后把月季花瓣撕碎,放入酒精中,浸泡1小时,得到红色的pH敏感变色剂;
(2)将聚丙烯酸酯加入8倍的水中,升温至30℃,浸泡1h,然后依次加入pH敏感变色剂、水性聚氨酯、表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,得到粘度为9000mpa的印花浆料;
(3)将印花浆料涂到基层布料上,在120℃下烘干,最后于150℃焙烘4~6min,即得到pH敏感变色面料。
本实施例的pH敏感变色面料在pH值在1~7显红色,pH值在7~10显浅绿色,pH值在10~14显棕黄色。

Claims (7)

1.一种pH敏感变色面料,其特征在于:由基层布料和印花浆料组成,其中印花浆料由以下重量份的物质组成:印花原糊60~80份、粘合剂15~20份、pH敏感变色剂3~8份、表面活性剂1~3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的pH敏感变色面料,所述基层布料为棉、麻、毛、涤纶、锦纶、丝绸的机织物、针织物或无纺布。
3.如权利要求2所述的pH敏感变色面料,其特征在于:其特征在于:所述印花浆料由以下重量份的物质组成:印花原糊70份、粘合剂20份、pH敏感变色剂5份、表面活性剂3份、胶黏剂2份。
4.如权利要求3所述的pH敏感变色面料,其特征在于:所述的印花原糊为聚丙烯酸类印花原糊、瓜儿胶、海藻酸钠、罗望子胶中的一种或多种组合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的pH敏感变色面料,其特征在于:所述的粘合剂为丙烯酸酯、水性聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯、聚乙烯乙酸、聚乙烯醇中的一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的pH敏感变色面料,其特征在于:所述pH敏感变色剂为植物色素,所述植物色素所述植物色素取自红萝卜皮、紫草、紫色卷心菜、苋菜、月季花、牵牛花、紫罗兰、茶花、一品红、凤仙花、石蕊中的一种。
7.如权利要求6所述的pH敏感变色面料,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)对植物进行提得到pH敏感变色剂;
(2)将印花原糊加入3~10倍的水中,升温至30~50℃,浸泡1~5h,然后依次加入pH敏感变色剂、粘合剂、表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,得到粘度为8000~10000mpa的印花浆料;
(3)将印花浆料涂到基层布料上,在100~120℃下烘干,最后于150~170℃焙烘4~6min,即得到pH敏感变色面料。
