Abstract
本发明公开了管材切断用负压刀套,包括刀套本体,刀套本体内设有贯穿整个刀套本体的镶套过孔;刀套本体内还设有切断槽,切断槽与镶套过孔相交;还包括设置在镶套过孔内并分别位于切断槽两侧的左镶套和右镶套;左镶套内设有供管材通过的左管材过孔,右镶套内设有供管材通过的右管材过孔,左管材过孔与右管材过孔同心;刀套本体上还开设有通孔;右镶套上开设有若干气孔;气孔与通孔连通并与右管材过孔相通。本发明的优点是:塑料管套从右管材过孔进入左管材过孔内,固定效果更好,通过负压原理实现自动推进塑料管,便于切割。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到加工设备技术领域,尤其是管材切断用负压刀套。
背景技术
目前,管材在需要进行切断时,需要将切断处的管材两侧进行固定,而现有的普通刀套则是将管材穿入刀套内进行固定切割,但在管材穿入刀套时,需要将管材调节到准确穿入刀套内的角度后,需要利用机械或人力才能将管材推入刀套内,这样会增加加工成本,同时,由于管材在生产加工过程中具有一定的粘性,很容易粘在刀套上,不利于切割。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种固定效果更好,实现自动推进塑料管,便于切割的管材切断用刀套。
为实现以上目的,本发明采取了以下的技术方案:
管材切断用负压刀套,包括刀套本体,所述刀套本体内设有贯穿整个刀套本体的镶套过孔;所述刀套本体内还设有切断槽,所述切断槽与所述镶套过孔相交;还包括设置在镶套过孔内并分别位于切断槽两侧的左镶套和右镶套;所述左镶套内设有供管材通过的左管材过孔,所述右镶套内设有供管材通过的右管材过孔,所述左管材过孔与所述右管材过孔同心;所述刀套本体上还开设有通孔;所述右镶套上开设有若干气孔;所述气孔与通孔连通并与所述右管材过孔相通。
所述切断槽与所述镶套过孔垂直相交,便于通过切割装置对镶套过孔的管材进行切割。
所述刀套本体上开设有第一螺纹通孔和第二螺纹通孔,该第一螺纹通孔和第二螺纹通孔分别位于切断槽的两侧;还包括两锁紧螺栓,所述锁紧螺栓分别旋入第一螺纹通孔和第二螺纹通孔内,有利于将左镶套和右镶套锁紧,避免出现移动。
为了能将刀套本体锁紧,避免出现移动,所述刀套本体上开设有若干固定孔。
当需要切断的产品是PU等材料时,该材料都具有粘性,所述左管材过孔与所述右管材过孔均设有氟塑料,防止因为具有粘性的管材粘在左管材过孔与右管材过孔上,能有效地将管材顺利的通过左管材过孔与右管材过孔。
本发明的优点是:塑料管套从右管材过孔进入左管材过孔内,固定效果更好,通过负压原理实现自动推进塑料管,便于切割。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的内容做进一步详细说明。
实施例
参阅图1到图6,包括切断盘1、切断杆2、电机3,其中切断盘1设有凹槽4,电机3安装在切断盘1侧面上,切断杆2设在凹槽4内,电机3驱动切断杆2在凹槽4内沿轴心作圆周运动,在凹槽4边缘上安装管材切断用负压刀套,包括刀套本体5,刀套本体5内设有贯穿整个刀套本体的镶套过孔6;刀套本体5内还设有切断槽7,切断槽7与镶套过孔6相交,切断槽7与镶套过孔6垂直相交;还包括设置在镶套过孔6内并分别位于切断槽7两侧的左镶套8和右镶套9;左镶套8内设有供管材通过的左管材过孔10,右镶套9内设有供管材通过的右管材过孔11,左管材过孔10与右管材过孔11同心;刀套本体5上还开设有通孔12;刀套本体5右镶套一侧开设带有螺纹的通孔12,通孔12与为压缩气体的接头管连接,接头管端部旋入带有螺纹的通孔12内,能有效防止压缩气体的泄露,右镶套9上开设有若干气孔13;气孔13与通孔12连通并与右管材过孔11相通,压缩气体从通孔12的锐角方向进入气孔13内,形成负压状态,使得塑料管在气压的作用下从右管材过孔11进入左管材过孔10内,电机3驱动切断杆2在凹槽4内沿轴心作圆周运动,使得切断杆2配套有刀具的一端经过切断槽7时,刀具能将塑料管切断,切断时,由于气压的作用,塑料管继续向前运动,直至从左管材过孔10跌落进行收集,循环操作即可实现连续切断塑料管,同时通过控制电机3的转速即可实现控制切断塑料长度。。
刀套本体上开设有第一螺纹通孔14和第二螺纹通孔15,该第一螺纹通孔14和第二螺纹通孔分15别位于切断槽7的两侧;还包括两锁紧螺栓16,锁紧螺栓16分别旋入第一螺纹通孔14和第二螺纹通孔15内,有利于将左镶套和右镶套锁紧,避免出现移动。
为了能将刀套本体5锁紧,刀套本体5上开设有若干固定孔17,在电机3与切断盘1间设有镶件18,通过使用固定螺栓穿过固定孔17旋入镶件18,避免刀套本体5出现移动,切断盘1上还设有排气孔19,能将凹槽4内压缩气体排出。
当需要切断的产品是PU等材料时,左管材过孔10与右管材过孔11均设有氟塑料20,能适合外径4mm以下的塑料管通过左管材过孔10与右管材过孔11。

1.管材切断用负压刀套,其特征在于:包括刀套本体,所述刀套本体内设有贯穿整个刀套本体的镶套过孔;所述刀套本体内还设有切断槽,所述切断槽与所述镶套过孔相交;还包括设置在镶套过孔内并分别位于切断槽两侧的左镶套和右镶套;所述左镶套内设有供管材通过的左管材过孔,所述右镶套内设有供管材通过的右管材过孔,所述左管材过孔与所述右管材过孔同心;所述刀套本体上还开设有通孔;所述右镶套上开设有若干气孔;所述气孔与通孔连通并与所述右管材过孔相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管材切断用负压刀套,其特征在于:所述切断槽与所述镶套过孔垂直相交。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管材切断用负压刀套,其特征在于:所述刀套本体上开设有第一螺纹通孔和第二螺纹通孔,该第一螺纹通孔和第二螺纹通孔分别位于切断槽的两侧;还包括两锁紧螺栓,所述锁紧螺栓分别旋入第一螺纹通孔和第二螺纹通孔内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管材切断用负压刀套,其特征在于:所述刀套本体上开设有若干固定孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的管材切断用负压刀套,其特征在于:所述左管材过孔与所述右管材过孔均设有氟塑料。
