本发明提供了一种具有吸湿功能的汽车装饰板，包括外层和内层，所述外层为ABS塑料板，所述内层为聚丙烯酸钠树脂层，所述内层和所述外层在边角处采用卡扣连接。所述外层外侧固定有防紫外线薄膜。所述防紫外线薄膜外侧固定有TPU薄膜层。本发明的有益效果是：本发明提供的汽车装饰板，具有聚丙烯酸钠树脂层，使其具有吸湿性能，并采用卡扣连接，使聚丙烯酸钠树脂层可拆卸，晾晒之后可安装重复使用；ABS塑料具有良好的抗冲击性能；防紫外线薄膜可保护ABS塑料免于降解；TPU薄膜层具有良好的弹性性能，增加了抗冲击能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有吸湿功能的汽车装饰板。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的迅猛发展，市场对汽车的要求越来越高，对汽车装饰板的质量和环保要求也越来越严格，如今人们不仅关注汽车装饰板的造型，对其功能性也渐有需求。而汽车内部相对潮湿会引起生锈等问题，影响汽车部件的功能，因此设计出一种具有吸湿功能的汽车装饰板尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种具有吸湿功能的汽车装饰板，能够除去汽车内部的潮气。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
具有吸湿功能的汽车装饰板，包括外层和内层，所述外层为ABS塑料板，所述内层为聚丙烯酸钠树脂层，所述内层和所述外层在边角处采用卡扣连接。
所述外层外侧固定有防紫外线薄膜。
所述外层与所述防紫外线薄膜之间采用塑料胶水粘结。
所述防紫外线薄膜外侧固定有TPU薄膜层。
所述防紫外线薄膜与所述TPU薄膜层之间采用塑料胶水粘结。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明提供的汽车装饰板，具有聚丙烯酸钠树脂层，使其具有吸湿性能，并采用卡扣连接，使聚丙烯酸钠树脂层可拆卸，晾晒之后可安装重复使用；ABS塑料具有良好的抗冲击性能；防紫外线薄膜可保护ABS塑料免于降解；TPU薄膜层具有良好的弹性性能，增加了抗冲击能力。

具有吸湿功能的汽车装饰板，包括外层1和内层2，所述外层1为ABS塑料板，所述内层2为聚丙烯酸钠树脂层，所述内层1和所述外层2在边角处采用卡扣3连接。
所述外层1外侧固定有防紫外线薄膜4。
所述外层1与所述防紫外线薄膜之4间采用塑料胶水粘结。
所述防紫外线薄膜4外侧固定有TPU薄膜层5。
所述防紫外线薄膜4与所述TPU薄膜层5之间采用塑料胶水粘结。
本发明提供的汽车装饰板，具有聚丙烯酸钠树脂层，使其具有吸湿性能，并采用卡扣连接，使聚丙烯酸钠树脂层可拆卸，晾晒之后可安装重复使用；ABS塑料具有良好的抗冲击性能；防紫外线薄膜可保护ABS塑料免于降解；TPU薄膜层具有良好的弹性性能，增加了抗冲击能力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的具有吸湿功能的汽车装饰板，其特征在于，所述外层外侧固定有防紫外线薄膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有吸湿功能的汽车装饰板，其特征在于，所述外层与所述防紫外线薄膜之间采用塑料胶水粘结。
4.根据权利要求2所述的具有吸湿功能的汽车装饰板，其特征在于，所述防紫外线薄膜外侧固定有TPU薄膜层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有吸湿功能的汽车装饰板，其特征在于，所述防紫外线薄膜与所述TPU薄膜层之间采用塑料胶水粘结。
