Abstract

本发明提供一种免固化静电粉末涂料喷涂工艺。环氧树脂粉末涂料的涂覆过程需要加热流平与加热固化过程。本发明喷涂工艺是工件进行预处理后,烘干预热,涂料利用静电喷涂法覆在工件表面,利用工件余热,流平的过程中快速固化,自然冷却。本发明省略了喷涂后进固化炉固化的工序,缩短了施工时间,减少了固化设备的投入,节约了施工成本,降低了产品成本,有着极大的社会效益。

一种免固化的静电粉末喷涂工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉末涂料喷涂工艺,尤其涉及一种免固化的静电粉末涂料喷涂工艺。
背景技术
静电粉末喷涂是靠喷枪喷出来的涂料,在分散的同时使粉末粒子带负电荷,带电荷的粉末粒子受气流(或离心力等其他作用力)和静电引力的作用,涂着到接地的被涂物上,再加热熔融固化成膜。静电粉末涂料具有无溶剂性、无环境污染、粉末回收和利用率高等特点,在工业涂装领域中占主导位置。环氧树脂粉末涂料的涂覆过程需要加热流平与加热固化过程。由于固化过程需要在保温炉内特定温度下保温特定的时间,费时费力,效率低,影响工期和成本。
随着各国对能源的需求越来越大,缩减生产工艺,降低能源消耗,保护环境成为企业发展的主体。专利号为CN101574687A《粉末涂料节能型固化的方法》专利中采用陶瓷黑晶管远红外加热的技术。工件漆前表面处理后,先利用热风循环进行烘干,然后再利用自然风冷却处理,静电粉末喷涂后,采用陶瓷黑晶管远红外加热的技术固化涂料,然后再利用强冷室风机冷却。采用远红外加热的技术虽然节省固化时的能源消耗,但是反复的加热、冷却的工艺流程相当繁琐,费时费力,效率较低从而影响工期和成本。
发明内容
为了缩减生产工艺,快速固化,从而提高生产效率,节约生产成本,本发明提供一种免固化的静电粉末喷涂工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:所述的免固化的静电粉末喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)工件进行前处理:
根据工件材质不同进行酸洗磷化、修磨补平、除尘,去除工件表面的油污、异物。同时将不喷涂的表面进行必要的覆盖保护;
(2)工件预热:
将工件挂在喷涂线上,进预热炉,对工件进行预热;
(3)涂覆施工:
利用静电喷涂设备或沸桶硫化床给已经预热好的工件进行喷涂施工;
(4)冷却:
施工后的工件自然冷却或强制冷却。
进一步,所述的步骤(2)中,工件预热时,根据工件的壁厚以及大小不同调整保温时间,保温时间≥20min,预热炉温度180-250℃。
进一步,所述的步骤(3)中,工件表面形成一层厚度为20-70μm的粉层。
进一步,所述的步骤(4)中,强制冷却采取的措施为直接风冷或淋水冷却。
进一步,所述的免固化静电粉末涂料的组分及各组分的质量百分比(wt.%)如下:
树脂:40-70%,
填料(钡或钙):15-43%,
流平剂:0.7-1.5%,
增光剂:0.7-1.5%,
安息香:0.3-0.5%,
普通固化剂:10%-25%,
快速固化剂:0.3-2%,
颜料:3-15%。
进一步,所述的粉末涂料的制备方法是:
(1)配料:所有配料按配比称取;
(2)混合:按顺序将配料投放到混料缸中,混合并破碎3-8分钟;
(3)压片:物料进入双螺杆或单螺杆挤出机,挤出机的螺杆转速控制在200-300r/min,温度控制在90-120℃下挤出,经对辊、钢带冷却,粗破碎到细小、均匀的片状物料;
(4)破碎:用ACM磨粉机研磨,过180目-200目筛,通过调换不同目数的滤网,即得到所需粒度的粉末涂料;
(5)回收:筛余的原料,再次放入ACM磨粉机进行二次研磨从而得到所需粒度粉末涂料,重复使用,节省原料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明静电喷涂工艺,涂料主要利用工件烘干预热的余温,流平的同时,快速固化,无需再进固化炉进行特定温度下的保温固化,节省能源,比较现有工艺,缩短了30%—50%施工时间,很大程度提高生产效率;节省固化设备的投入,节约了施工成本,降低产品成本,有着极大的社会效益。

以下通过特定的具体实施例说明本发明的技术内容,本领域的技术人员可由本说明书揭示的内容轻易地了解本发明的喷涂工艺。本发明亦可通过其他不同的具体实施例加以施行或应用,本发明书中的各项细节亦可基于不同的观点和应用,在不违背本发明精神下进行各种修饰和变更。
静电粉末喷涂就是利用高压静电电晕电场的原理。在喷枪头部金属导流标上接上高压负极,被喷涂工件接地形成正极,使喷枪和工件之间形成一个较强的静电电场。当作为运载气体的压缩空气,使粉末涂料从供粉桶经粉管送到喷枪的导流杆时,由于导流杆接上高压负极产生的电晕放电再起附近产生了密集的负电荷,使粉末带上负电荷,并进入了电场强度很高的静电场,在静电力和运载气体的双重作用下粉末均匀的飞向接地工件表面形成厚薄均匀的粉层,再加热固化转化为耐久的涂膜。
静电粉末喷涂工艺,被涂物前处理后,一次性施工,无需底涂,即可得到足够厚度的涂膜,易实现自动化操作,生产效率高,可降低成本。涂层致密、附着力、抗冲击强度和韧性均好,边角覆盖率高,具有优良的耐化学药品腐蚀性能和电气绝缘性能。
本发明的静电喷涂工艺,按如下步骤进行:
(1)工件进行前处理:
除根据工件材质不同进行酸洗磷化、修磨补平、除尘等,去除工件表面的油污、异物,同时将不喷涂表面进行必要的覆盖保护;
(2)工件预热:
将工件挂在喷涂线上,进预热炉,对工件进行预热,根据工件的壁厚以及大小不同调整保温时间,保温时间≥20min,预热炉温度180-250℃;
(3)涂覆施工:
利用静电喷涂设备或沸桶硫化床给已经预热好的工件进行粉末涂料的喷涂施工,使工件表面形成一层厚度为20-70μm的粉层;
(4)冷却:
施工后的工件自然冷却或强制冷却(直接风冷或淋水冷却)。
粉末喷涂的施工要求:(1)为使粉末涂装的性能充分发挥和延长涂膜实用寿命,工件表面首先严格进行表面前处理。(2)喷涂时,被涂物须完全接地,以增加粉末涂装的涂着效率。(3)对有较大表面缺陷的被涂物,应涂刮导电腻子,以保证涂膜的平整和光滑感。(4)喷涂后物件需进行加热固化,固化条件以粉末产品技术指标为准,但必须充分保证固化温度和时间,避免固化不足造成质量事故。(5)喷涂后立即检查,若发现缺陷应及时处理,若固化后发现缺陷,其范围小仅局部而不影响,被涂物的表面装饰,可用同色粉末加丙酮稀释后进行修补,如果范围大又影响表面质量,则用砂纸打磨后,再喷涂一次。(6)回收粉须经过筛选除去杂质后,按一定比例与新粉混合使用。(7)喷涂设备及回收装置避免其他不同颜色粉末的污染,故每次换色时,一定吹扫干净。

Claims (6)

1.一种免固化的静电粉末喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)工件进行前处理:
根据工件材质不同进行酸洗磷化、修磨补平、除尘,去除工件表面的油污、异物;同时将不喷涂的表面进行必要的覆盖保护;
(2)工件预热:
将工件挂在喷涂线上,进预热炉,对工件进行预热;
(3)涂覆施工:
利用静电喷涂设备或沸桶硫化床给已经预热好的工件进行粉末涂料的喷涂施工;
(4)冷却:
施工后的工件自然冷却或强制冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种免固化的静电粉末喷涂工艺,其特征在于,
所述的步骤(2)中,工件预热时,根据工件的壁厚以及大小不同调整保温时间,保温时间≥20min,预热炉温度180-250℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种免固化的静电粉末喷涂工艺,其特征在于,
所述的步骤(3)中,工件表面形成一层厚度为20-70μm的粉层。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种免固化的静电粉末喷涂工艺,其特征在于,
所述的步骤(4)中,强制冷却采取的措施为直接风冷或淋水冷却。

所述的粉末涂料的组分及各组分的质量百分比(wt.%)如下:
树脂:40-70%,
填料(钡或钙):15-43%,
流平剂:0.7-1.5%,
增光剂:0.7-1.5%,
安息香:0.3-0.5%,
普通固化剂:10%-25%,
快速固化剂:0.3-2%,
颜料:3-15%。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述一种免固化的静电粉末喷涂工艺,其特征在于,
所述的粉末涂料的制备方法是:
(1)配料:所有配料按配比称取;
(2)混合:按顺序将配料投放到混料缸中,混合并破碎3-8分钟;
(3)压片:物料进入双螺杆或单螺杆挤出机,挤出机的螺杆转速控制在200-300r/min,温度控制在90-120℃下挤出,经对辊、钢带冷却,粗破碎到细小、均匀的片状物料;
(4)破碎:用ACM磨粉机研磨,过180目-200目筛,通过调换不同目数的滤网,即得到所需粒度的粉末涂料;
(5)回收:筛余的原料,再次放入ACM磨粉机进行二次研磨从而得到所需粒度粉末涂料,重复使用,节省原料。
